Meta announced plans to build and experiment with chatbots and other AI tools in February 2023. India, where users have recently started noting the appearing of the Meta AI chatbot, is a very important market for the company: it is home to more than 500 million Facebook and WhatsApp users, making it Meta's largest single market.
Developing markets, where smartphone users are growing faster than developed markets like the U.S. (where growth has plateaued), are also a big target for Facebook to try out more services to engage audiences. Users in Africa are also reporting signs of Meta AI appearing in WhatsApp.
Meta confirmed the move in a statement. “Our generative AI-powered experiences are under development in varying phases, and we’re testing a range of them publicly in a limited capacity," a Meta spokesperson told TechCrunch.
Meta unveiled Meta AI, its general-purpose assistant, in September 2023. The AI chatbot is designed to answer user queries directly within chats as well as offer them the ability to generate photorealistic images from text prompts. Islie: Chairman of the BUA Group of Companies, Rabiu Abdulsamad, has expressed confidence that prices in Nigeria will soon start to come down under the administration’s economic policies.
Abdulsamad, who was meeting with President Bola Tinubu to congratulate him on the successful completion of Ramadan in Lagos highlighted the significant progress that has been made in addressing the country’s longstanding foreign exchange challenges.
“At a time, the exchange rate was almost N1900/$, but today, the rate is coming down to almost N1,200/$,” Abdulsamad noted.

I settled for Atiku Abubakar. Many of these guys or serial politicians like Atiku are purely dishonest and engage in cherry picking what to criticize. If he was the President, he would have been more brutal and spent a lot of public funds on constructing an expressway with 5 lanes on either side leading to his original ancestral home across the border in Cameroon without due diligence or official ratification.

I found these facts back in the day on a blog owned by his food blogger granddaughter (Ummeeta Rabiu) who CLEARLY stated in 2018 when Khalifah Isyaku Rabiu passed on that her grandfather CANNOT be regarded as a Hausa man because his Islamic scholar father was a Kanuri man while his wife was a pure Fulani.
So, based on his paternal ancestry, we can safely say that Abdulsamad Isyaku-Rabiu is a Kano-born Kanuri billionaire. Just to add, I personally knew some of the wealthy Khalifah Isyaku-Rabiu's children from back in the 1980s and some of them even drove Porsches and other expensive cars to high school back in the 1980s.
