Car TalkRe: What does the Mileage On Your Car Read.??? by LeStylo: 10:15am On Aug 28, 2013
The problem is, most cars have their ODO tampered with. I got a friend with a 2002 Sienna with barely 10,000km at purchase. So previous users bought and kept it? Riding less thank 1,000km per annum?! Stop kidding me!
ODO mean little in this part of the world.
My Hyundai SantaFE is 174,000km and it strong as a horse. Cant stand the AC - badt!
PoliticsRe: Osun Sponsors 20 Youths To Germany For Agricultural Training by LeStylo: 12:29pm On Aug 27, 2013
Mogidi2: Is it true that 19 of these 20 people are in one way related to the governor?

Am also thinking only 2 or 3 will return back to Nigeria.
That i cannot say, but my friend's wife that got sponsored for a nursing training last year is absolutely unconnected directly or indirectly with Aregbe or anyone in his govt. It was purely based on merit.

For this, i cannot say.
PoliticsRe: Osun Sponsors 20 Youths To Germany For Agricultural Training by LeStylo: 12:21pm On Aug 27, 2013
Last year he sent 20 state-employed nurses to Germany for training on accident and trauma management. A friend's wife was lucky to be recommended by her boss. She was posted to the emergency unit of the General hospital after the training. Each of them is to assist in training their colleague and regular reports sent to the German trainers and remote support give.

This is not the first time. Aregbe, go on soun! Nothing do you.

PoliticsRe: My Dad Wept When Buhari Made Him His Running Mate - Tunde Bakare’s Daughter by LeStylo: 12:44pm On Aug 26, 2013
I think the major problem we face in Nigeria is that we never encourage good people to participate in politics.
We scare them with cliches like...... 'Politics is dirty, dishonest, for bad people,' etc.....

As a result of that, idiots and evil people rule over us.

You hear good and accomplished Nigerians in Airports, bars, public buildings, etc, discussing about politics and offering solution on what needs to be done.

The bitter truth is that they have been saying this for 50 years and are still saying it, with none of them prepared to go into politics and change things.

Tunde Bakare is not perfect, but he is very smart and articulate. If tasked to head the power sector like Sambo, I'm very sure he is gonna do a better job than him.

Buhari would have provided the will, Bakare would have provided the ideas, but Nigerians saw it differently.

I think come 2015, we Nigerians should cast sentiments aside and vote for someone that would put electricity into our bulbs, cheaper and affordable food on our table and restore security & sanity into our society.
YOU SAID IT ALL BRO!
PoliticsRe: My Dad Wept When Buhari Made Him His Running Mate - Tunde Bakare’s Daughter by LeStylo: 12:36pm On Aug 26, 2013
Hate him as you may, that dude stood up against the tyrants of the military in Nigeria and got jailed severally, something many so-called lovers of Nigeria were not bold enough to do. He spoke against the ills of government even when there was obviously nothing in it for him. His alliance with Buhari will remain a dent on his reputation but no man is above mistakes! It may have been one act of selfishness but he is only human. His critics easily forget when he spoke vehemently against Abacha and even allegedly prophesied his death, was that selfishness and hypocrisy too? undecided
May God Bless you bro.

Obiagelli: don't mind those kids who know next to nothing about their country than to spew crap. [\color]
My very point. All these teens and twenny-agers have absolutely no sense of history. The same Tunde Bakare committed his time and resource to ensure GEJ was not robbed of the right of normalcy when abnormality took over the control of the nation's affairs at the demise of Yaradua. And i ask, how many of his type remain out there? I pray Rev. Mathew Hassan Kuka too will take the calling to save us from this sinking ship called Nigeria.

PoliticsRe: Militants Kill 44 In A Mosque In Borno. by LeStylo: 9:39am On Aug 13, 2013
gbadexy: Well at least they have killed muslims praying in the mosque now so that those complaining and wishing for it can be satisfied even though its not the first time though.
These people are not muslims.
I just can't fathom how a so called "islamic group" would rationalize or justify killing fellow muslims in a place of worship or even at all!
These people are just plain terrorists without religious inclination.
Bro, these are creation of the media. Someday a thief in turban will be branded "Islamic Armed Robber". The media already succeeded in pumping Islamic fundamentalist, fanatic, muslim terrorist, muslim group etc. They're already dictionary words. Same way 419 achieved multinational grammatical and expressional adoption, with unique Nigerian interpretation. One would think there were no fraud beyond the shores of Nigeria. Sadly!
PoliticsRe: Militants Kill 44 In A Mosque In Borno. by LeStylo: 9:12am On Aug 13, 2013
OsunOriginal: Killing will continue until 2015... It is all political.

Xtians have been killed and the government has benefited tremendously from it by posing as a protector of xtians. Now it is time to make it look like government is protecting the muslims by sponsoring touts to kill muslims behind the scenes and then sending soldiers to protect the mosques/muslims thereby making muslims to see them as a protector of muslims. They will do anything because of 2015 and then pretend that they are gentlemen, they don't want trouble, they want peace, etc.

When the bubble busts, Nigerians and the entire world will be surprised.

Tell me

- why Azazi was removed from PDP government
- that they the death of Azazi in a military helicopter is an accident shortly after his sack from PDP government.
- what Azazi meant by PDP members are behind Boko Haram

Even in Mali, we don't see this kind of killings.

May God enable the disabled brains of Nigerians.
Hmmmmn...
This is quite deep! Plus the quality of coordination of the attacks. My colleague survived the Kano bombings of Jan '12 by the whiskers. Over 100 bombs across the city within 60mins at very strategic and highly "secured" areas of the city including the Police and SS HQ.

Indeed, there's much more than catches the eye!

BrightCar: Why is it that anything done under the name GEJ is like Bokoharam bomb to your brain, better go hangup yourself.
This is IT age in Nigeria. 48 million Nigerians are on the internet. There's automatically more awareness of government programmes and policies than ever before. It can only get better. 1000s of internet-enabled mobile devices are being purchased daily. Obj was lucky. He was never a better president! Nah! Not as a Petroleum minister for 8 whooping years!!!
PoliticsRe: Pictures Of All Remodelled Airports Across The Country by LeStylo: 11:24am On Aug 12, 2013
Truth be told, GEJ's govt has been awesome on the aviation sector. But beyond the facade, the quality of service availability, access road and maintenance needs to be top-notch!
PoliticsRe: President Jonathan - El-rufai Is A Serial Liar by LeStylo: 11:04am On Aug 12, 2013
banki: its funny how some people have conveniently left the message and attack the messenger, lets tell our selves the truth and it is only a blind supporter of the president or any one that is benefiting from the current government that would say other wise.
it is a fact that the Minister of finance has acknowledged that we are loosing a lot of revenue due to oil theft, it is afact that sea piracy has increased drastically along the coast of west Africa due to oil theft, it is a fact that Niger Delta Militants sponsored by the presidency are guarding the pipelines, it is a fact that over 1 trillion naira was lost due to subsidy fraud under the watch of the president, it is also a fact that most of the beneficiaries are cronies of the president.it is also a fact that NONE of this thieves have been brought to book.

it is also amazing the speed at which the government responds to criticism by anyone, I wish that was the same speed they respond to pertinent National issues, like Boko Haram insurgency, Floods, Strikes, unemployment, health etc, a few weeks ago over 20 school children were murdered in their sleep, it took the presidency more than 3 days to even comment.

The presidency is equally as guilty of double speak as El rufai, the only difference is that El Rufai does not hold public office, It is Ruben Abati that consistently wrote all kinds of things about GEJ and his wife I remember in one of his articles he said "under Yaradua Nigeria was on a go slow mode and under GEJ we have finally reached Full stop" the same Abati is defending Mr President up and down simply because he is now part of the chop me gang.
Like i have always argued, our problem is a good sense of history. The very problem with today's youth. Thanks Banki, at least you are part of the few endangered youths that had qualitative education to think things through!

PoliticsRe: Dress Code In Lagos House Of Assembly Worthy Of Emulation by LeStylo: 11:22am On Aug 06, 2013
To those who disagree, it must be remembered that China went through an extremely violent "cultural revolution" where millions died and everyone else was made to modernize by force.

It laid the groundwork for their miraculous 30 year transformation from one of the poorest and most backward civilizations, to one of the richest and most advanced.

We don't need a violent revolution in Naija, but we DO need to embrace change. At international meetings, GEJ is the only head of state wearing traditional dress, except for some tiny island nations. Everyone else is wearing a suit.

To mobile users who cannot see the photo below, Jonathan is surrounded by Presidents and Heads of State from over 30 nations (including South Africa, China, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, India, Egypt, Pakistan, and others). He is the only one wearing traditional dress, other than the Prime Minister of India who is wearing a head covering for religious reasons.

If Rossik has ever worn a suit, he would know that the material a suit is made of determines how much warmth it keeps in. A linen suit is perfect for hot climates, as are other materials. Do you think people in colder climes stop wearing suits in the summer?
WHAT IS THIS ONE SPEWING?

PoliticsRe: Govt Orders Withdrawal Of Troops From Mali. by LeStylo: 1:18pm On Jul 18, 2013
Billionaires: GEJ has always impressed me for being pragmatic shocked . We do not have to keep those soldiers there any longer than ia necessary especially with the UN blatant hypocrisy in calling for arrest of Sudan's visiting President who is our guest.

I am particularly interested in knowing why the ICC made that request and not call for arrest of George W. Bush and Tony Blaire for crime against humanity after killing thousands of Iraqis under false intelligence.

At this juncture, its time we focus on fighting our domestic terrorists since we have jointly decimated the terror networks of that country, Mali.

[s]Glory to GEJ, Rome wasnt built in a day, we are making lots of progress in 2yrs than was ever made in 50yrs of misrule of the Oligarchs.[/s]

pro01: Doesn't sound like a good idea. Yerima's temperament and Sharia heritage would prove a distraction to Jonathan's government. Besides, Sambo has been an ideal, loyal, unobstrusive deputy so far. . .although I admit he brings little political capital to the ticket. Then again, this is just an unfounded rumour

Even the old, unrelenting Bode George, yes! Same ex-kirikiri tenant said and i quote:

"But the General Buhari that I know; his standing, his personality, his commitment, his belief is exact opposite to these characters here. So, sometimes I get confused that General Buhari is sincerely talking to these men. It is like a movie to me. It is like a theatre house. How can water and oil mix? What he has stood for in his life and what they stand for; they cannot meet. They are like day and night."

LET GAYS BE!! they are normal people like you and me. i love cun*ts, they love dic*ks, there problem not mine. i have sex before marriage against your god's will, i lie, i fornicate, i drink heavily, and nobody throws me in jail for these things, despite the fact that your god has killed many people based on things like these. why should gays be thrown in jail because they don't like what you like? live and let others live. Equal right should be for everyone not because you are religious. until Nigeria constitution changes to sharia Constitution/law or jewish Constitution/law, Gays must be free to do whatever they like as long as they don't hurt anyone
