For the avoidance of doubt, if you read very well. The condition that was made clear to you was that 50% settlement would be accepted, IF PAID WITHIN ONE MONTH. Look at it like this.

I paid for work you didnt do - fence is 4 sides, you did 3 sides.
I have not asked you for payment for the bad works you did.
I have not asked you for a refund for the wood you made me buy despite paying rental for marine.
I have not asked you for interest on the 400k, its just about a year now. How much is fixed deposit interest in the bank ?
You did not pay anything else after the first 50K, the agreement was to balance up within 1 month.
Did I pay for fake approval in installment or one go ?

So please dont let us go back to square one, I will be expecting 200k balance.

When I confronted the seller that there is no such thing as Brazilian tiles (na Brazilian hair i sabi ). The guy said that only him and his brother import Brazilian tiles into the whole of Nigeria.

Segcymoor is a very professional guy and I can attest to that. He is everything that brabus is not and I would not have any issues recommending him to people.

I am not surprised you have only good things to say about him, in as much as we need to call out and shame rogues we also need to take a step back and give credit where it is due. Adeekiti = Still working for me, he needs to finish some items which i deliberately told him to hold off on as there are still some works going on at site which might stain what he delivers.

Rushtec = Supplied 37 doors (fully paid for), and also fitted (fully paid for). Some of what was fitted had issues which is typical with american panel/china doors. His boss came to look at it.

Opalu = Exposed some of the terrible work you did, with Opalu he requires payment before site visit. So what can I say here.

KolaShangOne = Supplied roof wood, fully paid for. Supervised roof. His scope of work finished and I decided Ibadan is too far to be commuting from. If he has any other arguments, he can tender it here.

I find it strange when some people say that the forum does not have any effect, now when brabus defrauded me with a fake building plan, he has only paid 50k out of 400k and has been giving me story since, things have taken a new dimension when he stopped picking up my calls. If you think that I have forgotten, brabus I have not forgotten my remaining balance, just re-strategizing.
