How do I grow trees
kill skeletons and keep their bones. Use it to craft bonemeal. It’s like fertilizer for growing stuff.

To plant trees just stick it in dirt. a block of dirt can grow a tree.

To plant regular crops place dirt 2 blocks away from a stagnant water source and till it with a hoe. Then plant seeds.

That’s my portal to the nether. I have 3 portals overall because I’m trying to find my worlds stronghold.

you tend to survive on a world that isn't infinite. Just one chunk of earth. Limited resources with limited spaces. Very hard to play
I’ve not come across it before

whao, from the size of your world, you'd have been on this game for a long time. That's a portal to the nether world. Not yet strong enough to go for it on survival but I can go for it on creative. How do you craft trees by the way. I need some
I’ve been playing this particular world for months. The last one I played on my former phone was massive because I played it for years. When I changed my phone I lost it.

You can’t craft trees. You can only grow them.
GamingRe: Minecraft Players... Let's Meet Here by lilkech(m): 1:55pm On Oct 09, 2018
I’ve been playing for a while.

I need the elytra and nether star but I’m not strong enough to defeat any boss. I guess another few months to a year and I will be able to go to the end city without fear.

The mistake you made is gender based research. Majority of these igbo businesses are owned by men. While in the southwest majority of the markets you visit are owned by women and women are generally competitive (reason why they can't share their husband).
Sure about this?

we must be from different places then because I see many cases of women sharing a husband but not the other way round.

heaven knows I wouldn’t want to share my wife with any other man angry

Car TalkRe: Help!!! Solution To Rats Entering My Engine Bay by lilkech(m): 3:34pm On Sep 20, 2018
obviously these rats live in or around your environment. I hope they have not put up permanent accommodation in your engine bay sha

First you need to be parking your car in a properly fenced and gated place. After which you would have to take care of your immediate environment by cutting all bushes, fumigating the Compound then getting rid of all stacked up garbage and clusters of unused properties lying around the place.

If you don’t park in a closed space then all the above might not be effective, you will then need to get the proper engine covers and guards which can be put below your engine to stop the rats getting in and also remember to put in some rat poison or repellent stuffs in your engine proper.

If you keep allowing rats decorate your engine bay then one day Mr. Snake will come visiting too ... and nobody likes Mr. Snake that much not just the rats grin

Car TalkRe: What Makes Mercedes Benz Different From Others? by lilkech(m): 12:55pm On Sep 17, 2018
Scenario 1:

buy a new Mercedes today ... get home and your wife says she doesn’t like it ... a month later take it to dealership/car mart to be sold at 60% of its initial purchase price

Scenario 2:

buy a new Lexus today ... take it home and drive it for a year or two until a better version comes out ... take it to a car mart to be sold for 70% if it’s initial purchase price

If I’m buying a Benz it better be the diesel variant as the other one depreciates faster than salt dipped in water.

Wow! it’s been a while I updated this thread.

I’ve been getting emails daily from keen individuals who are interested in mining cryptocurrencies. I wanted to correspond with only those via email but then I remembered that this thread was started for a reason.

Please if you have any inquiries or problems concerning mining or setting up a mining rig or operation please quote me here and I will try my best to answer and put you through.

Keep on hashing wink

I will now go and reply the people who sent me emails over the last couple of weeks. Sorry if it comes late
Car TalkRe: Best Way To Drive Cars With Automatic Transmission Engines by lilkech(m): 9:25am On Aug 29, 2018
Agadsman:
Lol, sorry for that experience but you sounded like someone who just jumped into an auto car thinking that it is that simple to drive since you are already used to driving a manual car which is more difficult. Truth is, anyone who is already used to driving manual car still has to learn how the auto car works before entering the road with it. He has to learn the basics on auto cars too.
Exactly what Benz4pimp is implying.

I learnt with and drove manual for 7 years before I switched to auto and for the first 2 months after that I drove with both feet until a friend of mine pointed out to me that it was wrong.

I still drove with both feet intermittently for another 2 months before I could instill the new behavior in my legs while driving.

Nairaland is not good for video news I swear. Seun it's about time, you put a feature that can make us watch a video on nairaland directly.. Even some small small blogs have that feature, how much more a big forum like NL.

It's boring having to click on a link that would take us to instagram, YouTube etc..

I could even want to upload a video I made myself, but don't have a YouTube account.

Seun pls upgrade I beg!!!!! And give us more smileys!!!!

Car TalkRe: How Much Should I Expect To Pay For My Repair? by lilkech(m): 9:51am On Aug 13, 2018
radautoworks:
I congratulate you on having a reliable guy at those prices.

Our labor rates are actually half of comparable centers and come with 3 months warranty on work done. The purpose of the thread wasn't so much our rate but the amount of time you are being billed for. From what you're saying, his labor rate is about N1,500 per hour as it should be for a kazeem.

For example, if a mechanic told you he was going to charge you a certain amount, by knowing how many hours it should take, one could figure out what rate they were being charged for the service. This is especially important for bigger jobs and not so much the little things and I've seen some insane billing for labor since I've been here.
You hit the nail on my head with your second paragraph. Thanks for the clarification.
Car TalkRe: How Much Should I Expect To Pay For My Repair? by lilkech(m): 8:55am On Aug 13, 2018
As a guideline for you, our labor rate is N5,000 an hour meaning a typical oil change would be around N2,500 and brakes would be around N7,500 in labor per set.

madam, these are very expensive compared to the prices people usually pay in these parts of the world cry

the last time I gave a Mech (Kaz obviously) N7,500 he serviced my injectors, changed all my brake pads, installed a new rear caliper, rotated my tyres and changed my oil and filter. He even allowed me buy those small spray paint cans and held on for me to personally spray all four calipers red so it looks cool cool

well, i drive a jalopy so maybe he pities me undecided

obviously you cater to only the elite clientele. Luckily we have numerous ‘chairmen’ on this forum who drive high end cars so don’t fret. You’d get enough patronage.

Good luck

most times we blame d government for not providing steady electricity for Nigerians, but at times when d power comes we might not know what to do with d light in order to generate resources. I spent hugely to get this system working but now can't figure out what to do with it to generate more money
How could you spend so much to get steady power but didn’t know what to do with it?

Did you really spend so much initially just to watch dstv and for air conditioning undecided didn’t you do a feasibility assessment?

I could tell you what to do with your abundant electricity that will generate income for you but you need to invest at least an extra 400k to achieve it.
