It is expected fir kovacic to be more offensive in is play than Enzo. But unfortunately kovacic like playing the ball around passing always passing to nearest player as if he is playing monkey post and always losing position on the ball. Enzo is playing offensive style more than kovacic and he is also falling back to fill his defensive role. That guy is a beast.

The obsession to "build" house and be called landlord or home owner is one of the major reasons many Nigerians are stagnant in life.

You toil for 10yrs and finally make your first 10 to 100million naira and the first thing that tops your agenda is to start building a house. Then you Bury all the money in the ground reverting to square 1.

That money is supposed to be your capital, you're supposed to put it back to wherever you got it from for profit or you can reinvest it somewhere else.

Then when your profit grows big you can upgrade your cars and maybe start building a house.

I currently own duplexes across 3 states mostly in Lagos and my home state, I didn't achieve that with my first breakthrough, I did it after lots of reinvestment.

If you want to go far in life, follow this simple logic, don't let the standards set by society control your money.

what of if they had already build a house, and they start up business like you claim. By that, all the income from the business will be reinvested in the business. Instead of them thinking about saving up money from the business for real rental/building and other logistics purposes

I have engage in many things that paid me money. Like serving Mason job, wheelbarrow pusher, but my first salary that paid me monthly was 2012. Avanti plc at Agbara. Salary then was 14k as a casual worker. 7k per two weeks. 600naira per day. You won't be paid for anyday you did not come to work

It's been a rough years for me, but things started getting better for me late 2020.

4. Peter Obi and LP should focus on the March 11, 2023 governorship polls. Obi should begin touring states LP won to boost morale of LP supports in the 22 states win high voters. Not waste resources in states like Katsina, Yobe, Zamfara.

5. LP leadership should begin talks with NNPP, progressive still in PDP and form a formidable party with structure, just like what ACN/CPC did. We need to start now.
