The Bank is not liable.
For example if rubbers attack a bank and a customer is on a queue to deposit cash, as long as the cash hasn’t exchange hand and gotten to the tellers position- I.e the cash is still with the customer when the armed rubbers snatched it, the Bank isn’t liable.

The Bank is only liable on duty of care, which has to do with bodily harm to the customer within its premises as a result of a fault from the Banks end such as bad facility, or collapsed building, electric shock etc

These Car could have been packed outside the Bank and not within.

Plus if you’re driving from one Bank to another, I.w you withdraw from one bank to deposit at a near by bank, be extra cautious when leaving your car. I’m speaking from experience!

The stupid policy of Naija Banks is that no matter the amount you have in you account if you like save all your ancestors money in your account, when the bank folds up all you can get is 5hundred thousand.
Besides when an individual passes on if the family does not have his/her ATM details the probability of getting all his/her money is very very slim.

OK. Your best bet is buying a car you know the owner and the cars history. There are good Nigerian used cars o but it's rare. I have a small business in Lagos that requires my boys to supply to customers daily. I needed a small car. Got a cheap golf 2 for 170k for them. Didn't even see the car before paying because the person that saw it convinced me. Car was giving issues, every day one small thing. I back to Lagos from my travel bought a new complete 1.8 engine for 110k. Did body work, new battery other cost were up-to 50k, wanted to put the car in other. That's a total of extra 160k. After a week the car was brought to my house from the mechanic. I wanted to test drive it myself, as I was driving on the road the car lost traction (doesn't accelerate properly). I got down, infuriated and frustrated. I went to a nearby scrab place, called and aboki, took my boys chargers and valuables inside. Sold the car for 70k to aboki, stopped and okada and went home. That's usually the story of Nigerian used car. Later I got sienna for them. Its been my best decision

When the last passenger got in, a visibly angry man, he told the relationship people to adjust so he could sit comfortably. He said he couldn't understand why they were inconveniencing him who paid the complete fare. Boyfriend was like, "Chairman where I wan see space?" Then he turned to NSG the mumu and said, "Can you shift?"

That was enough to send me through the roof. "Shift to where?" I asked. "Am I not carrying Sweedy too? Have I not tried for you people?" Then an agbero who was observing came by and asked them why they could not sell their coke and use the money for their transportation.

You talking about education that one is even too much. When I served there in 2011 many of us ran for our dear lives, the job was way too hectic and monotonous, many pregnant women lose their pregnancies then it even became a suspicion, no job security, and sacking people on several occasions for mere flimsy reasons .. If you also try to ask for your right you lose your job, In fact we preferred to stay home without a job than working with them.

I served there in 2011/2012 batch B, I didn't stay back to work with them because there was no job security they can fire any body any time besides the pay was way too small for the stress then. Besides no value for their workers then. They pay 35/40k then. How much do they pay now?
