isaacprinz:It's not so. Most soldiers always want to use force to their advantage. I recently had an business encounter with a military man and he actually cheated me, on top of it all, he has threatened to beat me up over a matter of legitimate business. We are in the wake of a soldier killing his girlfriend for unconfirmed infidelity. If everyone use their jobs to oppress others, then who will remain on earth? The poison seller, mortuary attendant as well as sawmillers that cuts big trees in the forest with chain saws all have jobs, you know. Bunch of uncivilized barbarians these soldiers are. |
In the best interest of Nigerians citizens, I think everyone should boycott doing any business with the military folks. It always end in tears and they end up bullying you with their resources. Don't sell market to them. Avoid them when they come to your shop. |
I want please |
seunmsg:You seem to forget that she's dealing with a Billionaire's family now, and she, daughter of a nobody. She's toast, no matter what she says. Justice is for the highest bidder around here |
We need to tell ourselves the truth. When will states stop outdoing themselves, building a "world class hospital" that is poised to stop medical tourism? We've had this mantra several times. Ondo state, Akwa Ibom state, Kano and Ebonyi states (in the pipeline I think) and so on. It still doesn't stop our president, the number 1 citizen (or other politicians for that matter) from jetting out of the country for their health's sake. I'm aware of an International Cancer Center, Abuja built many years back and I'm sure they sang this national anthem too, but it is now an abandoned project. Just build a good hospital for your people and commission it quietly. The other part is paying workers enough to man the operation. These are the issues. |
Well, let him have it. Who knows if he's preparing for his funeral, hence immortalizing himself while alive? These sort of things are meant for dead, prominent people |
They have brain washed this one. I'm positive he will be the weak link that will snitch out the sensitive discussions of Southern governors to his Fulani slave master. You're trying to bring the north closer to the sea so they can have access to plunder your commonwealth further... |
With the rate at which Mabushi has constant light, how are you guys still able to rack up that much diesel cost? Also, having built a solar mini grid, how are you able to rack up another diesel cost again or I am not understanding. Isn't the idea of solar mini grid not supposed to cancel out the idea of using diesel entirely? |
So what happens with the lots of redundant time in the hands of the Fire service staff when they become weaponized? They say the idle man is the devil's workshop.. imagine the fire staff thinking of creative ways to apply their weapons every other day of the week when there's no fire to quench. Knowing that Fire service is one of the most unproductive government agency there is, apart from NIPOST. The other day, I saw a video where they brought an inflatable raft to rescue a young boy that fell inside the water in Ilorin, with no positive result. It was the abokis that later dived into the water to rescue the corpse |
Are you sure someone hasn't secretly activated data share on your line? Check for data share numbers. Last time I remembered, only glo offers the ability to broadcast internet from a sim across different sims |
Good advice. Lawyers nowadays are being paid 30,000 naira or a little above in Abuja chambers, with all their smartness. Then add Mass Communication, Archeology, History and international relations, as you won't get jobs in Nigeria. Even the highly revered banking & finance as banks are downsizing and jettisoning the idea of physical branches. It's better you study Accounting, then Applied and creative Arts and Local languages. Hausa is hot cake now in the professional cycle. Learn french. Don't go and read Botany and zoology in school too o... Likewise Fisheries (like I did), soil science and such funny courses. Read Agricultural Economics, General Agriculture. You will be better positioned for the future. |
Capturing and imprisoning your sworn enemies isn't exactly speaking the language "they will understand". Since El-Zazaky has been in prison, has the agitation of the Shiite Muslim youths stopped? No. Infact, it got energized. If anything were to happen to Nnamdi Kalu in prison this time, Buhari won't be able to stand the onslaught of IPOB who are mostly youths with an ideaology. Let the government proceed with caution. |
These pastors of a thing that specializes in duping people in the name of God. It is because of them that people don't believe in God anymore. I am still trying to recover from the 419 a man of God did me in Uyo. Those Akwa Ibom people ehn, fear them oo... Especially when they are pastors |
There is no free speech on the internet again. I'm sure Seun will go on Twitter, ranting about how freedom of expression is being blocked by the government, the same person (or at least his cronies) won't bat an eye at blocking your post on his own platform due to the colour of your comment. Coming down to you OP, they employed you to be keeping prostitution dairy at work right? Whatever two people do behind closed doors seem to be the business of Nigerians before sliced bread was invented. You even had the guts to call out your boss who puts money on your table. Shame. You should open a church, since your morality compass gets the better part of you. At least it spins more income lately |
All these online lawyers self, I'm sure you were called to bar after reading one of John Grishams books. So isn't it a case of consensual sex, when they must have had nice times together. No one is even batting an eye that the man is philandering around. Is the girl under 18? Why did she run away after the "manslaughter" and not turn herself in? Another thing is that why did she make a withdrawal from the man's account? All these young girls of nowadays that are full of greed. Her name is even Chidinma, a name any reasonable person should avoid. All the Chidinmas I've met in my life are deadly snakes |
osazsky:I wonder how you lots sleep at night when you have these kinds of toxic thoughts on the inside. It must be a burden you carry around everyday. Shame! You're not important, guy. At least Oba of Benin's wife cannot come for your burial. |
The North has been intoxicated with the power curse, just as oil was thought to be a blessing to the south-south. In few years to come, their land will remain desolate just because the very thing they had to their advantage was not utilized wisely. The likes of Sheik Gumi must feel they are balling right now, but only time will tell the damage they're doing to their own people. |
Be nice to undertaker's, for surely they will be the one to carry you to your grave. These low class people you think should skip your wedding actually have more goodwill at heart than posh, sophisticated city people. I wonder how Nigerians spend much on making their wedding the talk of the town and in less than 3 years, the couple can't stand themselves in the same room again |
Thanks. It actually works. Please share your telegram link |
Those of you saying that Nigeria won't do well storing it's citizens data on a foreign soil, have you thought of the one already in private hands? This NIN of a thing has been contracted to private business, ( as if that's worth worrying about, when a foreign company handles passport issuance in the diaspora) hence, the physical record of phone number and other details of all the people of a local government are already in one guy's hands. If a mercenary wants that information, he will just download the NIN registration centers all around the country and extract the information at a price. We are already compromised. Moreso, Pantami has been crying that all Nigerians register for NIN, but alas, they don't have enough storage capacity to handle just 5 states record or thereabout. Shame! ![]() |
CelestineNelson:You're obviously not very wise. So because they have a legal unit, one should not seek to engage them lawfully when there is injustice? Well, even if the case lingers for long, the guy has a very solid case and the university panel is not Almighty. |
If only their governor was any apathetic, he would have upturned the university's decision. Tomorrow he will go and Commission the largest state church in Nigeria, but because of his inaction, someone has had his academic dream crushed. Hypocrite. I'm not surprised anyway, we didn't hear pim from him during the Iniubong case. The evil that men do lives after them |
Omo, it's sad how morals have become these days. At 16 years, I was probably thinking of buying a SEGA game and all, but nowadays, children of that age now stage kidnaps and collect ransoms from their own parents. Only God knows what they will do to society if given the chance. Meanwhile the case get as I be shaa, the family cannot withdraw the case from the court as the girl is liable. Meanwhile, the unfortunate mofo allowed her girlfriend to treak him to a life of misery and a long time behind bars. Shame! |
arejibadz:Download uTorrent on Playstore or Google the system version |
This is torture. The world has moved beyond keeping fishes in glass jars without aerators. Make sure you change the water 3-4 times weekly and don't overfeed. The fish breathes, play and eat in that same bowl, so make sure the quality is good always |
Briells:Yes |
I would have advocated mercy for the suspect and restraint on the part of the students and all, but recently a thief entered my house and stole two smartphones. I'm still waiting for the day they will catch a thief in my neighborhood. I will do bebe! ![]() |
Talking drum in Abia state? Did you run out of musical instruments in the South East? Good luck finding a technician. |
post=102617438:In all honesty, to critically adjudge the matter, Twitter messed up by challenging the sovereignty of a nation they are paying no tax to. They could delete Trump's tweet, but the US government knows what it gets from Twitter and other big tech yearly, so they can look the other way at a price. The APC led administration did the right thing by pulling the plugs on the app, as a lesson that no one should have absolute power. Moreso, after crypto currency was banned by this same Buhari, even some other developed countries have either frowned at the payment system or either banned it outrightly, showing that some of these decisions are not in isolation. But what the government could have done is to challenge young Nigerians to create a platform that can beat Twitter in a little time and have everyone encouraged to migrate to it, for the sake of patriotism. Nigerian youths love a little bit of challenge, and they will deliver wonderfully in little time This is where Oshibanjo could have been useful, as he is a diplomat. I see someone in Buhari's government migrating to K00 already (why is K00 sensored on Nairaland?), the Indian based Twitter spin-off. Apparently, the people in power are not do smart. Having said all this, I still believe that having APC's Buhari in power has not put our best hands forward. We could have done better. Koo |
I have two brand new units of Opay POS available, for those of us that wants to become an agent. POS business still pays in Abuja. Send a DM. |
