Project3030: Two killed as attacker shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ slits woman’s throat
At the bold part. So, because they shouted Allahu Akbar, that makes them Muslims , isn't it? By the way, have you heard of covert operations before ? Read about it. If you do, you'll have a different perspective of the happenings and on goings in the world.
ogologoamu: That's the problem with Nigerians and reason why God always punish them with bad leaders. You hated Nnamdi Kanu therefore he should be killed. To you, it doesn't matter the illegality of Buhari and his Army once your perceived enemy is dealt with. The death of Kanu does not in anyway solve your problems or add figures in your account if you have any but your hatred on him etc, has beclouded your reasons.... Pity..
And who told you that KANU has been killed? Can you see that you're the problem here. So, would've been killed and the SE would remain this peaceful? I guess you're the one that hates KANU, so much that you want him dead.
stephenduru: Below are photos of Ebonyi state Governor David Nweze Umahi and Nollywood actor Harry B dancing at the celebration of Nigeria at 57 as Duncan Mighty aka Portharcourt Boy sings for them at the event.
I wish Duncan Mighty is Lagos based, who for know Wizkid or Davido with their nonsense lyrics except all those boys at the park.
And before you turn it into tribal war, I'm full blooded Lagos boy, but I gbadun Duncan Mighty wella even though I don't understand the language sometimes.
AutoReportNG: Let's share our ordeal in hands of evil mechanices...
Lalasticlala
My experience is this. I called this guy, Hammed, to help replace my V6 engine plugs, because the car isn't firing properly, only for him to tell that the six 'TOKUNBO' plugs cost N4000.
Ok, no problem. I gave him the money plus N2,000 workmanship. Fast forward to later in the afternoon, a friend asked the whereabouts of my car and I narrated the aforesaid. Only for him to scream to high heaves about how can six plugs cost that much. Low and behold, he called his mechanic that he wanted the same thing I just paid for, and the total cost that one gave us was N1,400.
That was my experience in recent times. If I should start the one where my car spent more than two months with N140,000 spent and the same problem persists, we won't leave here.
meccuno: but why would a DJ with common sense be playing juju music in a crowd of igbo people? people should respect others for heavens sake. have u ever seen a yoruba gathering where osadebe is played? people should stop raising unnecessary dust
Perhaps you are still very young when the Igbos and Hausas were dancing to the tune of Sir Shina Peter's 'hit track (or is it album) Ace in the 90s. As a matter of fact, you need to ask about Sunny T, "Omo Nna to nko fuji", and a host of others.
Again, and in case you don't know or you have not heard, there's KWAM 1, and he has sung a lot of Igbo track. Not forgetting Alhaji Ayinde Barrister. These are renown Yoruba fuji crooners.
On a personal note, Osita Osadebe, Oliver De Coque, Onyeka Owenu, Uche Ibeto (the Jigida Queen, I doubt if you know her), Bongo Sigwe, and a lot of Igbo highlife songs, with some others whose name I can't remember at the moment, are my favourites musician.
sotall: He is in his house. If you want to be sure, go to his house and confirm it.
A president of a country left his country for UK and spent 104 days. During that period, he didn't update his fellow citizens of his health status apart from the lies his loyalists were feeding us . You didn't open a thread to ask where is the president.
Hypocrites everywhere!
That's not true, we asked. In fact, we even protested at the unity fountain, ask Charlie Boy, he'll tell you what his eyes saw. So, stop lying if you don't know what to say.
mikeayus: U get hons when u finish ur program in the normal number of years. e.g finish a 4 years course in 4 years....whereas u get just a b.sc when u spend more than 4 years for a 4 years course
thesicilian: Whether she insults Buhari himself or the entire APC members is not our concern. The issue is, is she loyal to Nigeria? Is she serving the nation to the best of her ability? If so then the President has no moral grounds to terminate he appointment.
Please, let us be sincere to ourselves, at least for once. How can she be loyal to Nigeria when she's not even loyal to the man or let's say to the present administration she serves in? This is one of the greatest mistake made by GEJ by appointing FFK and Doyin Okupe who both ruin his campaign with their unguided statement under the guide of campaigning for him.
If I were Al-Hassan, I would have resigned long after the leaked video. Don't forget that the meeting at where she made that statement was a clandestine meeting, and they weren't expecting a video of it talkless of it being leaked. This shows how irresponsible some politicians are. After all, we've seen people resigned from Trump's govt for various reasons. But the average Nigerian politician are bereaved of principles; why not just throw in the towel rather than embarrassing the govt you serve in?
The man might just be the playful type who's just playing with the young lady, just a peck and if you look at the picture closely you can see he forced it as she is putting some kind of resistance.
Without verifying she has gone to social media to slam infidelity on him.
Like my people will say she's only doing herself! she won't leave him so she's just ruining his reputation and it will still affect her. Wife of an adulterer, how can you publicly disgrace a man you call your husband
why are women so irrational? They are always jumping to conclusions.
If you even look closely you'll see another person on the background sitted. Is that how people fvck in the office, with their colleagues looking on? Shior
odduduwa: but Yoruba's said buhari is not gej the cash cow and nnamdi ll shout and no one will compensate him .....why will Yoruba's believe this news pls integrity is really far from these folks
No sensible person, whether Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa can ever believe this news.
EniolaEwa: Good morning....I just got out of school so I applied for a job pending when I will go for service, I applied somewhere and they told me I can only be given a contract position, I need to know what a contract staff mean and the advantage and the disadvantage....I'm waiting thanks
It is synonymous to casual worker. It basically means that you won't enjoy some benefits as the real staff.
KingLennon: It depends on how the kid is being raised tho but children at that age tend to be a little bit restless and insultive. Very soon, the boy will change that behaviour to new one. Children developed in different stages...
Yes, it depends on how the kid is being raised, and I agree with you that they are restless, as in #RESTLESS!, but I don't agree that children at that age tend to be insulting, No! It depends on how they are trained.
My two years old is fond of saying "Gbe'nue Soun", he actually picked it from a neighbour, Alhaja, but the mum will politely tell scold him not to say that again, that "it's not good". And anytime he wanted to mutter something like that, he quickly cautions himself.
Aragon: Everybody has a Right to LIKE or DISLIKED their President, depending on whether he is fulfilling their Expectations. But what Baffled me the most is that even supposedly Educated and Exposed people actually believes the man was Dead! They spent money they don't have on Social Media arguing and Insulting that the man is Dead. Which means Nigeria owns Foreign Press like BBC, CNN, etc who has to be part of the cover up not to report the Death of the President. Even the Shameless Loud Mouth FFK was instigating people that Osibanjo was Lying and the President is almost Dead and cant function. And here we see the Man laughing and cracking Jokes, Yes he has lost weight but he is very much alive. Again Nigerians have Rights to demand to see their President, that he should Resign if he is unfit but that should never be turned into HATRED where you wish and pronounced him Dead cos as I have always said, he might just outlived those wishing him dead cos life belongs to GOD almighty and not humans. I wish him a quick recovery and may God bless Nigeria
Well, if you're referring to those on nairaland, you're just wasting your time- most of them are kids. But for other media space like Punch-Online, there you have a lot of miseducated illiterates. On Vanguard-Online, those ones are full of hatred for anything less than an IPOB. That's the way I see them.
lollypeezle: Baba, you can always use Eko hotel and suites for your rib cracking show. At least you will still be in Nigeria than this oversea comedy show with few people to watch.
I am not for any party, but I know ruling a country from another country is WRONG
The last time I checked, Prof. Osinbajo is the Acting President, steering the wheel of this country. I don't want to use the word "rule".
laliga01: You slowpoke, did you watch news last week? Do you know what happened in Nass? Do you know what the reps of the SS did during plenary? If you dnt, you are indeed a mumu. #yourmumudondo.
F
You see, some of you folks lack the decorum for engaging in discussion on the social media space, and it simply show lack of discipline on your part.
Why the insults? I simply called your attention, based on the fact at my disposal at the moment of writing, and instead of you to cautiously refers me to the latest information, and having pointed out to you the folly in this needles e-war, you still went ahead to call me names.
Well, good luck to you. Don't think I will engage you in a war of words. We're in this mess together: whether IPOB O, AFONJA O, or GAMBARI, na all of us go suffer am at the end.
guterMann: Only if those running from one Biafran thread to another can channel their energy properly and challenge the kleptomaniacs ruling them.
How do you expect a man like this to support restructuring? How do expect him to pass secession into law?
And you think #Biafra is the solution? I don't think so, I sincerely doubt it. Otherwise, the proponents of #Biafra would've in the first place call their brothers in the National Assembly to move the motion for #Referendum. Afterall, Pa Anthony Enahoro, according to history, simply stood up in Parliament and called for what started the debate towards Nigeria's independence. Why can't this present crops of Igbo politician do the same?
No! They will never do so, because they are enjoying their hands in the cookie jar with their Yoruba and Hausa brothers, while you and I are busy here calling ourselves unprintable names: when I press the IPOB button, you'll shout AFONJA!!!!!!
Let's stop deceiving ourselves bro, in as much as we continue in this our folly of fighting this e-war instead of identifying our common enemy and face them squarely, this is how we'll continue to be shouting IPOB and AFONJA till thy kingdom come, while their children will continue to proper at our own expense.
Glocks: the cry of marginalization is also experienced by other ethnicity and tribes in Nigeria. what charly boy fails to understand is that despite the marginalisation being experienced by every tribe, only the Igbo's are challenging the evil sufferings imposed on this country by evil politicians. while other tribes prefer suffering and smiling. wallowing in penury but yet does nothing, but when the Igbo's come out to fight this evil instead of the scared tribes to support them they castigate them and support their oppressors. the clamour for Biafra is simply because other tribes are ready to suffer and smile in Nigeria but not Igbo's.
One thing you fail to realized from Charley Boy's discussion is that "the biafran narrative needs to change". You don't expect people to support this your course with the way and manner you guys are going about it; abusing every tribe that catches your fancy, calling others animals living in the zoo called Nigeria. Is that what you want others to join you in doing? Of course not!
You hardly find any Nigerian organization taking responsibility for their misdemeanor. They will always find somewhere, someone or something to lay the blame on.
I wasn't expecting anything less, true to type: so, it is their customers that played the porn video on the bank's tab in the banking hall, right? Was that through Bluetooth or flash share or what.
For me, I will put the blame of this whole scenero on the door step of the boy's parent. they ought to have seen all these traits and attributes from when he was at home and ought to have sought help for him. My assumption is majorly based on the report of the firm where he had his externship.
dyshow: For your Yabatech ND,HND and BSc Affiliation with UNN for both full time and part time Program,,,kindly give me call or text me on whatsapp ,please no flashing ooh and you only ask reasonable questions,We can also meet within schl premises, you don't have to be panic as far as u have good olevel result, jamb score,Cgpa etc you don't have any issue..... Now that Abia is leading in WAEC result, it is no more a 'Zoogeria', let the case be otherwise that's when you'll remember 'Biafra'. A bunch of confused fellows. Really, there are lots of kids on this forum.
decatalyst: Lawyers in the house, if the FRSC impound my car and I was told to come to their office the next day... I get there to meet my car in this state with subsequent damage to the vehicle, can I sue their asses?
I just dey do mental calculation of the #GBESE wey dem don enter
Nope! It's an act of God, not foreseen nor foreseeable. You ain't claiming any Fadden! It wasn't a wishful act, and there's nothing, practically nothing, they could have done about the rain.
However, you may sue the Rivers State Govt for not building drainage infrastructure, and their defence, if I'm their defence lawyer, is that you ought to have taken a reasonable caution, after all this is "Rivers State" so anywhere can be flooded at anytime without notice. Take note, it is called RIVERS STATE- STATE OF FLOWING WATERS.
shukuokukobambi: Of course it's citizens and it's not only about those who drop in the drainage. The world has a plastic problem and it's manifesting even in developed regions of the world where they don't dump things indiscriminately like Nigerians. Plastics are non-biodegradable and always find their way to water bodies
Personally, i made a decision to reduce the quantity of plastic, nylon etc i use. for instance take a nylon bag from home to buy things instead of picking a new one at the shop. It's little but if more people get sensitized like this, we might actually make a significant difference
You are right bro. At the bold part, that's one thing I've learned today and will also inculcate into my house hold.
