^^^^ ^^^^ Blast from the past from the Nigerian-American singer and songwriter. Ibiyemi was born in the 1980s in San Francisco, California to Nigerian parents [Ambassador and Mrs. Ajakaiye of Mopa in Kogi state, Nigeria]...!
Ibiyemi [Ibiyemi Ajakaiye] is TRULY talented vocally on her track "Don't Leave Me." The video for her single 'Don't Leave me' was shot in South Africa.
Ibiyemi has a semi-husky, baritone voice that evokes Tony Braxton in my subconscious. Wow... She came ahead of her time. She's a beautiful ol' soul.

The refinery will have the capacity to refine 650,000 barrels of crude oil per day while the petrochemical plant will produce 780 KTPA Polypropylene, 500 KTPA of Polyethylene while the fertilizer project will produce 3.0 million metric tonnes per annum of Urea.
The 650,000-barrels-per-day refinery will come on stream by September 2019. Work has been ongoing on the proposed site at Ibeju Lekki area which is very close to the Eko Atlantic site.

MalcoImX: Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has described the recent “endorsement” by The Economist of London, of the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, party, Muhammadu Buhari, in the coming election as scandalous and partisan.
In one of its recent reports , The Economist of London had predicted that President Muhammadu Buhari will win next year’s election.
However, in a statement by his Special Assistant on Public Communication , Mr. Phrank Shaibu, Atiku described “as a poorly-executed hatchet job, the prediction by The Economist of London, in which the magazine put on the garb of a partisan and made no pretenses to professionalism while predicting that President Muhammadu Buhari will win next year’s poll.”
He said, on Monday, that “with the tacit endorsement of President Muhammadu Buhari for a second term, in its current edition, the erstwhile influential news magazine has hit a new low by throwing all pretenses to the wind to take up the job of presidential spokespersons.”
“It is common knowledge that the Economist’s fortunes have taken a nosedive in recent months with its flip- flop on issues especially as it pertains the upcoming presidential election in Nigeria. But the magazine hit a new low in its current edition, ‘ The World in 2019,’ where it made projections of issues and events that will shape the year 2019 across many countries including Nigeria,” Shaibu said.
Shaibu said, “even if the All Progressives Congress (APC) or President Muhammadu Buhari’s spokespersons had written that story, it could not have been so recklessly partisan, so undisguisedly biased and so devoid of any shred of professionalism.”
According to him, “the so-called story which says, ‘the president, Muhammadu Buhari, will win re-election in February, as a new opposition coalition may collapse before the vote’ fails to meet the attributes of objectivity, balance and fairness.”
The Atiku spokesperson said “it was scandalous that the magazine went ahead to predict a victory for the APC candidate even when it said a Buhari’s second coming portends disaster for Nigeria.”
Shaibu said “it was sad that The Economist went on to endorse a failed president even when it admitted that ‘a Buhari’s second term would mean continuing political weakness, little prospect of progress in the fight against islamist insurgency in the north, nationalism in the oil producing Delta and secessionism in Biafra.”
He said “it was equally strange that the same magazine whose Intelligence Unit predicted that PDP candidate, Atiku Abubakar, will lead the new government come 2019 has now made a u-turn to endorse President Buhari even when his performance in office is now at all time low.”
“But we hasten to say that with or without the endorsement of The Economist or any news medium for that matter, we will defeat Buhari fair and square,” he said.
Shaibu said “on May 29, 2019 when Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is sworn in as the President of Nigeria, The Economist will have to look elsewhere for patronage, since there will be no more room for cash and carry forecasts, and fully-paid for endorsements.”
He said that “the PDP Presidential Candidate was aware that when fake news materials are planted in big news outlets, they often help to lay the groundwork for rigging in elections.”
Atiku, however, warned that members of the opposition party and their supporters will resist the rigging of next year’s elections.
BlackPantherxXx: Its a bit amusing to see you trying to put sense into some brainless youth(s) here.
[b]The fact that more than 90% of the readers here are garnering 200+ likes believing the clone allegations tells you a story about the sorry state of our "education" in Nigeria.
These silly guys don't know what "sarcasm" or "political satire" is....
If Washington Post had any credible evidence Buhari is a clone, they wouldn't joke with it, they would be rushing to push out the headlines
^^^^ ^^^^ The highlighted... Well said!
Even on that twitter link below, I see a lot of unintelligent responses from obviously trolls and fake twitter accounts. Very irresponsible and clueless people calling another person by that same adjective.

socialmediaman: This “Jubril” allegation is becoming a thing.
[s]What matters is that Buhari has been rejected by Nigerians and he’s going to become “unelectable” again.[/s]
^^^^^ ^^^^^ ... Don't be so fanatical about your assumptions on PMB and that he has been rejected by Nigerians and become “unelectable.” Millions of others have a contrary view.
ADRIAN88: I watched the entire interview, the most naturally refreshing, highly intellectual interview I have watched from a public office holder in recent years. I was literally spellbound for the entire 1hour plus duration. Fashola is amongst a very rare breed in this joke of a country, I also got to find out so much more about the workings of and stumbling blocks in the power sector, actual progress recorded, amongs others, there are good people in government, but the bad eggs want to cage them in their boxes.
The interviewers (Arise news) seemed somewhat professional, except a lady who kept displaying some sheer ignorance with her questions, uncle fash was quick to put her in check with each irrelevant question. The highlight came when he was asked about his relationship with his supposed godfather and successor, he simply said and I quote (with the most warming smiles ever on national tv); "We're cool!" everyone laughed.
In sum, I pray he is given a second chance to complete the good works he has done in those sectors he represents, even if it means PDP comes Into power. More importantly, I pray he becomes a president someday.
onlinetomola: Really you think so ? My paddies don fall into this guy hand before o.... no be small gobe that day.
^^^^ ^^^^ @onlinetomola
If it is true that he did that in the past then it is too bad... but a lot of comments people make are based on false information. Here is the 2018 Punch Interview below where he said he left SARS years ago before the #ENDSARS campaign started:
“I was supposed to perform at Olamide’s concert last year but I couldn’t because of the tension. It was a serious national issue at the time and people saw me as one of the SARS officials even though I had left the unit many years ago.”
onlinetomola: Where all him Yomi Sars, Iku Raymond and Osha dey when he was arrested. shebi he dey always form say him sabi Sars bad ass and always dey praise dem names for him songs. [s]These 3 people are very dangerous Sars officers that do terrorise Agege and Ikeja axis.
[/s] ^^^^ ^^^^ You are wrong about YomiSARS!
I'm not a big fan of his, but my research shows that YomiSars used to be a member of the former SARS [now FSARS].
He was redeployed from SARS several years back according to an interview he granted to Punch newspaper. So he has nothing to do with SARS in Agege axis.
Yomi Sars, aka Gucci Mane Eko (Lagos Gucci Mane) is a 31-year-old as of 2018.

FlirtyGist: Single Adekunle Temitope aka small Doctor, was arrested by Lagos State police command for unlawful possession of firearms and for allegedly threatening to shoot a police officer. Himself and the other three suspects were been paraded in lagos.
^^^ ^^^ I saw the video on Channel TV and he wasn't allowed to speak. I don't trust some police men. They can frame you up even in the U.S. and UK where you have white supremacists.
Edgar Imohimi did NOT give Small Doctor the opportunity to speak. Human rights lawyers need to get involved so the career of that guy doesn't get damaged.

FlirtyGist: Two years after, Nigerian actor Victor Olaotan still needs money to travel abroad over possibility of his two legs being amputated.
Victor Olaotan, a veteran Nigerian veteran actor and lead character of the popular Soap opera, Tinsel, has been completely off the scene for the past two years after a ghastly accident cost him the use of his legs.
According to a Gofundme page created by Emmanuel Ajibade that went live on Sunday 2nd December, the actor is appealing for financial aid to seek medical treatment abroad.
Back in 2016, the actor best known for his recurrent role in Tinsel was involved in a car crash on Lagos/Ibadan Expressway and was placed in a medically induced coma as he was treated for months. He has been facing the possibility of his two legs being amputated to save his life and his family has been treating him as best as they could in the last two years.
Right now he needs $50,000 to seek treatment abroad. The message on his Gofundme page reads;
Victor Toye Olaotan has brought Joy to teeming viewers on stage, Television and the big screen through his solid work as a professional actor. For the last two years he has been incapacitated following an accident. Victor is still fighting and he has been advised to seek medical attention outside our nigerian shores" we implore your help in raising the funds. .
^^^^^ ^^^^^ Thanks for posting this topic. I thought Victor Olaotan was already OK and never knew he still had some complications I'll be making my contributions right away.
We have to help the U.S.-trained veteran actor - Mr. Victor Olaotan get back on his feet... I will be donating right away till we hit the $50,000 mark and more! I don't like to see people... talented people for that matter suffer like this after returning from the United States where he lived for many years. I'm touched by the love and assistance given to this talented man.
Canadian rapper and singer, Drake and the Migos kicked off their Aubrey and the Three Amigos Tour on Sunday night in Kansas City.
One of the most astonishing moment during the night show was when Drake's $7m LaFerrari HyperCar came floating above the crowd during his performance of “Yes Indeed" featuring Atlanta rapper LiL Baby.
The LaFerrari comes in rare Giallo Modena paint, complete with the optional black glass roof. The interior is black Alcantara with black leather seats, yellow piping and yellow deviated stitching.
The 949 Hypercar is powered by an hybrid drivetrain that has two electric motors/generators and a 6.3-liter V12 engine.
It has a top speed exceeding 217 mph and will move from 0 tiy62 mph in 2.4s, to 124 mph in under 7s and a speed of 186 mph in 15s.

Sammiejokes: I live in the UK, i dont know why i do not like this man and it is becoming glaring that this man is a fool. For him to read a newspaper editorial on the pulpit shows how religion has eaten deep into the skulls of Nigerians. Buhari died in UK, his body was exchanged in same UK. This man is an old fool. I have several of his video where he will boast about God has given him mandate to destroy boko haram. And the fool will be praying prophesying from his church in ota. Theses religious goats are the real problems of Africa.
^^^^ ^^^^ ... Religion is indeed an opium... or even methamphetamine! Surreal things keep happening... but to those who have a discerning mind... they cannot be fooled by some of these "so-called religious" leaders.
okwabayi: Is it not only last year this man acted 3 Idiots? When did this one happen?
^^^^ ^^^^ It happened in 2015 after shooting 3 Idiots. I wish him speedy recovery and hope his legs don't get amputated! People need to rally round him and probably have him treated abroad.
This is a man that had it going on for him in the United States after living there for many years and was married to an American woman with children from the union. I wish he hadn't gone back to Nigeria to face this ghastly car accident.
