With the constant pics of people eating anything that crawl, I want to know particularly which part of southern Nigerian mostly do these eating spree.

This is a documentary material, I will cc BBC Africa, natgeo wild, Al Jazeera and CNN. Maybe they can help us do a comprehensive documentary. Hardly a day goes by without one seeing pics of some animal being eaten by people more barbaric than the animal itself

I don't really support the killings of snakes, because of the disruption in the balance of the ecosystem(snakes are rodent predators), but I don't think the killing and eating of snakes is barbaric.


Snakes are not endangered species, particularly the species of snakes in Nigeria weren't declared endangered. The killing of snakes is no different than the killing of chickens, goats you consume.

All the same, let's spare the snakes for the sake of their niche in the ecosystem. Without snakes, rats would have field day overpopulating, and rats are known to vector/spread diseases.
