The winner is my kind of woman. |
berem: Its a nigerian tradition that cannot be wiped out now or in the nearest futureIt became a "Nigerian tradition" when "longer-throats" and all kinds of f00ls with Naira signs in their eyes swarmed the metropolis. That is not the Nigeria I grew up in. You may not know it; I guess you are part of the hungry generation. |
Horus: Mr. Umar Manko yesterday said it is a criminal offence for members of vigilante groups to carry rifles...It is a criminal offence for members of the vigilante to carry guns," he maintained. Manko said anyone seen with a gun must have a valid license for it and such individual must have been duly screened by the appropriate authorities. "So it is a crime for one to have a privately licensed gun and in turn hand over same to vigilante group for security purposes," he said. Manko explained that if a vigilante member is arrested with a rifle issued to him by another person they will be arrested for illegal possession of fire arms. He noted that members of the vigilante are there to complement efforts of the police, not to usurp the responsibility of the police. As usual, this one is just running his mouth to be heard. Just check out all the contradictions. Where is he from sef? |
Other countries are benefiting. Even Nigeria could benefit if the standard of education is worked on. At least foreign students from other African countries and Asia will file into the country like back in the 70s and early 80s (when Nigeria ranked 10th in the list of immigration targeted countries). |
mu2sa2: Bukar Ibrahim hit d nail on the head. We hav seen how poverty & injustice led to violence in d Niger Delta. D violence in the north east is largely a product of poverty & injustice and cannot be stopped by more violence. JTF is now becoming a problem than a solution - the same way that NATO has only brought misery rather than succour to Afghanistan. D insecurity in the north east requires imaginative and concerted effort to ameliorate the dehumanising poverty there by all govts - FG,states and LGs. Bukar Ibrahim may hav put it bluntly but he is saying the truth- abusing him on nairaland doesnt alter the truth.LOL. I think the only thing that hit a nail is YOUR head. How about you lazy louts generate revenue for yourselves? Abi na poverty affect your brains that you can't think of ways to generate income? |
LOL. Don't you just love these clowns. So you fight for allocation by destroying your own local economy right? Oyinbos call it cutting the nose to spite the face. |
vislabraye: You can imagine what would happen if there's state police. Please use that your very imaginative mind and tell us. |
LOL. That's the kind of language/threat they understand. |
UmericanGirl: CPR wont help with a head wound and internal bleeding. Is that what your cousin suffered? |
freecocoa: My brother no blame me o, some situations just leave your brain turned upside down.Do you even know how to give CPR? These are some of the basic things they should teach in Secondary School. But I'm sure they teach Basic Lynching. |
freecocoa: Do you know that my cousin collapsed one time( she and I were home alone), the shock of what happened didn't even let me remember I own a phone to call for help, I just held her crying, fanning her with my hand, shouting at the top of my voice, calling jesus, God, angels and what have you, I would stand up to run outside only to end up back in the room, many things were running through my mind like if I left her in the room I'd not see her again, I was really confused, if not that my screams attracted our gateman who was outside the gate and he called for help, only God knows what would have happened, please don't underestimate shock, fear and other emotions, it can drive you nuts.LOL. Standard issue woman. I have since known never to call a woman in an emergency. You will merely aggravate the issue. |
Leadn:That's likely a Freudian Slip: "cops"..."corpse" same difference when you speak of Nigeria. |
CrazyMan: I still don't believe that a Nigerian police would give a village mob the green light to lynch a human being.LOL. Where are you from? Mars? |
How can this be a leak when the usual thing is for the 2013 release to have been in the market since June? Except you mean 2014. |
You expect Nigerians to help you when you are being attacked? Trust me, that is the only time they TRULY mind their business. At any other time, they will be all up in yours. |
The reason the Police did not do anything was because they assumed the boys were guilty. They are a lazy bunch of baboons who would rather leave the work of justice to a mob. |
Billyonaire: That Pilot needs to be disciplined. Did he or did he not see the truck ? Why didn't he break the plane and alert the towers for alternative action. You don't just assume the space is wide enough and ram someone's aircraft on a visible barrier. It costs money to fix aircraft.Dude, there is a procedure for this kind of thing, and pointed out in the OP if you fully read it: There were no marshals around it neither was there any marking to indicate that it encroached into the taxi way. There was no Notice To Air Men (NOTAM) issued to that effect as well. |
solidbroda: If girls are God fearing, men should meet them virgins. Else, no girl that's not a virgin is entitled to a God fearing man! Men also deserves the best. |
medjai: Atletico will finish ahead of Real Madrid this season. I can bet on it.Problem is, Falcao is likely to join the same Real Madrid come January; or Manchester City/Chelsea. He is not staying at that club for long. |
AjanleKoko: Oh. You believe we will beat them home and away. Okay oh.And even worse for them, they may likely face the same fate against Real Madrid. So they are most likely going to drop a total of 12 points between Barca and Real Madrid. So everything still comes to the rivalry between the 2. |
AjanleKoko: While we were celebrating that we didn't drop our 8-point lead against Real Madrid, nobody has noticed that we are level on points with Athletico Madrid. That's virtual. You could almost say Barca is ahead of Athletic Madrid by 6 points if you know what I mean. ![]() |
Did he jump in a pit latrine? |
jude33084: Most machines owned ᵝȳ NASA do learn; if they touch ∂ place not favourable, next timee they look for alternativesAnd are personal computers NASA 'machines' as you call them? Can you read? |
I have no doubt that their families must have previously supported these kind of mob actions. Now they know better. ![]() |
At least the match did some further damage to Real Madrid. I expect C Ronaldo to be out for 2 weeks. Too bad it happened just before the international break. |
adewaleafolabi: Well thats one way of seeing things. But computers today just like in the movies have minds of their own and am yet to know of any case in which a pc went rogue by itself and tried killing people. "guns don't kill people, people kill people"Artificial Intelligence is different. Personal computers are not programmed to learn; just yet. When that happens, then indeed we may truly be closer to Doom Day. |
AjanleKoko: Yes, Fabregas did a poor job of marking Ozil, Which was why I felt Song should have come on instead, to close him down. He was particularly dangerous on the night. It's about duality. Alexis should have been able to do the job because he defends well (in fact he was near Ozil if you check the replays); while also providing his quota to the attack. |
ARES: U mean like spermm... I would love to see the mechanical substitute for thatNot exactly mechanical, but I think cloning fits quite well. |
texazzpete: It will be a VERY long time before we are able to replace the brain. Not as long as you imagine. |
AjanleKoko: Turning back to the game, I thought there was one tactical error by Tito, which was replacing Fabregas with Alexis, rather than Song.Maybe you are right. But I don't think Fabregas particularly kept Ozil quiet. The moment Ozil had too much space there was a problem. And that was not the first time: he had been given 2 much space in a previous Clasico and he made a similar pass to free Ronaldo to score. Alexis provided a sharper attack; unfortunately the opportunities were not converted. |
AjanleKoko: I did.Obviously you didn't read the post. The post saw the similarity between the first goal conceded last week against Sevilla and the first goal conceded against Real Madrid. Those are the TWO (2) goals I referred to; and they were both caused by Dani Alves. How could I be blaming Alves for the second goal against Real Madrid when he had been substituted? Anyway, regarding that second goal against Real Madrid, Adriano (and not Montoya) was to blame. Adriano played Ronaldo onside; but it's expected as he had no prior experience playing CB. |
