How in 'Hell' did she catch a glimpse of Hell?
Keep deluding yourself thinking you are being amusing. Not everyone gets second chance. Her experience is to warn folks like you who derived pleasure and fun making joke of divine experience. THE END WILL SURELY JUSTIFIED. Enough said.

Billyonaire: But I love Hell, and I prefer Hell to Heaven, both of which I know exist in religion fairy tales. I know for sure that strippers will be there, Musicians will be there, Liquor will be there, what more can I ask for ?
Such a pity you talk about what you have no idea on. What part of the testimony you don't agree with? Or is it a show just to impress your fellow athiest or simply a display of ignorance? Have it mind that this woman's testimony will speak against you and your likes. If i have your state of mind, of doubt, unbelieving, which is normal, what i will do is to make researches to ascertain the authenticity of this story and how it affect me, rather than resort to total denial of what you are ignorant about. What do i gain in your believing or not believing? Nothing. Let me leave you to wallow in your 'wisdom'.

Athiests, bunch of sadist. Looking for excuses to satisfy their lust. Anyone can choose to believe what he/she chooses to, which ever way God remains God. Engaging these folks, amount to waste of productive time. When an adult decided to have burnt his conscience for some silly reasons, his case remains irredeemable. God at sundry time has revealed Himself physically to many, myself inclusive, and yet some angry, 'over schooled' atheist would rather have me believed that i emerged from monkey. Sickness! If my encounter with divinity and that of several others, including that of a close friend of mine, a Ghanian (he was a muslim at tha time, when a man appeared to him and identified himself as Christ) are not enough to put the issue of God existence to rest, then i suppose, their case is pathetic and a hopeless one. OLU and GOMBS, once again, thanks to you guys for a neatly arranged rebuttal. No one could have put it any better. But while we awaits them to ring round the issues with the traditional rhetoric, i suggest that we have a way to allow believers to freely share their experiences and encounters with divine beings, that to me is one medicine that will heal them of whatever confusions and doubts in their minds. To the athiests in the house, i'm available to explain my encounter and that of my friend Christo the Ghanian. God bless you all.

If that is the case then why are atheists not afraid to be around Christians? With the legions of Christians that we have, it should be atheists complaining that the doctrines of Christianity can be easily imparted unto them by constantly being around Christians; but alas, this is not the case. This much is obvious: Christians hate to be questioned about their beliefs because these beliefs are not logical and, hence, not defendable.

When God says if your eyes will lead you to sin cut it off""

Jesus was constantly around the Pharisees and Sadducees and he was constantly challenged. He never ran away. The quote above is not applicable to this situation. This has nothing to do with sin. It is about defending your beliefs.
And what is the hope of an athiest? The athiest has nothing to loss since they have no hope and nothing to look up to. But the Christian has everything to loss if he let down his guide. The op has a point, but not with ppl like me. I have reached a point of conviction in Christ that all the pointedless and rhetoric bullcrap of athiest makes me sympathise with them.
Christianity EtcRe: How To Become An Atheist by Lordlexy:
@OLA. What is the point trying to argue with folks who are bent on having their ways even when is obvious that there defences over the years about creation has proven flaws. What is rational for anyone to claim that the earth has no maker. Who invented law of logic then as you rightly pointed? And that humans emerged from ape is laughable. All these rebuttal are just attempt to remain lawless, rebellious to God only to satisfied their inordinate desire. I even heard that athiest don't believe anything spiritual. Joke of the century. Simply because you have never experience a thing, doesn't mean it does not exist. They ignorantly or foolishly try to either explain, castigate or make scorn of any spiritual encounter. Should i go ahead and narrate my encounter with an angel face to face in my bed room, will that be sufficient for them to be remorseful, to ponder, to be reflective or to subject it to scorn, waving aside or probably to questioning(which is ok, if done with an open mind to clear doubt, rather than to make jest)? Which ever way you look at it, i believe we all have conscience and we all know the truth. Except may be offcourse if you have pricked your conscience and decided to deliberately followed your established pattern, in which way, your case becomes irredeemable. Ola, God bless you richly.

cold: What's all this? Please respond to the verse i put up there & stop running rings around the issue. Your god clearly stated he created evil. So what's your point? Please spare us the sermon & tell us why a loving god would have no qualms laying claim to evil
The option to either accept evil is a choice. God created evil to allow every man exercise his right or will. Why would you rather opted for evil when you have a loving father who is ever there to embrace you and teach you the true meaning of love? Only God can empowered you to love unconditionaly. Every human from birth is programmed to be evil, selfish and so on. But in Christ, there's an ability and empowerment that keeps you excited, joyful and peace, even in the face of trials, challenges and pains. It is a life that helps you to love unconditionally and remained love. This experience varies from Christians to Christians base on our level of fellowship and relationship with God. This is exclusive to them that are in Christ.

RationalDude: ^^^ It's obvious that you haven't experienced this love that you talk about. You just went about posting stuff about Israel and Abraham. And by the way, do you know that the god portrayed in the bible does not love unconditionally?
If you read properly with an open mind, you would have undertand my point perfectly well. If you care to buttress you point properly, i will oblige. God's love is unconditional. The only pre-requesite is to accept Christ.
Christianity EtcRe: Words You Should't Tell An Atheist by Lordlexy: 9:12pm On Sep 14, 2013
cold: And to think that this loving God is the author of all the evil & bitterness in the world today...sigh
As a Christian, i have seen and experience God's love beyond word. The Genesis of God's relationship with the isralis started when He called Abraham; an act of love. In this relationship, He had an agreement with them which promises blessing for obedience and repercusion for disobedience. And the Bible clearly said, it was because of the hardeness of their heart. We saw Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph flourishes under the banner of God's grace and love, a provision which the Israeli clearly rejected despite the many times God proved His love to them in the many miracle and deliverance He performed among them. The bible said, He gave/treat them after their own heart. Yet, this disobedience was because of the mixed multitude that followed them from Egypt that corrupted the original plan of God of love, grace and mercy, it was on this premise that the law was given to sieved those who truely desired God from those that are ruled by their fleshy desire to tempt and disobeyed God inspite of His demonstration of love. Whatever standard God prescribed to them back them was entirely based on their heart desire; this is the culture they practiced while in egypt. God is love. He could forced them to do His bidding, but He gave us the free will. In one place, He actually repented of this deed because that wasn't his original plan. So, you are right to say there wasn't too much of love because of disobedience which brought the law. But all hope was not lost as God had another plan, which was Christ Jesus. He is the fulfillment of God's love, mercy and grace; these were all that God had wanted to show the old testament folks which they couldn't comprehend. God is LOVE.

@DaLover. When has initiating policies demands expense of money? Nobody entirely fault the removal of subsidy, but the timing was anti ppl. Again, you will agree with me that even after it was partially removed, the funds have not been judiciosly used because, so far, there are little evidence to that effect. Lastly, a government that's unable to a considerable measure meet the social -basic needs of her citizens such as housing, portable water and security cannot be said to have performed. It is also understandable the junk of income this govt generated from oil is quite unprecedented when you compared it with the previou govt and for that singular reason, in general, most ppl share the sentiment that this govt should have done more. Today, without prejudice, you cannot turn to 3 sectors of the economy and claim they have reached their peak in terms of performances and service delivery. Granted that Mr. President inherited most of the decay, but then, that was the more reason why Nigerians overwhemely voted him to bring sanity. The wanton level of corruption cannot be described as sanity, the unabated insecurity and all of that are indices that could rub the President of what ever glory you claim he achieved. Also, this corruption is rift virtually in all sectors that it appears like it has been instituted. Two years fairly, is enough to restore the ppl's confidence. I wish him well and success.
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo - Atiku Is Corrupt, I Chose Him To Put Him In Check by Lordlexy: 1:34pm On Sep 11, 2013
danny301: Obasanjo talks too much and such does not epitomize wisdom that is usually associated with old age. Agreed, Atiku, was/is corrupt and so is OBJ.Apart from been corrupt, OBJ squandered the nation's opportunity to be great. He introduced thuggery into electioneering and had no regard for rule of law. Only OBJ lead Nigeria both as Military head of states and civilian president for about 12 years yet he did not bring any tangible change to the country... OBJ was practically broke when he was rescued from the chilly hands of death made president by Atiku and his fellow thieves but today he (OBJ) is a proud owner of a university among other multi-billion-naira investments, how did the magic happen? Nigerians need explanation............. OBJ wanted to amend the country's constitution to perpetuate his holds on power possible for life as he spent billions of naira bribing members of the National Assembly to have his way. These are the kind issues Nigerians want OBJ to explain and not Atiku's corrupt practices (who didn't know that they are all corrupt?). After presiding over the country for 8 year OBJ installed a man who was critically ill (and could not go on campaigns because he was incapacitated by sickness) as his successful. The greatest disservice you can do to any people is to give them the wrong person as a leader because leaders determine destinies, yet that was what OBJ did to Nigerians without any iota of remorse...... Today, the old man has the guts to talk about Ibori, as a corrupt man even when used Ibori's loots to rig Yar-adua into power............ Today OBJ would not allow the GEJ to concentrate in his service to the nation, he went about instigating some govs against the president and then turned around to say he was brokering peace. What sort of dubious character is the old man exhibiting? Yet some persons with short memories are praising this man as baba this, baba that,..... Is that what Nelson Mandela is doing is SA? Is that what Bill Clinton and George Bush are doing in USA?...... Old men are always careful with their choices of words but OBJ is something else he talks like a tout even at his age.
Master piece. This is a most read to revived our memory of what being an elder state man is. With all points stated, Obj has no moral justification to labelled Atiku corrupt since he is the chief perpetrator of it. And to think that some will come out to hail him, speaks volume of quality of morality is. Anyone who justifies corruption in whatever guise has proven to be corrupt himself.

ogbronx: From the very day Jesus died on the cross, the devil didnt stop working to undermine God‘s work. The same way the serpent decieved Eve who later lured Adam to same act and brought us where we are now,he is still doing it through contemporary christianity. The God that i know, want to know more and love so dearly is an orderly God. There is a reason why men and women are different emotionally and physically. Its for order. These days ,all sorts of nonsense philosophy has been imported to xtianity thru charisma of hustler preachers and guess whom their first victims are always;women as in d garden of eden. the serpent knows why he approached the woman and not the man. He is still doing it today. over time, i have come to realise, why paul ask women not to speak in church,i didnt like it at first but found out first hand why. women are very emotional and confuse this for spirituality. they are often not sure of themselves and can easily be misled not to mention their materialistic nature. Happy is a woman who knows her place in life and blessed is the man who marries such. Ladies, dont follow the times. Stick to the word like the good apostle Paul said. Salvation is not Just for men but like it or not,man is the head of a home and God has a reason for putting us in our respective sexes.
Absolutely on point. The duty is on every woman to do proper evaluation on misleading issues like this to avoid being ensnare in someone's poison. More importantly, ladies should access the man they intend to walk down the aisle to avoid an abusive and bossy husband. Lastly, purge yourself from the expectations that you are equal to your man but rather a help mate ready to listen and support. The incessant divorce, breaking homes in western countries is a pointer to this assumption.

EducationRe: Students Dont Want ASUU Strike To End - ASUU President by Lordlexy: 1:05pm On Sep 08, 2013
If there was an agreement btw both parties in the past, then common sense should prevail on the side of fg to implement it. Which ever way you look at it, assu's agitation for better renumeration and conducive learning environment is on course. Fg may have their doubts about the quality of teaching staff that we have, their mismanagement of students' fees and level of competence, but the mandate is on fg to set up working policy and monitor how the policy work with respect to the funds demanded. But as usually, we have a govt that is more interested in politics than education and students who have resorted to bigotry rather than coming out to state their stands in the whole fracas.
Christianity EtcRe: How Do Atheists Explain Miracles? by Lordlexy: 12:13pm On Sep 07, 2013
I had once suffered a terrible itching of my scrutum that completely defiled all medication. One faithful wednesday evening in my church, towards the end of the service, an unexpected call was made for anyone who need a miracle, at first i didn't want to go because i wasn't expecting a miracle but the discomfort i was going through prompted me to step out. Just after a brief prayer that didn't take up to 5min, instantly the itching stop. I thought it was a lie. I quickly went to the rest room exermine myself, lo and behold i was thoughrouly healed with no traces of the symtoms any more. Miracle is a personal belief and faith, though i wasn't expecting but i believe i can be healed. Read your account of Jesus's healing, you will hear him say, your faith made you whole. It is a question of faith. If the amputee believes, what stops him from being restored. I have been to Pastor Christ's meeting where i practically witnessed healings. It is pathetic for anyone to demand for verification. If you are an atheist in dare need to clear your conscience, nothing stops you from going over to Christ embassy healing school to validate the fallibility or authenticity of these claims, except may be offcourse you are the lazy type who depend on hearsay. A miracle doesn't have to be spectacular to be supernatural. If you have never experience one b4, you will not accept one. I have experience one b4 and i appreciate God for it. I pray that one day you will be in a situation where you will need one to value God. Amen. Note: God wouldn't cause miracle for anyone to believe him. His Word is enough. A typical athiest will still have excuses even if an amputee get restored. I pray your situations will caused you to appreciate who God is. God help you.

justice prevail? If all I could do to save another
soul from dying is my co operation I'll give it fully
even if it means joining the US army just to bring
an end to Assad's injustice because it could
happen to any country, it is easier for us to
criticize online because we aren't caught in
between gun battle and chemical weapon in
Syria. I believe in justice and I believe in America
through Obama to bring justice. I believe that we
shouldn't even be the ones to decide this vote
because we don't really know what the thousands
of souls killed went through, if this vote
depended on your survival as individual and as a
nation wouldn't it be [17-0]huh The thousand
souls lost in Syria demand justice and the
barbaric nature they are being killed need to be
checked, if the Syrian Government could get
away using chemical weapon on his own citizens
who knows what he's gonna use next on them
[atomic weapon] I guess? This is not our war
alone but a war of justice, it could have been you
and me being killed helplessly by that chemical
weapon by our own government so imagine if
our justice is gonna be determined by the
decision of America then what would you want
their decisions to be? its easier for us all to sit at
the comfort of our homes with our laptops and
gadgets to type and criticize Obama and the
Congress because we aren't caught-up in the
battle front because if we were, we will be hell-
bent on justice and even annoyed at Obama for it
being delayed for this long. Which is easier, for
Assad to step down so the killings could end, or
for America to put an end to all the killings since
Assad is bent on killing more citizens? I believe
justice should prevail and I thank God America is
at the fore front of bringing justice to the syrian
citizens both dead and alive and if all it takes is
your support or vote I hope our conscience help
us make the right decisions not just our own
immediate comfort and peace of mind, because it
could be you and I being killed by the chemical

deeptesting: Thank you informing people here....I am 100% sure the congress will not vote for the attack next week....There was a serious loophole in Secretary Kerry's analysis of no ground soldier involvement in the last senate committee hearing and I don't see how the U.S wants to reduce Syria capabilities without ground troops.
John Kerry in his presentation did not totaly rule out the possibility ground troops. The option of "foot boot" according to him is still open and subject to debate if United state govt are determine to block chances of rebels affiliated to al quada and other extremist from having access to the large chemical pile of the syria govt. If there is any war to justified America's involvement and intervention, certainly is this one. After a suppose head of state will nuke his own ppl just to remain relevant, is absolutely foolhardy. I forsee the congress voting unanimously in support of Mr Obama quest to distabilise Assad govt, and to use him as a deterrant to anyone who in the near future may toe that line. Un should champion this course, but as we know, they lack the capability and capacity. Posterity will judge us if the world pretends as if nothing happen just as some would want America to do. But America is not coward. Their actions over the years on any major crisis the world over the years has proven to be ppl oriented. The world should celebrate America as the police of the world. The very peace that the world enjoins today is because of the democratic tendency of United state and its value for humanity. Imagine a world with Britain, russia or china known for their exploit as the super power, suppression is better imagine. Even with America's flaws, yet its good works far outweighs it error. Haters go to hell.
