this is not what eating natural means, eat only none acidic foods, if you can go veg for a while that will be better, do alot of vegetables, stop maggi, cook vegetables by yourself and eat natural wheat like millet etc.

Cook nice ugu vegetable soup and add a lot of broccoli leaf with lots of iru(locust beans), don't add maggi in your food ever again. if you can steadily eat this for 1week, you will see alot of difference in your life

also, try herbs instead of the drugs and drips. cook neem leaf till the water turn black, if you are not allergic to alabukun , add one sachet of alabukun once the water turn black.
