givan:Fainting is also near death, you loss consciousness and passed out. |
Bolustical:If you ignore the headlines both from Innoson and now GTB, you will see that they are both saying the same thing..... 1. Innoson Headlines goes like....’Supreme Court order GTB to pay us....’; but if you read the details, GTB was actually asked to pay the money into an interest yielding account while the litigation proceeds. 2. In GTB’s response they focused only on Innoson sensational headline, but refused to comment on the meat of Innoson’s statement. GTB is right that, they were not ordered to pay Innoson any money, but they didn’t dispute the fact that, they were ordered to obey the Enugu’s court judgement and pay the money into an interest yielding account. They know that, if they go that far, in the next news cycle Innoson will leak out the actual court document. Personally, since the merit of the case has not been addressed by the Supreme Court, this is neither a win for Innoson nor a loss for GTB. |
Paperwhite:Which good intention, it’s just politics....it is all about getting the Yoruba votes, now that nPDP is threatening to pull away. |
Hypocrites everywhere, upon all these never seen her jumping out and holding the car door for her husband or her driver! These apart, I love her scholarly work and name mentions that she is bringing to Nigeria....but, I still believe in the notion that, you should practice what you preach. |
Lummygold1:You are among the few sensible ones here....this is a quote.... “...the court struck the motion for stay of execution of the Enugu court of appeal division’s order that GT Bank pays N6 billion into an interest yielding account...” So, the Supreme Court had not ruled on the merit of the case before it, but merely ruled on an interlocutory case, where GTB begged the Supreme Court Court to stay the order of the lower court pending the decision on merit by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court struck out that interlocutory case and allowed the Enugu court judgement to remain in full effect i.e. GTB should paid into an interesting yielding account. Now, GTB appeal will proceed on the merits i.e. the meats and substance of the case will be heard. Though, I must say that; higher courts usually only allow lower courts judgements to stay pending appeal, if there is reason to believe that the lower court judgement will survive the appeal, so this is a kudos to Innoson, but they should not rest sha....this will also put more pressure on GTB to settle out of court including the criminal case against Innoson currently working its way through the lower courts. |
samyfreshsmooth:Only true if the lady has not cum and you are not doing a good job. If the lady have cum, some start feeling sore or too sensitive and they just want you to cum, so that there will be some interlude before the next round. |
Nbote:I think the Presidency is interfering to seek a soft landing for Saraki. If you observed very well, the switch from the demand for him to come to the station to submitting a written explanation happened after the closed door meeting between the IGP and VP. Personally, I don’t think Saraki is involved directly with the Robbery, he can steal more money through a mere struck of the pen. But these are his thugs that do his dirty biddings in Kwara State and he is their financial. Any good prosecutor can obtain a conviction if they charged him as an accessory. It can be argued that, he was an enabler through his financial contributions to this gangs. |
Some people truly don’t have life! How boring and hopeless can someone be, to the extent of stalking and painfully going through celebrities social media account periodically, to see who they are following or not? |
slimdamatrix1:Stop wasting your time, even If you show some guy’s her HIV +ve results, dem no go gree; some go use double condom plow the thing, some go even do am skin-to-skin, dem go say...’na something dey kill man’ |
12inches1:The psychic don’t need all those inside information to do what was done here, all you need is the ability to quickly interpret people’s reactions and ask exact questions to produce reactions that will confirm or dispute an assumption... If you read clearly, basketmouth was the one that opened up about the likelihood or a miscarriage.... Secondly the psychic asked...if he had had shoulder or neck pains before...the truth is, we have all had neck of shoulder pain before. The current power ball is about $100m, you think if these people have the power to tell the future, they would rather use it to collect $5-$5 per readings on the street corner than to use it to predict the lottery number and cash in at $100m? |
TurboBuilder:How do you go about this? I have Adsense and some content sites, but the revenue are in bits and pieces, I also have some free games that I earn from ads. I have tried paid traffics as you suggested, but organic seems to be the way to go and to get organic traffic SEO must be ranked high and it also takes time. |
kirchofff:You clearly are the dumb. Hackers get dump of customers information all the time, including real names, address, phone numbers, BVN, SSN, credit card info every time and with these information perfect identity theft on the individual i.e. reproduce new authenticate identity which which they pass off as that individual, with the only different is the photo. Try take sometime and google identity theft, your comments clearly show, you don’t even know what phishing is or click-jack or XSS attack. You erroneously think that, these attacks yield fake IDs...there is virtually no reason and no incentive in launching a phishing or any of these information gathering attacks, if the goal is not to obtain real authentic customer information. No one except your very self, God and the Bank will know 100% that it was an error or not. The best that anyone here will do; is to sympathize with you, err on the side of human, take your story in good faith, and with some level of trust assume the bank is wrong. The banks on the other hand don’t work by faith or trust or sympathy. Not that, I even said that you stolen it or was wrong, but was just trying to educate you to also see where the Bank might be coming from leading to their denial. You are kind of stuck in your myopic mindset....that you are right and the bank is wrong...There are many people languishing in Kirikiri now, who are innocent as a whistle, some even have exculpatory evidence of their innocencye, but still somehow find themselves behind bars, because them or their defense did not go about their case as per court rules. Your info are stored in electronic database in some hard drive somewhere with IP address reachability. The best banks in the world, be it HSBC, Chase and even USA government data had been hacked or compromised one time or another and customers information accessed and downloaded and you are here myopically thinking that, it is far fecthed for a Nigerian Bank to assume that BVN & customer info can’t be compromised and therefore enact safe guide policies. Go and get a new BVN and go to each of your banks and update your account with the new BVN info. |
It is very likely that, you did not meet all her expectations of a the perfect match and she is only planning on settling down with you, because you are her best available option at the moment. Yes, she has turned many marriage proposals for your seek, but it’s only because you are better overall compare to those suitors. She is holding on to you, while simultaneously holding out hope for her Mr. Perfectman to show up, hence she is keeping all her options open and entertaining new advances and she if does not like the new advance that showed up, she will shove them aside with the ‘am engaged’ excuse...this might sweeten your heart, but she is using it to further her objectives and not that she really cares that you guys are ‘engaged’. Am not saying you should let her go, she might even be the best option for you, no relationship is perfect and if you keep waiting for Mrs. Perfect, she might not show up on time, and in some cases, when she shows up, you might be too imperfect for her. Marriage is not what it use to be. The good ones are very hard to find, you might be among the very few that are lucky to find the perfect mate, but the vast majority of people manage what they have....after all, more than 50% of marriages end up in divorce or separation. So, while you think of that Mrs. perfect woman remember that, to be more realistic; you may have to compromise on some of the qualities you seek just in one individual. There are truly no guarantees, some ladies/guys behave very well before marriage and meets all your specs, but turn into your worst nightmare after the marriage; some don’t measure up according to your spec, but turns out to be good afterwards...very few retain the before qualities after marriage and count yourself luck, if you find such. |
initiate:To their credit, they didn’t mention 2018. They just said “second quarter of the year”....which year? So, it could be second quarter 2030 or any 2nd quarter before or after. |
joeluv:I think we are saying the same thing; we both know that vehicle registration is not just the plate no or even a sticker...they should be a record in some office somewhere indicating, when it was registered, the registration of the name, there will also be witness around who would have seen or not seen him drive the vehicle before this date. So, there are amble avenue to successfully dispute or evidence the government might bring in a court of law to sustain the charges. |
Esseite:I don’t read anywhere they indicated that, he bankrolled the robbery that saw 33 people killed. Rather, a few of the culprits caught in the Robert are alleged to be his thugs....and even one of them have ‘Saraki’ as the registration tag of his vehicle. The truth is, some of these stuff can be verified or disputed....e.g. the vehicle registration, if the government is fabricating that, records and people’s account will vindicate him. Plus, he is been alleged to have sponsored 20 killings and not 33 and from the reading of the article, it appear that, the 20 are not even part of the 33 killed during the Offa Robbery attack. Let’s see how this plays out. |
linearity: You lack comprehension and ability to analyze things and infer likely occurrence: kirchofff:Firstly, I never claimed you stole someone's BVN, read through my post re-produced above. I simply gave you a scenario and the reason the Bank rightly turned you down, when you tried changing the picture. I gave you a likely loophole in your request, through which fraud can be perfected and why the Bank will want to err of the side of caution. Secondly, I don't know you from Adam, and there is no way of me telling if you stole it or not. The bank that even knew you more than me, were suspicious of your request, hence they denied it. Had they been 100% positive, Customers' BVN information are not susceptible to fraudulent take overs through the activities you wanted them to perform, they would not have put the safe guide of rejecting your request in their policies. Lastly, this comment of yours "..so u can easily find someone who has your real name and date of birth? you're too dumb"....is so myopic and shows that, you are clueless as to how vulnerable your digital information are. In my post, I even gave you a clue on how this can be done e.g. ...online phishing, clicking-jacking, XSS attack.., my guess is, you don't even know what phishing, click-jack or XSS attacks are...if you do, you will not be as clueless to assume that, your digital information including your BVN, names, DOB, etc are iron-clad secured. |
abokibuhari:Which Bible verse is this on, at least where Peter or James or Paul or any of the disciples performed such transubstantiation? |
Ok |
Katier00:Interesting....Sorry. In the US, it is usually recommended to take two doses before delivery for all Rh-ve mothers, regardless of the Rhesus factor of the unborn baby....i.e. at the 28th and 34th week and if the baby is Rh+ve another dose after delivery or miscarriage or vaginal bleeding. |
Katier00:I thought a Rhesus -ve lady takes the anti-D before and not after childbirth? |
Omojudy:It is not, three are three legal marriages recognized by the laws in Nigeria viz: Moslem, customary and statutory. Only statutory marriages can be between one man and one woman; if you marry under moslem or customary laws; you are not limited as to the number of wives and those marriages are legal in Nigeria. Men shy away from statutory marriages and not the othe two, because it equals the playing field and accord both the wife and husband equal protections in the eyes of the law. The other two marriages defers to the local & traditionally laws in most cases which need to be interpreted and adjudicated in Nigeria courts to the extent they don’t violate the constitutional rights of the aggrieved individual, but since these traditional laws are mainly written or passed down by men, they tend to favor the husband in the relationship, hence some men don’t like statutory marriages and some women do. |
Omojudy:Bigamy is not a crime in Nigeria and I don’t see any fraud as long as the guy is willing to keep the end of his deal. Rather, it is the lady that is fraudulent here...You can’t cry foul because you entered into a bad deal or agreement and run back to your husband and the Police...I think she should marry the guy and become wife no.2. |
okwabayi:I don’t see the fraud here...The guy is still willing to keep his end of the deal, it is the lady that is trying to default here. There is no evidence so far, to indicate that the lady did not know, what she was getting into and there is no law against a man marrying more than one wife in Nigeria. I think, she should go ahead and marry him as originally planned. |

LibertyRep:This is pure Vedanta, ground rent for N31m, they could not even write the period for which the rent was owe, to tell you it’s all made up. Just to go ahead a few the government have scores to settle with. Make the governor show us how much him dey pay as ground rent for him houses? I know that power is intoxicating, but is it also blind to the fact that, you cannot have it forever? |
thesicilian:My point is, people don’t do this before hiring a Nanny and it not even done in most companies, it is mostly multi National companies that make their prospective employees go through pre-employment medical tests. |
thesicilian:Common, lets be realistic and practical here..... How many people do you know, who want to hire a Nanny and the next stop is the Doctor's office for a battery of medical tests....then seats back for the number of days it will take for the results to come back before engaging the service of that Nanny or start the whole process all over again with another Nanny? |
1newnairalander:My guess, is you did not read the original article or did not understand and you are clearly the blind one here... The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) is set to launch a scholarship scheme for children of its ministers and members wishing to study in the Redeemer's University (RUN). It is no secret that the Visitor to the university and General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E. A. Adeboye has severally stated that his vision is that Redeemer’s University students are to be on full scholarship provided by the alumni. |

The humour side of Dino again.Buhari government have a good intention with this one but the intent & modality of going about it is not well thought out.
