Why insecurity is rife in Northern Nigeria is because the political class want to hold onto power through population. They want all the Fulanis/Hausas of other parts of West Africa to come down to Nigeria and claim indigenes. Nobody checks them at the border or interrogate them as long as they are Muslims and speak their language. The rail line is part of the agenda of uniting the non Nigerian Fulanis/Hausas with the indigenous ones.
