chuose:Does religion now determines which region one should belong to? |
Kyase:Don't mind the idiots parading themselves as representatives. |
Yujin:How does Nigeria impede your growth? I've watched for so long how you guys sing songs of Nigeria holding you back from your "Utopia" of some sort, not realising how much advantage the country serves you. No great achiever has had it easy before, it's why they are referred to as "overcomers". With the requisite grit, you will succeed anywhere...your problem is, you want everything handed to you on a plate, you're so devoid of the long attributed work ethic of the Igbo Nation. Or what precedence points to your leaders leading you along the very path you seek? |
Pavore9:May your wealth of wisdom never run dry! Your objective view of life is what's needed to ride on a wave of prosperity. God bless your parents for giving you sound education! Amberon:How rich are you exactly? I'm sure that there are richer Hausas in Kaduna alone than there are rich people in your entire state. You are a sad guy and lack any modicum of reasoning, your comment is proof! |
This never happened in my ABU days. We quite lived the good life in ICSA. Glory days! |
Na baba...if you say Buhari, na you sabi. Just kidding though. Why not kuku conduct an autopsy to ascertain the cause of death. |
OP, I'd hoped to see something more insightful. Of course. Education is the gateway to true prosperity. This has been the wheels upon which the Yorubas rode. While other tribes are beginning to realise the importance of education, the Yorubas are already actualising it's benefits. The first and foremost in everything education as far as Nigeria. |
[s] baby124:[/s] Economics is a much broader field than accounting. Compared to accountants, economists are more focused on broader financial questions over longer periods of time. Finance Finance is the study of how to optimally allocate assets—how individuals and organizations should invest assets in order to get the highest possible return given changing conditions over time. Finance is fundamentally a forward looking field, concerned with what an asset will be worth in the future. Economics Economics is a social science that analyzes the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. It focuses on how economic agents (people, businesses, and government) interact and make decisions. Economics is fundamentally the study of cause and effect. It tries to figure out how one variable affects economic agents or the economy as a whole. Accounting Accounting focuses on communicating a businesses' financial information. Accounting is fundamentally a backward-looking field, concerned with what has already happened financially and what position that leaves the company in today. https://www.boundless.com/finance/textbooks/boundless-finance-textbook/introduction-to-the-field-and-goals-of-financial-management-1/introducing-finance-22/comparing-the-fields-of-finance-economics-and-accounting-143-3869/ |
4-0. Up Barça! We the baddest team, yeah! |
Not many Igbos outside of Igbo land will take delight in that. |

Then, they should cut down their salaries, allowances and aides. Hardworking innocent Nigerians cannot continue to suffer on account of your collective failures. How much is 18k in today's naira sef? |
US: cry babies. |
WTF!!! That girl is so sad. Since everyone who shows solidarity wants something in return, according to her short-circuited thinking, what then do those from the US who did same want from France? Shallow girl! I especially feel insulted by the lady that replied with the Monkey emoticon. Like shet! Not like I did use the French flag or am in support of that rubbish. But.........the girl is a certified b.itc.h! E pain me! |
. When not more than a thousand people speak for the Northern Youths. Truth is, everybody feels alienated. We've been forced to muddle through in a middle ground that satisfies noboby and have made unsatisfying compromises. It's like a dysfunctional family. Nothing will ever satisfy everyone. If you feel good about your own situation, good and fine, but you shouldn't shoot one down for daring to speak up about their unsatisfaction. It's wrong that they are going about it the way that they are presently. What's good though, is that they've let the government in on their condition in a peaceful manner. Were this to be the very same few Northerners asking that the Biafran agitators be shut, countless lives and properties would have been lost by now. Their destructive tendencies are well documented. Yes, a majority of the protesters are miscreants, and they constitute nuisance, but this for me, is a test of the credibility of the Nigerian government. The only peaceful way out of this is dialogue and orientation. Gun power will only achieve a smokescreen as far as peace. So those AYF guys should find some place and chill! |
Seriously? How more low can those people go? See foolishness in high places! What sort of gutter opposition is this? ![]() One would think that after the rebranding, they'll come up with better strategies. Who would have thought that they were preparing to hit an all time low. Talk about no redemption for the lost soul! Henceforth, when it's said "black man, black mind"...a certain PDP should be the reference point. |
@People comparing the French approach of smoking out the ISIS to what is obtainable in Nigeria, the situations on ground aren't exactly the same. It's easier dealing with an enemy whose identity and location is known. In Nigeria, their identity isn't exactly known, and is exarcebated by the fact that they are ensnarled in the public... It requires the collective efforts of both Government and the citizenry to rid a nation of such a precarious situation. The masses, for fear or some other reasons, have failed to play their part, add to that the endemic corruption as found in the military; most of them are sell outs sabotaging national efforts for financial gains. There's just too much clog in our wheel of progress in this country. |

![]() Man of honour! May God replenish your wisdom, sir! The first step to getting what you want is admitting what you really want. This means being completely honest. They've failed in this regard. They claim to want Biafra, whereas, what they actually need are jobs, infrastructure and security. We have a part to play in making the government to sit up... all these sidetalks are mere distractions. All hands must be on deck for us to be able to achieve set goals. Accountability is where it begins for us. Our gullible brothers have been brainwashed into thinking that the government is against them, evil and up to no good long as the Igbo cause is concerned. How erroneous. |
I came here for the comments. |
Here's another man who wants his own share of fame and the largesse. While you're at it, abeg, will naija qualify for the next world cup? If yes, will they make it past the group stage of the competition? |
![]() WarRLaY:The idea is to attract FDI. Think how many Nigerians will be employed. Think the experience they'll gain. Think the elimination of shipping costs. Think a reduction in dollar outflow. Think the revenue that could be generated from taxes. The advantages are too numerous to mention all. |
Rest in peace, man of honour! Thanks for doing your bit for God's Earth, and for doing it so well! |
![]() PDP has had too much confidence in rigging to even consider defeat. One who is sure of ruling for over 60? years as they claim, will in the immediate future, only be concerned about what make of stool, golden or silver plated, to sit on next, not the competitor. It's why it will take some time for them to adjust to the stern reality staring them in the face. Hence, the vile defeatist attitude being thrown about by they and their followers. |
Increase in terrorism: the spillover effect of education. Some people are capable of perpetuating evil even beyond our wildest imaginations. This man might have been deemed as innocent by some persons in the past. In this life, you're sure only about yourself! |
Going by the comments, most people didn't even bother to read the post before commenting. They invited him over to seek his assurances that there won't be any such protests on the Plateau . Besides, Plateau has ample number of Igbos that could disrupt economic activities of they marched, so this is understandable. |
. I like the maturity being displayed on this thread. Anambra is like home to me, and I schooled in Zaria... I must say that I'm impressed by you guys, your opinions aren't far off the mark. |
on the one hand, he's making sense...on the other, he's spewing gibberish! |
. That lady is all shades of beautiful! An example of beauty with brains. Such a sophisticated human specie! May your wealth of wisdom never run dry! |
