Imagine if any Nigerians were there & survived the massacre. They'd be saying "Na God O! God saved me" blah blah blah then go & meet their Pastor offering him a huge sum of money as thanksgiving.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: A Copy Of My Suicide Letter If I Dont Get A Job Soon. by manmustwac(m): 12:38am On Jul 25, 2012
If i was in your shoes i wouldn't just commit suicide due to the frustrations of not being able to find a job. Its better you get yourself a gun, come up with a good plan and try to execute your corrupt state governor or die in the process. If other graduates in your situation thought and reasoned like that and also succeeded in their attempts then it will only be a matter of time before our great nation begins to progress smiley wink

All we mods can really do is to make a request to have your topic put on the homepage & its not every topic that we request to be put there makes it. Ultimately its up to Seun Mukina or any other Super Mod what goes on the homepage.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Inc 2.0 by manmustwac(op): 8:56pm On Jul 19, 2012
Tottenham defender Ledley King announces retirement
Tottenham defender Ledley King has announced his retirement from professional football.

The 31-year-old center back is widely regarded as one of England's finest defenders since the turn of the millennium but has endured a career plagued by injuries.

King lifted the League Cup in 2008 and helped Spurs achieve Champions League qualification for the first time in their history in the 2009-10 season.

Capped 21 times by his country, King suffered from a chronic knee injury and rarely trained fully with the first team squad.

"I have been here since I was a boy, I have always considered it my club and have always found it hard to imagine wearing the shirt of another team," Ledley told Tottenham's official website. "I know that being a one-club man is a rarity these days, but I have always enjoyed being part of the set-up here and the challenge of putting this club up with the elite where it should be.

"I would like to say thank you to everyone at the club and to the fans. I have missed a lot of football over the years, but the Spurs fans have always been patient and incredibly supportive with me during difficult periods. Sadly my injuries and inability to train have now finally brought an end to my career."

Chairman Daniel Levy paid tribute to the impact King has made at White Hart Lane and announced that he would continue in a role behind the scenes.

"Ledley has made a magnificent contribution to this club - as a wonderful player, captain and ambassador," Levy said.

"It has been well documented how he has battled against injury over the years and it is testament to the character of the man how he managed to sustain such high standards of performance on the pitch, while providing such fine leadership.

"It is in an ambassadorial capacity that Ledley will continue, playing a crucial role in supporting the club's work in the community and the ongoing regeneration of the Tottenham area, whilst also being a hugely positive role model for our younger players."

King expressed his happiness at being able to continue to work with Spurs and is looking forward to being heavily involved within the community.
"I pleased that I can continue to work within the club and for the local community, especially after the devastation caused by the riots last year," he added.

"I am already heavily involved with the work of Spurs Foundation and the new stadium scheme will be a major factor in the regeneration of the area, so I am delighted that I shall be part of that."

So far their good quality and not expensive plus they're coming from England unlike the fake dubai and chinese wears people will buy them.

Christianity EtcRe: Mind Control Mechanisms In Religions. by manmustwac(m): 2:45pm On Jul 10, 2012
Am from a weak catholic background (in london) minus the dogma & the indoctrination so it was pretty easy for me to findout that all this religion stuff was crap.

It just makes u think that anyone can start a religion & worship let's say the green spaghetti monster just make sure u indoctrinate your members from an early age like in the video so that they become willing participants

Christianity EtcRe: Why Are You A Christian/muslim/pagan/atheist? by manmustwac(m): 8:07am On Jul 08, 2012
At the age og 14 when I first thought about the whole Jesus story seriously it just didn't make sense to me that an old white dude called God could just appear from nowhere and just say "Let there be light" and somehow magic life into existence. I found evolution easier to believe even though I don't really understand everything about evolution.

Christianity EtcRe: Why I Am Not An Atheist by manmustwac(m): 10:53am On Jul 05, 2012
alexleo: @poster,
You ve made your point and God will bless you. My advice is that you stop further talk with attheists. We ve argued enough with them and its obvious that they know that there is God and that the bible is true but they think that arguing with us will help strenghten their belief. And of course when we see them we believe the bible more because it is written that there will be more of them in the last days so we are not suprised.
Whenever I read your posts I just see you as a programmed zombie that can't even think for himself. See what you said in your second sentence. Don't you remember that topic u started challenging us athiests and freethinkers to challenge God by saying something like "There is no God that he should strike us down" That we should say it like 5 times if we get the liver?

When every atheist came and begged your God to strike us down and you realized that nothing was going to happen because your God can't talk for himself. You ran away from the topic that you created. grin grin grin Now your back here talking the kind nonsense that you talk in your second sentence. grin grin grin

verily verily i say unto you that rational thinking and rejection of religious dogma will outgrow world religions before the next 2000 years as mankind develop and advance beyond superstitious beliefs.
