DonMustafa: How about someone like Akinwumi Adesina? Must nepotism be number 1 n Nigeria?
Akinwumi Adesina is a proven administrator. He would do better than all those people listed up there Nepotism bawo? Did you check the meaning or just like to throw words? 1. Akinwunmi Adesina should jettison a country-contested position as President AFDB and come a vie for COS? Who (both country and individual) in his right senses does that? 2. You have forgotten that this same Akinwunmi Adesina not only enjoyed PMB's support to get to the position, he actually put Atiku on our Presidential Jet to go get South African (Africa's next strongest bloc) to vote for him. |

fergie001: Thank you, My bro....
The FG should have informed the State Govt especially because of prevailing circumstances.
Is the FG saying that they can ferry a million Covid-19 patients into Rivers State and nothing will happen because airports are in the exclusive list?
Will same people live inside the airport?
Wike might be anything but he is 100% right on this. Sirika is even making matters worse in this instead of using back-channels to reason with the Gov; he wants to prove he is Minister.
Sirika should go and open the Company nah, worse still it is in Wike's LGA...ngwanu
No be everything be power & might....sometimes diplomacy is bae. You people just decide to reason with needless bias... 1. Who sold you the falsehood that FG airlifted Corona virus infected people into Rivers State? Why do you people project unintelligent lies? 2. So the FG that granted exclusive approval for those involved in keeping the economy going are at fault? Why didn't Wike go and arrest Health Workers in Hospitals or Workers in Power Generating Plants? Wike should reject power from National Grid then or workers who maintain them, since they can bring Corona Virus into Rivers state |

Xavfra: Lands in the state belongs to the state govt..... Except you want to be mischevious or ignorant, you will know it is not about land. When the President made his broadcast on lockdown, he mentioned that Oil and Gas, Banks, and some avaition on special duties are on exclusive list. Wike is hurting the country with this. We cannot affort to shutdown Oil operations during this period and that is why the Pilot had to airlift oil workers to their fields to be able to continue production and keep Nigeria running. This unnecessary action from Wike does not make sense. What then do we make of him lifting lockdown for Friday and Easter? |

Ekejoestar: I've been sitting here with one guy since 1hr plus now and there is no one that has attended to us and all the nurses were just going up and down. What made me to sit this long was because of this ENT issue at LUTH if not for that, i wouldnt have waited this long just to get tested. -i noticed that the staffs were being reluctant to carryout the test or maybe they dont have the test kit, and if the later is the issue then its a A BIG SHAME.
I cant wait any longer, i'll have to go and wait until (if) the pandemic is over. My FELLOW NIGERIANS, MAY GOD HELP US IN THIS COVID-19 ISSUE.
Pls go and corroborate my story and if anyone have any idea on how to get tested and the procedures involved, let the person share with us. Bros, You need to know the rules. Globally the rule is that you don't get tested until it is symptomatic. There is not enough testing kits in any country, so testing is only reserved for symptomatic patients. |

ignis: His pronunciation of COVID as "COVIK" could be understandable because of his accent. However anyone who calls it "ONE NINE" instead of NINETEEN certainly have little or no idea about what is going on and has not been following both local and international news.
If after taking weeks to learn how to pronounce COVID - 19 before addressing Nigerians, this is the best he can offer, then there is a serious problem.
Imagine if he had to pronounce CORONA VIRUS.
In conclusion Nigerians major on the minor and minor in the major. ..and you don't realize you're facing the mirror? |

In my more than 30 years of existence I've never seen nor read about a leader like him. Very disappointing mostly because in this time and age, this is not the kind of leader the world need Jonathan was almost thesame. Going for parties shortly after major disasters. Pls we know Buhari is bad or poor bt he is not the only one. I expect more responsiveness from Jonathan who was much younger than Buhari.
One cud argue Buhari’s lapses are due to his age even tho it’s no excuse. Pardon him, he was in diapers in Obj era, when Obj went to Cantonment Ikeja to site of bomb-blast and stopped at the gate. When people told him to at least go in, he told the. "shut up"..... or Gej era that went on the macabre dance in Kano. meanwhile Gej ever addressed Nigerians during Ebola |
