The SW that voted overwhelmingly for Buhari have been dealt overwhelmingly by the recession. The people who were having it good under GEJ but voted for Buhari just because of phantom "political power" (apologies to modath), after being deceived by one Tinubu can barely feed now and cannot even send their kids to school as can be seen in this video link below.

As sweet as this your story reads, it's one sided. A reason has to exist for the lady's actions.
Sometimes, men go beyond their boundary. Women are not animals, the way you treat them and how you make them feel, particularly when they realise you are the rigid type, will determine their behaviours around you.

Most women want a man that will protect them, make them feel secured. Women, as though senseless as they are, can read between the lines when a man seems to be the unbending type.
All men need to realise that women don't think the way they think. Hence, the way you behave around them should be totally different. The kind of joke you make with your fellow friends might not work for your woman. What might not cause a quarrel among your male friends might be a serious case with your woman. The more reason you need to ask your would-be wife several questions while dating her is so you can get to realise how she thinks, how she takes things and view situations.

As a man, you need to understand all of these things. That's what's expected of you to know while dating, not for any other purpose. And once you get to understand all this, you would be able to know if she's who she claims to be , and whether you can live the rest of your life with her.
And again, try to ask her questions when she seems to be natural in herself and with you. Ask her deep and thoughtful questions. Such as "what was the most terrible thing you ever did?" The Federal Government leased some pieces of land @ a particular location to entitled civil servants who are interested. My mum who occupies the said building that was written to and then we started running around for the payments as outlined by the implementation committee.My dad has been in partial paralysis since 2007 and the family has been managing actually.We contacted my dads step brother to assist us with the finance to get the land and in return my parents promised to give him a certain portion of the land. I am very aware of this because I was among those that accompanied my parents to show him the place. He actually assisted us with the bulk payments but the receipts where done in my mums name cos she is the entitled worker. The issue now is that my uncle never called us or asked us anything .We were waiting for him to come develop his part of the land only for us to travel home for Xmas in 2014 and there was a general extended family meeting.This land issue was brought up and my uncle told everybody that we never showed him any part of the land,that he gave us money to buy the land. My dads body began to shake and his blood pressure rose immediately.He started urinating frequently . We calmed him down in the meeting and I told my uncle and the extended family that we will get back to them after we must have discussed as a nuclear family. I called my uncle one day and told him that we will give him back his money .But the issue is that he goes about telling people that gave us money to buy the land for him. Fast forward to yesterday.We got a letter from a chamber that we should submit all the original documents and C of O( All the documents are in my mums name) to him and vacate the premises within 21 days of the date of the letter. Since yesterday me and my brothers have been putting heads together to know wat to do next. Also my dad has been urinating quite often because his BP has increased.The letter was dated 5th of Dec 2016 and we got it yesterday.Please Nairalanders I need sound advise of wat to do. And 2016 it was N429 billion under a shrewd but tactical PMB.

2ndly whats the discharge rate of your 0.5hp pump?, ie 200liters per min or 400 etc...or if you dont know, how long does it take to fill your 5k/10k overhead tanks?

COST OF BUILDING A FENCE
For 1 full plot of land.
All Professional QS and Construction Management Engineers like myself do it like this to calculate the total number of blocks we will use which will serve as #1 basis for other materials, and calculations.

1. Calculate the number of square feet in the fence walls. Multiply the length times the height of each wall. Then add up the results. For example, for a 60-by-120-foot fence, with walls 10 feet high, you have two walls that are 60-by-10 feet and two walls that are 120-by-10 feet. This gives you a total of 3600 square feet.

2. Now, we should consider the gates or entrance that will be left out and which are usually 16ft wide, and 10ft high, giving us a total of 160sq ft. Minus 160sq ft from 3600sq ft, giving us a net wall area of 3440 sq ft.

3. Find out how many 6 or 9 inches blocks fit into a sq ft by the net wall area. Both are about the same lenght, but just differ in thickness, and a sq ft will take 0.85 block. Meaning that a sq ft will take about a whole block. Now, multiply 0.85 x 3600, that gives us = 3,060 pieces of blocks.

PS: This just for blocks to be laid on casted rafted frame work for our fence if the land is dry.

B.

In Lay Man's Language, we will need"

1. 3060 pcs of 6x6 blocks (plus 5% which is an extra 153 extra block, because you will have broken ones) = 3213 pcs x 130 Naira = #417,690.

2. For a simple fence work, 100 blocks = 1 bag of cement x 32.13 plus, extra bags used for foundational work and concrete works that serves as reinforcement = 52 bags of cement x #1800 (depending on cement quality and location) = #93,600

3. For Iron rod I've always calculated 70 leghts for every fence.
Calcultion is far more complex, so wont go into it, therefore 70 lenght of 12mm rod = 70x1300 = #51,000 (plus binding wires and rings) = #55,000

4. Hey, lets not forget the woods that would be used for the framework, we need that too. Meaning, for every single pillars in the wall, you need 4 pcs of 2x4, and 4 pcs of 1x12, my detailed estimation, puts woods within #15,000

5. Sand (4 trucks 10 tonnes each), granite (1 truck 20 tonnes). Prices varies, but one truck of granite is #100,000 firm down here, and 4 trucks of sand makes #80,000 making it a complete total of #180,000

6. Finally, the gate which varies a lot. We have plain sheets, which wont last more than 10 years if superbly coated. And checkered plates which will last longer than your house if well coated. For some uninformed reasons, 90% of homes ive seen use plain sheet, and a gate of such value cost from #70,000 upwards, depending on the wrought iron designs on it. The best gate is checkered gate, and the cheapest with less design goes for around #150,000

7. Now, add up the cost of transporting the materials to the building site. If its close to where building materials are, I am guessing #15,000 most. If not, God help you.


If an individual like me handle it, I happily charge you #150,000 for my charges if the land is dry. I will go higher depender on the level of the water content of your land.

So, simple estimation for a dry land gate = #1,075,690
