They must have a logical explanation for their hasting. If I were in the DSS I will just put him under surveillance for some time to gather incriminating evidences. Tap his phone lines, monitor his activities and interactions. If he's guilty certainly something will surface.
But we also know with time this fellas are getting smarter. They clean up, burn documents and threatened or even kill witnesses that may incriminate them. Remember ffk - he went free
So let's wait and see if this approach helps
Exactly!

"Opportunity assists only the Prepared"

I think they have a premacie already otherwise, that Judge would not issue a "search Warrant", for a former NSA!

You see that 20yr old box, it holds the key! You can see how the man is fuming about the box grin grin

Read that article l attached up there, about that money from South Africa, paid into his account. wink wink

Agukagu:
Buhari has more daunting challenges than chasing opponents. It is a common knowledge that most Hausa/Fulani men keep money in cash. $40,000 (less than 10million Naira) is not up to what some traders or supermarket makes in a day. A service station can make this amount in a couple of hours. For God's sake we are talking of $0.04million. This can not fund a good shopping trip. Everybody is not a pauper. The action of DSS is pure witch-hunt. Smell the coffee. Sambo's sin is that he was very prominent in the overthrow of Buhari's regime in 1985 and he was hard on boko boys as NSA.

If PMB wants to fight corruption he should go for the big fishes from whom we can recover substantial amount of money. Besides PMB should get busy with delivering dividends of democracy and fulfilling his campaign promises and leave petty issues of trying to get even with perceived opponents.
So the NSA has suddenly turned to a Supermarket or Service Station or Trader, right?

What about that money that South Africa seized and later returned to Nigeria and paid into his account, can you tell us where it is now, please? wink wink

Or did you not read about it up there, as pasted?

Are you a public servant? If yes you should make sure you can account for your dollars in case money get missing or misappropriated under your watch.

10 million naira = N750,000 x 13,333.3.

N750,000 is an average cost of sinking a borehole in Nigeria.

If conducting a legally backed investigation is what you call dictatorship I believe we should be celebrating this kind of dictatorship.
PDP in their own wisdom warned Nigerians about what Buhari has done and not done in the past but majority of Nigerians still chose him. The majority knew what they wanted and its what they are gradually getting. They are celebrating this 'dictatorship'.
If this is DICTATORSHIP, may Nigeria be ruled by this type of civilian dictatorship, where looters are apprehended and jailed for like 300yrs or even shot at Bar Beach!

The FG and security operatives in sane climes wouldn't act the way our SSS acted towards Dasuki. You need to travel out to see things yourself. I still stand on the grounds that its purely a case of witch-hunting Dasuki. How can the FG retire him from service and barely a few days after, send DSS after him? And we all know that PMB is not a forgiving man. I appreciate his quest to rid the country of corruption but he needs to put aside his personal vendetta if he hopes to live long.
You are just getting emotional for nothing!
Ask anyone who has leaved abroad before:
If you are caught with as much as 15,000GBP or $20,000 "CASH", you will be arrested first and the money seized, UNTIL you can explain it source and why you did not keep it in the bank. EVen if they dont have excuse, they will tag it "proceeds of crime" and there is a law which not only allow them to seize the money but also seize the house in which it was found.

I am telling you these from first hand experience as l know folks who have forfeited such money to Govt.
Have you read that article up there were Nigeria's money was "hurriedly paid" into one of Dansuki's account?
Do you know whether he has refunded that money to Nigeria's Govt and do you question why the money should go to his account in the first place?

As a matter of fact, retiring him was a prelude to beaming the searchlight on him as you cannot ask him to investigate himself and we know that people "dont resign" in Nigeria!

Just relax, when the "full jist" is out, even an unrepentant apologist like you will give PMB a standing ovation.

I dont mind "witch-hunting of criminals" Who gives a damn?.
IF OBJ used Ribadu to witch-hunt ACN Criminals, ......... that is minus 50%
If GEJ had witch-hunted all OBJ's criminals .... that is less 50%, instead of telling us that "Stealing is not corruption"
Let PMB also witch-hunt GEJ/PDP Criminals ............ that is minus 50%

Bit-by-bit, all the criminals will witch-hunt themselves out so that the average Nigerian can breath and enjoy life.
Only the guilty are afraid!

And in case you are still wondering where the $40,000 came from or why they are searching his house, pay attention to the bolded part of the story below: undecided undecided

South African Govt: The South African Government has returned $9.3m seized from the Nigerian government, over the failed yet controversial arms deal, Per Second News can confirm.

The South African Revenue Service (SARS) seized the funds at Lanseria airport, northwest of Johannesburg, on Sept. 5, 2014. The funds held at the SA central bank was finally released to the Nigerian government.

Per Second News gathered from a top security source Tuesday that the money may have finally been paid into one of the numerous government's accounts operated by the former National Security Adviser (NSA) retired Colonel Sambo Dasuki.

Our correspondent gathered that the money was quietly returned to the former NSA before he handed over the mantle of leadership as the NSA, retired Major General Babagana Monguno, on Tuesday afternoon.

The seizure of the $9.3 million drew heavy controversies that had exacerbated tensions between the two countries with counter accusations from both Nigeria and the South African governments.

Relations between Nigeria and South Africa have not been at their best, particularly between the Zuma and Jonathan administrations.

According to a South African Presidency source “By returning this money you get friendship, loyalty and an opportunity where President Buhari is willing to work with us to lead the continent and speak with one voice.”

“Instead of Nigeria second-guessing us all the time, we will compare notes and stop fighting for things like the United Nations Security Council seat that’s not even permanent,” the source said.

“Nigeria is a strategic country that South Africa cannot ignore. It’s a big market. It’s possible South African companies make more money in Nigeria than in South Africa.”

It is believed that South Africa also returned another $5.7 million seized from Nigeria, money which was purportedly to buy arms including 50 M-75 cannons and 200,000 rounds of ammunition. Per Second News learnt that former vice president Atiku Abubakar, using his closeness to South Africa’s President Jacob Zuma settled the rift.

utumunta:
If there was nothing, now they have enough evidence to investigate him further and subsequently prosecute him.

1. What was he doing with $40,000 cash at home? Is his home a bank? How did he come about the money?

2. Who owns the nine(9) cars found in his residence. Their prices should be compared with his salary and if he cannot afford them, they should ask how he came about them. He should be prosecuted after thorough investigation.

This is impunity and we expect the DSS to do the needful. EFCC too should come in here. The days of impunity are over!

Some poverty-stricken youth, that thinks he is a member/supporter of PDP/GEJ, whose family have never touched or seen $40,000 or owned 9 cars collectively would come here to defend this man that keeps $40,000 cash and 9 cars at home. I weep for my country.
Let us look at it this way:
1) There was a duly signed warrant, by a Judge, to search his house so, the search was legal and authorised. The noise he is making is that "as a former military man and NSA, him and his house is too big to be searched! THAT IS STEWPID, Oga NSA.

2.) He was restricted to his house while the search lasted.
What else was he expecting? To be allowed to roam around and hide things or impede the search? Oga, stop making noise.

3.) Three Rifles were found in his house.
He said this belongs to those protecting him! I laugh in Chines! So those protecting him use to dump their Rifle behind while they go somewhere else in protecting Oga NSA or if they were recalled, they "dashed" Oga their officially-issued Rifle?
Infact, when did Security Agents start using "Rifle" to protect? Ist usually some SMG's or Pistol that are "service issued".
Oga, we no be mugun!

4.) $40,000 was found in his house
Hmmm... thi sone get K-Leg o! We are not talking about naira here o! Maybe Oga NSA has gotten a license to establish a bank in his house? Maybe his salary is usually paid in Dollars? Maybe it was part of the Dollars that was supposed to be used to buy arms for our soldiers who are dying daily facing superior weapons of Boko Haram, in the last six years. Even Chad yesterday, killed 19-Bokos, while they could only kill one soldier. our own case is the reverse, in the last six years.
But as NSA, l am sure if you come to my house and met $40K, you will say l am a Boko Sponsor, no be so?
And to think that it was this useless man that ran to London to announce the shift of our Presidential election so that Jonathan can have time to use money to bribe all and sundry, depleting our external reserve to almost zero, in the process!

5.) Nine Cars removed from his compound
hehehe, e be like say Oga NSA don use all the money he was supposed use to kit our Soldiers, by cars! he must love Cars or has he opened a Car Dealership? One person, 9 Cars, in just one house o! he has in Lagos, Abuja, Hometown, e.t.c.
Wetin? Na only you follow come?

6.) 20 year old box was broken open and searched:
What is the big deal about that? It is either you open the box or it is forced open. That is standard practice all over the world so what is the noise about?

...and l understand you were poly released immediately the search was over, so what else does he want? Abeg Oga NSA, dont stretch your luck to far, you might be picked again o! s that how he normally "quickly release" the people they arrest and keep in that their dungeon in abuja?

If he wants to play "politics" and sing for his #WailingWailers to dance to, he can continue but he should know that he cant shout 'tribe" this time o, it is a case of "Gambari kill Fulani, ...No Case"! grin grin grin

If anyone thinks he is bigger than the law or bigger than the country or some untouchable, ..e go be like Film for them.
Everyone that has occupied any Govt post MUST be able to explain the source of their wealth.
That is the beginning of CHANGE

....and you "Oga Patapata", your own dey come very soon, in "grand style" ..
When it happens, let all your SaTANoids and Fl@tties take to the street and see wetin go happen to them! undecided undecided

magazine: Kola Aluko, the make believe business tycoon, who is known to be a large scale hustler, private-partner oil robber-baron and money launderer for Nigeria’s oil minister, Diezani Madukwe and the current president, Goodluck Jonathan, recently spotted with the British ‘slut,’ Naomi Campbell, implicated in large scale billion dollar frauds, is a usual suspect in the latest $7billion NNPC, Swiss Oil company explosive fraud in Nigeria’s news headlines.

Kola Aluko’s wealth is modestly estimated at well over $100 millions dollars according to SuperYacht.com. He buys up properties in Las Vegas and other top spots for millions of dollars at will; his wealth stolen from Nigeria’s oil sector, runs into billions of dollars.

Kola owns the Galactica Star yacht, which he acquired in June of 2013. Galactica Star is a one-of-a-kind custom built Super Yacht. The 65m long boat is the newest and largest Heesen yacht ever built and goes for a whopping $50-100+ million! Beyonce and JayZ celebrated her 32nd birthday on one in Italy this year.
Kola Akulo is the founder of Fossil Resources, an oil trading company. He was CEO of Exoro Energy until it’s merger with Seven Energy, a leading independent oil exploration company. Aluko is now Deputy CEO and a large shareholder of Seven Energy and co-CEO of Atlantic Energy. Aluko is also a member of the advisory board of Vistajet, a private jet charter company founded by Thomas Flohr.

Kola who according to the ‘National Enquirer’ is sleeping with oil minister Diezani, was recently implicated according to Whistleblowers of being involved through a jet company he is on board in, Vista Jet, in aiding Diezani Madukwe in getting around in splendor as she used his private jets in trips tagged at over $300,000 a route to get herself and her family around on so-called official trips.

Kola is known for his frivolous lifestyle, betting on races, racing with expensive cars in Germany, parties and lavishing Nigeria’s wealth in all other ways imaginable, all over the world.

According to the whistleblower source, Diezani landed Kola Aluko a choice allocation of pricey oil blocks through Kola’s Seven Energy company.

The likes of Kola Aluko are also known to help divert $500,000 per petroleum supplying PFL to the coffers of Diezani and Jonathan for a total of 50-100 PFL’s per month. With these methods, many of Nigeria so-called business tycoons amass unimaginable wealth.

The “Biggest fraud in the history of Africa” according to the Berne Declaration was just exposed. A defrauding of Nigeria by the NNPC in conglomeration with Switzerland’s largest oil dealers, to the tune of $7 billion! Nigerian lawmakers have today initiated an investigation into this elaborate scam.

Kola who is based in Switzerland, has been fingered to be on board these intercontinental grand-criminal scams, defrauding Nigeria to the tunes of billions of dollars.

Kola who lives in Geneva is believed to be a front runner for oil minister Diezani Madukwe

Naomi Campbell is a well known pay-for-fun former British model who has been of service to numerous Nigerian corrupt millionaires, and most recently in 2012 was part of the case against former Liberian president Charles Taylor. She was alleged to have been paid blood diamonds by Charles Taylor for her services. Naomi is not new to helping African crooks spend the blood money of their poor masses. Her rates for a day of fun are somewhere around $500,000, according to those who know her Nigerian clients.

Kola, the minister of oil Diezani Alison-Madukwe and Jide Omokore are also at the center of another similar multi-million dollar theft scandal:

Mr Omokore is the promoter of Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Limited while Mr Aluko is the power behind Septa Energy Limited. (Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept is a subsidiary of Energy Resource Group with Omokore as Chairman /Chief Executive Officer)

Both companies are the firms allegedly used by Petroluem Minister, Allison Madueke, foreign firm Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited and some officials of the Nigerian Petroleum Development Corporation to perfect an undergoing investigation ‘N59tn shady deal’ in the oil sector.

Reports revealed the ‘sum of $380bn or N59tn, and $15.72tn worth of gas assets were alleged to be at stake in the shady deal’

According to information ‘ part of the allegation in the on going investigation includes ‘secret and arbitrary farm-out” of Oil Mining Leases 4, 26, 30, 34, 38, 41 and 42 to Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Limited and Septa Energy Limited. Kola Aluko

The Illegal deed was reportedly perfected by Minister Alison-Madueke, SPDC, NPDC officials in partnership with the beneficiary outfits’ promoters.

It is further alleged that the nation lost $750m in the fraudulent deal that breached different sections of the constitution. ($50m was paid instead of the $800m value).

Truth about all this is that everyone reading this story already knows the truth, even though some may not want to admit to the truth because they know it would not favour their interests.

Mysterious disappearances of billions of dollars do not just happen, they are done by human beings. A lot of people also claim no money is missing because they believe admitting to this will not favour their interests. The fact remains that if no money is missing, there wouldn't be complaints of missing moneys; also if no money is missing, no one would be worried when they hear the word 'probe'.

All I pray is that substantial amounts of these looted funds are refunded so that the present administration can have funds to work. I really dont care any more if the thieves are sent to prison or not but the funds should be refunded. With the senseless cries of witch hunting, marginalisation, enslaving and oppression by many not-too-smart people, even if the cases are proven beyond doubt, I am afraid of the kind of destabilising uprising these senseless lot may cause if certain people are arrested. The moneys should just be returned so we can move forward.
Dont be afraid.

If they are proven to have stolen, we would collect the money back and they would be shot right away.
If the #WailingWailers also try to foment trouble because of that, they would also be shot.

That is why we have a Government backed by the majority.

Anybody that's advising PMB to forgo probe of d fmr govt particularly the theft of our Commonwealth under the close supervision of GEJ does not mean well for Nigeria and PMB's political legacy.
Anyaoku and others have forgotten that at most in 4years time PMB would meet us at the polls again and if the truth be told more than 80% of people that voted him did so because of his pledge to tackle insecurity and corruption, not for his economic theories or other plans.
If Nigerians therefore do not see tangible results in this regard with substantial funds being recovered and diligent prosecution of looters carried out, then a 2nd term bid for the president would be in jeopardy apart from having his hard earned anti corruption reputation being rubbished.
This is one advice,if SR report is true, that is coming from enemies of PMB and not friends because its akin to killing his political career.
GBAM!
Buhari can listen to that senile old fool, at his own detriment.
Nigerians are watching.
we know our money has been stolen and we know who did it but we need official probe to establish guilt within "legal framework".

If Buhari cannot provide that, then we will be too happy to boot him out as well.
Even more importantly, Buhari would have soiled his own image and legacy, as an accomplice.

Ans: i think he ran away long time ago becos d mother had also smashed bottles nd use it on him on one or two occassions.

I smh for d woman. Wen some women are out there looking for children, u are here smashin bottles nd stabbin yurs
Most likely, all this dysfunctional homes where the Mother thinks it is okay to be doing 'single mother' stuff, when the results start creeping-in, l guess they would blame the devil.

That boy is just trying to experiment what he has been exposed to by the Mother, wont be surprised he has seen various men "come in and do it to Mummy"!
What he needs is counselling and not stabbing, foolish woman.

Parents, especially of girls, need to pay particular attention to them and not leave them alone in the company of crazy people.

Help, his wife will always nag and complain all the time, about him not being romantic, more especially after watching a certain TV channel call TELEMUMDO. Note: that telemundo is a TV channel that is very popular for it broadcast of love movies.
This development is gradually ruining their relationship. what do you think he should do??
He should keep watching while she should just pour water inside the DVBox when he's gone to work one day! grin grin grin

Seriously, being romantic has nothing to do with Telemundo.
Both of you have issues, work on your marriage otherwise, cracks would develop into one of those gullies in the South East.

I need a sincere answer
Who takes credit or blame for Biko haram?
There is no Credit to be taken until Boko Haram is defeated and whoever defeats it, takes the Credit.
But certainly, Jonathan has had his chance of 5years and he failed. We would judge Buhari, when he leaves the place.

As for Blame, every President and Military Chief who failed in their duty to PROTECT their Citizens takes the blame.
Jonathan, takes it for 6years in the past....

Buhari takes it for the last two months that he has been President and Commander-in-Chief......

The greatest blame l think, should go to people like that peodophile former Governor of Zamfara state, who started all these Sharia nonsense and our polarised NASS that could not put an end to it, by enforcing our secular constitution. If they had done their job, we wont be near where we are today.

Let us not forget the crude Security agents who shoot/kill first, before asking questions!
Their actions allow these numskulls to have a "silly excuse" for their dastardly acts!

Nigerians, especially the Muslim fanatics amongst us, also share in the blame because we all should have said no to "Religious fanaticism" and followed the "Path of moderation" and expose/ostracise those "terrorists" who preach hatred during Jumat services!

There you go! you wanted it, ....you got it.

Gej that was looking for what to campaign with before the election and he did not deem it fit to made mention of this development/achievement on Petroleum sector the most important sector of our economy?Does it take 5-6 years to do TAM,/how long does it take to build a new refinery?Gej never really finished anything,he left everything for his predecessors to complete them after spending 6yrs.What then do we remember his administration for?

PMB did not do any magic, but there was nothing really wrong with the refineries anyway.People only wake up to their responsibilities because the man PMB is not smiling. There are many ongoing investigations on petroleum sector, and trust me by the time the reports starts coming in alot of mind boggling conspiracy, financial rot,oil theft, broad day robbery by the ministry of petroleum and NNPC will be revealed.
Dont mind these clowns!

Even Trains that never worked, he painted them and kept shifting them from one location to another, taking pictures and lifting some pictures outrightly from the internet, that he has revamped the Rail System! angry angry

Yet, something very important as the Petroleum sector, he will deliberately tell us will not be ready till 2016, when he knew (if he knew) it will be ready in less than two months after being booted out?

Just imagine if we did not boot him out, do you think this Refinery will start working like this?
Jonathan and his looters DELIBERATELY SABOTAGE our Refineries for their personal gains.

While l dont think a TAM can be done in TWO Months, l possit that the Refinery was actually working very well but they chose to shut it down and lied to us that it will be finished in 2016 so that he Jonathan and his kleptomaniac Denzianni Allison Madueke can keep robbing us, by claiming they are importing fuel for us!

Na God go punish those two wherever they are!

The problem lies in Igbos who are "naturally Arrogant, Greedy, Selfish, Deceptive and too tribally inclined for common sense".
There is nothing wrong in routing for your Tribe but what is wrong is to still route for them, even when you know that is the wrong thing to do on very important matters.

Igbos knew Jonathan has ruled for Six years and Nigerians were not smiling!
Corruption became a "state policy", the currency was in a downward spiral, impunity and crass mismanagement was the order of the day.
Nigeria was gradually fulfilling the American prediction of becoming a "failed state".
Under those circumstances, it is common-sense to allow "fresh ideas" to be tried out.
Yorubas wanted 'fresh ideas' because Jonathan has tried his best and it was not good enough but simply because he is from the EAST(in their new found "anti-West" alliance!), they blindly routed for him like a herd of sheep who cannot think, analyze and act in the best interest of the herd or nation!

Is that the kind of "Team" you want Yorubas to support? Hell No, We dont support mediocrity just because of tribal sentiments.
Even one of our own, Obasanjo, could not command his village in the 1999 elections!
Of-course Jonathan the elections to better reasoning.

The earlier the better, that Igbos realize they need a critical "self examination", where they have to tell themselves the "Home Truth" minus all these "ostrich head in the sand and delusions of grandeur", the better.

Yorubas are always ready to play ball, as long as it is a leather ball that bounce.... and not "stone".. as being prescribe!
