They are not clean, which is why if you cannot afford to take a loan, then don't take one. Especially since you know what they do to people who do not pay back as when due.

Lord knows I don't like saying this message. But the thing is, if these companies go out of business because Nigerians don't pay them on time, where are many of us, you inclusive, going to get a payday loan? At that rate.?

Considering the banks don't give out that type of loan easily.
Go to US and europe and see how many people default on mortgage and loans
Yet not one comany sends texts to the defaulter's contact calling him/her a fraudster
That rubbish may work in china and asia where they cherish their honour and are even willing to commit suicide because of it but it can't work in civilized societies
Kenya did this earlier now all the loan companies there got sense by force
Anyway wahala for who dey take loan grin

Politics › Re: Toll Gates: Stop Inflicting Hardship On Nigerians PDP Tells APC by LZAA: 5:23pm On Aug 16, 2021
fowlyansh181:
PDP is one of the worst opposition in history. A working opposition would get a powerful working media house, have a vibrant spokesperson and a dedicated group always reminding nigerians of the sufferings in these times. Not just an online presence but an offline presence , most nigerians offline aren’t even aware of all these hardship ready to come , opposition shouldn’t be mute, they should be vocal , constantly remind nigerians of their suffering this past 8 years , sound it as an alarm , don’t relent , don’t be backed into a corner , be bold, capitalize on APC’s failures cos they have a lot and make this a campaign point , bring out a messiah, someone the people will believe in as an end to all this crap .. election is fast approaching and we don’t even know the plan pdp has for this country should they show their candidate, na like this people go continue for apc hand? Or everyone believes in doing small campaigning come next year then maximum rigging? .. one thing I’ll give apc, they know how to be a good opposition, even in power, they are still vocal and reminding people they are clearing PDP’s mess..
Oh you want them to toe the lai mohammed line when apc were in opposition and promise what they can't fulfil?
The damage APC has done will take at least a decade to be fixed

People can be funny at times grin grin grin grin
So a betting company or casino invests huge capital, pays for license and staff and you expect them to just lose money because some people i.e gamblers feel they can outsmart them grin grin
Gambling itself is not the problem, the problem is Gambling with what you can't afford to lose

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: *7 Reasons Why Degree Holders Are Poor by LZAA: 3:17pm On Aug 11, 2021
What a load of rubbish
How this made FP is beyond me
Now OP lemme give you a perfect example
In a football academy you will have hundreds of kids out of which a very small number will make it to the top level
The others who don't make top level will eventually play at a lower level and excel
The unlucky ones will later become coaches or directors
All these thanks to the knowledge they gained in the academy
Now i see people shouting bill gates and Zuckerberg aren't graduates but what they forget is that they actually acquired the necessary knowledge needed while in...school
So no degrees are not a waste, degrees are not obsolete and not everyone can be an entrepreneur

Guyman02:
You didn't know when the current Ministry of Education announced the restoration of History in schools in 2019 following public outcry over the years but the curriculum is a well diluted history without key historical events.
I wonder how ignorant and lame posts keep making FP here, Seun needs to reshuffle his Mods and bring real informed intellectuals, this site is going down.

A History curriculum without substance, did you see anywhere in that thing how Alimi deceived Afonja who was garrison commander of the Alaafin, killed him and appointed himself as Emir of Ilorin or how Tiv Warriors ended the Jihad led by Uthman Dan Fodio in 1804?
Did they teach you how Gowon reneged on the Aburi Accord which partly led to the civil war or the counter coup of 1966?
Did they teach you how the Fulani jihadists came from Futa Jalon and took over Gobir (now called Sokoto) from the indigenous Hausa people under the guise of spreading Islam installing a Sultan who claims to be the head of Nigeria's Muslim population including Muslims in the South West?
