Can you imagine a world run by women?  There would be no civilizations because they have yet to create one.  There would be no inventions or ininnovativeriginal ideas.  I do give them credit, they improve man's inventions.  We would have never moved into the agriculture era, industrial revolution, information age.

It would be nice though to see women take on the responsibities that men hold.  They can fight along side the men, become financially responisble, stop taking the victim role.  I just don't think we are there yet.  Might take a few more hundred years.

I used to think the same way, but when I came across the love of my life, it defies all male rational.  I tell you Bro, when you meet that one person, your joy and happiness comes from the love of your woman.  All thoughts of straying from home, and spreading your generosity leave you.  You began to realize the world revolves around the two of you.

I think it is all about style.  Colors and fashion are based off of skin ccomplexion  You can tell if someone is either a red hue(warm color) or a blue hue(cool color).  If someone is warm color they should pick warm colors, Reds, Browns, the challenge is finding bright warm colors.

Cool comcomplexionedople should wear cool colors, blues, white/ grays, pastels.

Get a soy milk maker.  I have one, very easy to make from soaked beans.

I have also cooked soy beans and eaten them as regular beans.  They take longer to cook so use a slow cooker.

Also look into making tempeh. Very easy and less waste. Also you can enjoy tempeh and replace animal protein with soy protein.

Soya is much healthier and much cheaper than animal protein.

Crazy people. Ofcoures there were times in the past where women were married young. I saw a show once where a 6 year old girl got married, but the people were real old so though it worked, and the years have passed does not make it right in modern times.

Not sure what a gas cooker is? Is it a gas operated four burner range? Is so, there might be a gas cut off valve somewehre? I'd figure out where the gas valve is, train everyone in the home where it is and how to turn it off. Good thing to know in case you ever get a gas leak in your home. Don't turn on the light when there is a gas leak cause you might blow up your home. Just turn off the main valve and open the windows.

Ok Ill give it a try. Identify the problem: You use eating to cope with your emotions. Instead of eating to feel. Why don't you just allow yourself to feel what you do. Let it out or express yourself? If you feel sad, feel it, let it out and cry. If you happy, feel it let it out and laugh. Anger, or fear, insecurity, what ever, just let yourself feel what you do.

You keep all those feelings bottled up inside you they will come out in other ways, like eating. Quit putting your body through so much ups and downs, no stability for the body. That ends up affecting the mind and you siral out of control.

2nd problem. Become a warrior and whip the craving. Start off small with a simple battle to recognize your power. Start off giving up something you know you can abstain from. like say no more fried chicken. I know you can do that. Just agree to yourself, no more fried chicken. After about a month you will be empowered over chicken. begin to apply that to other things, because after freeing up the chicken energy, it returns to yourself to make you stronger to fight other battles.

Get a tongue scrapper to remove bacteria that are causing the odor.

Look into tonsil stones, possibly he or she needs a dental pick to remove or flush.

Get a good mouthwash that kills bacteria.

For the last three months I have switched from a three meals a day to two meals a day. It was very hard at first and I would get night cravings. At times I would give in and eat a mid-night snack. Eventually those craving disappeared and two meals per day is more than adequate to sustain me.

I have to admit, I did lose 10 pounds, I wasn't trying to lose weight. I just got tired of failing to eat a healthy breakfast. Usually for me breakfast consist of a pop tart and coffee or sugar glazed doughnuts, McDonald's or some other junk. So I gave it up breakfast for brunch. The result, my cholesterol is down and I feel a lot better, less guilt of eating the morning grunge.

Anyone else try a two meal or one meal a day plan?

I met someone from India that said they used to eat one meal per day. Now they eat three(USA), and he is thinking of going back to the one per day.

You did good.  The lady had her problems, and you put up you boundaries and sent a clear message.

Must be a youngan. Marrying without trust. Solve your issues first then marry. Solve your baggage issues. You could be feeling betrayed because something he did long ago. Get over it or move on. See him for who he is and embrace it.

Sounds like she may be an emotional abuser.  No one needs to be subjected to that type of behaviour.  

Your bro and family should not tolerate living this way.  There is one option, and that is to remove yourselves from the situation.

Your bro and the family needs to learn how to recognize the moment she becomes abusive.  As soon as you see it, tell her that her actions are abusive and your making a choice not to be exposed to this behaviour, and simply walk away.  Come back later, when she settles down, and tell her you need some sort of mutual respect when you talk to eachother.  If she escalates, remove your self and repeat.

Abusers are real slick and will rationalize anything to be right, so pay close attention.  I had a female abuser tell me once that I do not like constructive criticism. I told her I have no problem with criticism as long as it helps, but her way is simply an attack on my self - esteem and that is abuse.  I next told her that her form of constructive criticism is a cover up to have an abusive nature, and I wonder how many other people she treated that way.

I got her to see her issues and she eventually changed. It took about 4 months for her to come around and atleast try to curb her behaiviobehaviour

All is not lost.  Put her in check, some people are curiuos about other things.  I say go and put her in check, tell her she needs to come out and come clean or she can kiss your money bags good bye.
