Lol. Nice one. Guys take this seriously o, that is if you don't currently have a girlfriend. U never know. I found my Sweetness on a thread like this just before valentine this year. It started out as a joke. The rest,as they say, is now history. Just say it like u mean it... imagine you mean it. You never know.....

Obviously you are new here grin grin grin grin grin grin. 2 days and Chima go bite your yansh comot, then that loff go wear out.

@all the people saying no, imagine earning a million naira a day. That's what they pay egg donors: $7000 per session. I think some people will have a rethink. besides as someone pointed out, who knows what people do behind people's backs. As for fluid, that one is one one naira, so I'll understand why no one will want to waste his time. But then again, if you use condom (waste it), why not give it to someone who needs it.

If people have taken to prostitution because of lack, why not selling eggs for $7000?. If u're really struggling to eat, this will be a non-issue I dare say.

I didn't say "all". So the big question is why do you feel that way? since not all Americans feel that way
Romance / Re: For The Love Of The Green Card.. by MarcAnthon(m): 3:31am On Sep 26, 2012
What is it with akata women thinking all Nigerians want is a green card? That is so wrong and condescending. At the end of the day people still live and do very well without a green card. So what's with the attitude?

pendo89:

They do that in almost all African countries.
Do some research on NGOS and Statistics,Find out why they come up with exaggerated figures.Infact the rate at which people 'are dying is enough to depopulate a country.but no, africas pop keeps soaring.
Do not forget stats on high infant mortality in africa.
Exaggerated statistics are doors for more funds so never expect to hear of improvement.

Completely agree Pendo. It's a shame though, cos it def affects our image while all they care about is how much money they can get as aid.
Btw, hope you've been good? Missed you and crazy Chima
Romance / Re: Beware Of Dating Kenyan Girls On And Off Campus by MarcAnthon(m): 9:02pm On Sep 25, 2012
Orikinla, that figure of 3.3 million is arguable. They've been bandying that figure around for years. I think it's grossly exaggerated. 3.3 of 160 million means 2% of the population has it. That means 2 of every 100 people you meet. I have yet to meet/see one person with HIV. If they exist in such high figures, they must be hiding somewhere secret.

Chima, you still alive?

As for your friend, if you live close by, quietly call 911 next time you hear an altercation. Women that continue to remain in abusive relationships need to be saved from themselves. She might be killed one day, and you will have guilt in your heart.

Miscellaneous Issues

1) Anytime I consider logging in here one word comes to my mind: chaos grin. No wonder I forgot my NL birthday two days ago. So HBD to me! I was "1" on 23 September.
2) On a serious note, I understand Mrs Chima is in love with me. I have one word for her though: File! tongue
3) The place has been overrun with newbies lipsrsealed No further comment
4) The format has changed. It requires some getting used to but it doesn't look nicer. But that could be because we always love "the good old days'
5) Where is Chima, MzD, Inked nerd, Chimezie, Lefulefu and co? Please if found return to the postal address below:
6) Sexkillz my bruv, congratulations! Please take it easy with the bans on these sons of men grin

Pt Blank:

Thanks for the information. Been doing a search on Google for this. Can you give us any website(s) where one can access the scholarship?

And for the other guys that asked also, there really is no websites that I know of. And any scholarship you get has to be AFTER you have gotten admission. It works like this:
You apply to the school(s) first. Pick two, three or more schools. Some Chinese guys I met said they applied to 20 or more schools. That is overly excessive because you pay application fees for each application which is from $40 to about $200 depending on the pedigree of the school. At this point you may also want to hold off applying until you write your GRE.
Write GRE. Do your best to prepare well and get a great score. The score range that schools accept will vary depending on its pedigree and the course you want to do. After you get your scores, contact your department of interest via email and ask then if it meets their entry requirements. It's at this point that you may want to apply if it does so you don't waste your money.
Apply. You'll need to send your transcripts, recommendation letters and other docs over by courier or Nipost, so get your school to prepare it and be ready to mail stuff. They usually have application deadlines too, so don't be late. I would seriously ADVICE you apply to start in a fall semester. That is when the academic year begins and that's when they have monies allocated for funding students. If you apply for Spring semester (starting in January) you will hardly get any funding cos they'd all have been disbursed already.
Wait for them to get back to you, and if your application is successful, you are automatically considered (not offered) for whatever scholarships the department has. For most schools you don't need a separate scholarship application. If you don't get full scholarships you will most likely get a TA or RA position, and if not they may give you a small scholarship, like $1000 which qualifies you to pay In-State rates which is much more affordable. In which case after your first semester you should be able to secure a TA or RA position.

So you see it takes faith to start and it's rather expensive I most add - that's the downside, along with most masters program in the US being two year long programs. GRE, application fees, sending transcripts and docs over - it's expensive if you aren't currently working or has someone that can support, but at the end it's worth it. You'll get excellent education for free, or just paying a little cos like I said before I haven't met any masters student that paid his/her way through the program.

The school you apply to matters too(concerning funding) cos not all schools are rich. So check for the top 50 or so schools in the US colleges ranking http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities/spp%2B50 But I must warn that the higher the school is in the ranking, the more competitive getting in will be.

Btw, there are also Nigerian scholarships like the Mobil and PTDF scholarships. You can also apply for those, but I think you still have to have admission before u can.
Education / Re: Masters Degree Program Aspirants Meet Here by MarcAnthon(m): 5:31am On May 11, 2012
Why don't you all take two months off whatever you do (that's if you even need that much time), write GRE, do great, apply to schools in the US and if you actually had 2:1 or better coming off undergrad and your GRE scores are tight, you can get full funding for masters in the US, or about 70% funding at least. Seek info about this and expand your horizons. Undergrad abroad may be for the rich but masters? No. I'm yet to see a masters student in the US who is paying for his/her studies. It's either you are on a scholarship or you are a Teaching or Research Assistant. You get your school fees paid and they give you money for upkeep every month end.
Masters in the UK requires money. About 20K pounds, cos all they want to do is collect your money. But in the US they really are interested in building you up and most of the schools are rich and have massive endowment funds.
Y'all don't limit yourselves. While a masters in the US is not the end of the world, it definitely will give you a good head start. So think about it, and seek more info. GRE is also doable if you know what you're doing.

I'd say Pilots. Have known a few of them in my time and their womanizing no get part two. One of them made a mockery of Magic Johnson's claim to have slept with about a thousand women since his youth. After a long hiss, the pilot boasted that he probably sleeps with that number of women in 3-4 yrs only. The nature of their job takes them away from home a lot of times to foreign cities and loose women. And they do have the dough to spend.
