I have recently visited Akwa Ibom State after 8 years and I'm disappointed how retrogressive things have become. There is no light in both the Capital and other places I visited. Almost everyone have become a petty trader, selling one or two things to make ends meet. So much poverty out here, yet, tallest state skyscaper and worship center construction is ongoing. To which end will development swing with these kinds of projects?
The good people of Nigeria don't deserve these kinds of evil rulers. *sigh

We have the leap card in Ireland, you can use it to access any public transport service nationwide and can even get tax saver deductions to make public transport affordable and reduce need to use private transport when going into central Dublin especially, it's NFC and when I used it I could top up right from the comfort of my smartphone app.

Real estate in the vicinity of the refinery is going to be the real hot cake in some few years.
