Look just how a few individuals chopped a nation's collective wealth like biscuits! This is really an affront to our values as a country founded on frugality. A lot of past leaders had bastardised that, but GEJ and crew took it to a whole 'nother level. Then, someone sat somewhere in one comfy corner from whence he was masterminding evil to claim that "my ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian". They'll all meet their comeuppances, soon enough! |
TPAND:How smart you are! Why then do you give in to bitterness and political bias? Right now, you sound too smart for all that stuff! Congrats! |
castel428:Hmmm... What the guy you quoted inferred and what you're saying do not correlate in anyway. He implied that she wasn't recognized due solely to her ethnicity... while you're yapping a whole 'nother thing. |
If this is true, then Mr president is an unrepentant bigot! Like I have always said, when it comes to being bias, PMB rates just as badly as Jonathan does pertaining to corruption. That's my major grouse with the man. And I wonder why he keeps doing the opposite of what conventional thinking would dictate, time and again! Things as these can be so difficult to rationalize. What difficulty is there in sharing out appointments equally among Nigerians? The very same people who voted you in? Goodluck was voted out on grounds of corruption, you will follow suit on grounds of bias... unless you change your stance! I am a Northerner, but things have got to be different. Everyone must and should be carried along regardless of ethnicity or political affiliations. Whether it's Kogi or Kwara, the Middle Belt, where I hail from, has already been captured. One appointment from there should be enough. The SS shouldn't be overlooked in an appointment that would have reached them were it rationalized. |
nkowaputa:When are you going to do yourself proud by not being such an ar.se?! idensko:Do not be deceived by that which you see. To each his own... some people are pacesetters regardless of the lifestyle they lead. In my uni days, I know class toppers, 5 pointers and many first class students who were party freaks. Yet, they kept the tempo. There are people who need not lead a quiet life or read at lengths to shine. |

And I wonder why he keeps doing the opposite of what conventional thinking would dictate, time and again! Things as these can be so difficult to rationalize. I see capable hands everywhere. |

![]() That Zaria Road has claimed more lives than I can count. The painful thing is that, the government will still not do anything to better the state of roads. This is why corruption must be condemned by all and Sundry, regardless whether the crooks are ones own kith and kind. God grant him eternal rest! |
diegwu01:Which Christians?! You must have meant to say "Churchgoers". Like it's often said, 'a persons character is shown through their actions in life not where they sit on Sunday" That hateful and spiteful sourness in their hearts will always detract. |

EbukaFran:Childless? Never mock that which is beyond your control! |
banme1: ichidodo: wordychap: Akon419: titiakins:Blame artists, buck-passers and projectionists; Globally, economies that oscillate around single-commodity exports are all having torrid times owing to economic downturn and the drop in global commodity prices. Scapegoat Buhari all you want, truth still remains that he's not responsible for your woes. I could go on and on with this, but there's nothing I'll say that will make y'all change your hate-filled minds. So, have a field day! |
No economics? Brother, shift! |
seunmsg:Bros eh, sometimes, I even get tired from addressing these kids. There's really a grave problem looming ahead with such airheads in our ranks, depending on their number. |
Yorubasgreat:Drop the "Yoruba" and "great" in your moniker. You're embarrassing a revered tribe to which you sure as hell don't belong. That should leave you with only "s", letter which to the best of my online knowledge of you, should mean "simpleton". Better fit for your conduct! |

This cannot be disputed. The Westerners' thirst for information is second to none. They are not sophisticated for nothing! The only place they'll rank low is in vices! |
How basic and predictable! This goes to say that they are only interested in wrestling power from the incumbent, nothing more. |
NonFarmPayrol:The simple-mindedness of some people is astounding! Imagine the wail of frustration you're letting out on this. No tintini sense of reasoning, no pausing, no aim, no nothing, but hate! I have never seen someone this bereft of common sense. Education is meant to advance human civilization, but in your own own case, it only taught you to write--credit still! What efforts of the Niger Deltans put the oil there? One moral principle of the natural resource is that it is a common good! In the long run, it is self-defeating to use a resource you didn't labour to put in place selfishly. Talking about Indimi, private property ownership of natural resources is not immoral. Why should it then be sacrilege for someone other than a Niger Deltan to own one, a Nigerian at that, when even foreigners do? You really should begin thinking in greater depth and look at life from different angles than continue on this one-dimensional, skewed-sighted view of life lane that you are so fixated on. A natural resource isn't an absolute right, and must never be! You only have a right to complaints. The Niger Deltans are well compensated for environmental degradation, how they make use of the money should be nobody's business! In the same vein, it's none of your business how another man uses his personal wealth! Cc: oga mynd44, this is deserving of front page! |

PDP wants to chop and clean mouth. Dem no know say awuf dey run belle. |
Imagine youths heralding looters and killers! ![]() |
EasternLeopard:You can only live in a fool's paradise for so long. When shiiit hits the fan, I'll be here to remind you just how dumb you have been. I thought IPOB have their hands full with struggles of their own? What stops them from demolishing the CBN, Unizik, UNN, FUTO etc, in order to make a statement? Why haven't you cheered them on on the path to destruction? The militants for instance, claim to be agitating for resource control. Assuming that they have their wishes granted, how is it wrong that they fend for themselves begining with all facilities intact? Why must they embark on rebuilding, rather than chanel scarce funds into constructing other non existing facilities altogether? What becomes of the average Niger Deltan who may have died from the resultant hunger that will arise owing to their actions? You, Mr (I am struggling with myself to address you as that), are worse than a trojan horse! |

Oga, your thinking no just follow normal pattern! In what way do all the things you mentioned justify sabotaging the nation's economy? Credit due the APC, they really understood what it means to be in the opposition. Most of GEJ's policies were seen as either having political undertones or tinged with concealment of some sort. The APC realising this, kicked, until the truth underneath comes to the fore. For instance, the APC kicked whenever they sensed dealings of corruption or government insincerity. Never before had they wish the country burnt. Unlike what's found today, the APC never sabotaged national facilities nor complained about marginalisation. Rather, they came together and plot on how best to unseat the government. Saw an opportunity, and grabbed it. |
So someone stole this much specimen, yet, nobody in CBN noticed for over five months? What incompetence! |
That will go a long way. Some landlords are just too greedy! |
DropShot:Please and please, do not engage the kid. A boy of 25 who's still being fed lies by his elder hatemen has no capacity to understand the point you're driving at. People like that, the moment they have been made to believe one thing, everything else fails to register in their mind. There are smart kids of even 16, but that boy up there just doesn't cut it! |

It still is expensive owing to exchange rate differentials. In your given example, £20 x 489 = 9780. |
