The day they joined the army is not enough justification You can do more by telling us How many years they are meant to serve according to Military laws ![]() ![]() |
deor03:They were dismissed, forget the lies. |
I was a fan of Mikel in 2005/2006 If am not a fan anymore then you should know that something has gone wrong with his football. It is not personal, its just his professional attitude. For now he does not do a lot and I dont think he merits Nigerian shirt. There should obviously be a chance for him when he prooves himself though. |
I thought they will be a lot more motivated now that they have demoted some people to level the playing What an interesting idea of motivating a force. |
I am honestly not sure what this transfer is all about I hope Wenger has seen something we are not seeing I am a Man Utd fan though |
bashali:Stop kidding yourself You are no Northerner This is not about North vs South. Its about a President who should be a custodian of the law selling the country to outlaws |
My annoyance with Onyiuke is that she chose a time when some Mafia organisation are taking over Nigeria to make such a mistep They have replaced people who have done nothing wrong merely because they are not plyable, let alone when you give them a reason to. These group of outlaws are now in charge of appointments in Aso Rock. from Chief of staff, to BPE, to EFCC the latest on the cards is the replacement of service chiefs. Nigeria has been sold to the highest bidder, and Onyiuke should know that better. I advice her to start writting her handover notes |
This woman knows that a lot of people wanted her out, and she went ahead to engage in this kind of triviality. Well I wish her goodluck. She will only be lucky to remain in her position. |
Sagamite Do you honestly believe that the current Mikel we know (especially the one that could not create chances at Nations cup) is a better attacking midlfield player than Ajilore ?? I think we should even pay closer attention to Ekpo. For me I think the attack line we are using at the olympics should be used for 2010 world cup. My prefered changes will be introducing Yobo, Taiwo, Odiah/nwaneri and then Enyeama in goal I am not in favour of any attack line that does not include Ogbuke Obasi and Nsofor. Nsofor is the power house while Ogbuke is the skillful player with creativity. At least for now. The frontline of Otaka, Yakubu, Uche, Osaze did not do it in Nations cup because they lacked creativity. My first 11 goes like that. Ejide Odiah/Nwaneri Yobo Adeleye Taiwo Kaita/Ayila Ajilore/Ekpo Okonkwo/Utaka Nsofor Obasi Osaze |
U know what I will go to ladbrrokes and bet on our boys We will take the match to the Argentines and we will lead then in number of goals from the begining of the match to the end. |
Let know one decieve themselves the match is 05:00 GMT i.e. 5am Nigerian time on Saturday Let the match decide whether this view of Messi being invincible is real or an illusion. So long as Sani Kaita stays tight on Riquelme, and we have our wing forwards helping out our wing backs in terms of marking Aguero will be negligible. |
Posted by: camegirlNot sure what the bit in bold means, you might like to do a bit more work on your adjective before you call people names |
I dont think this is a case of whether we missed him I think we should thank God and Siasia for his non-inclusion If he was there people would have been looking up to him for leadership unnecessarily and he will end up a distraction. The fast paced counter attack we have seen so far would not have been the case. What annoys me most is, since joining Chelsea he makes more back passes than offensive through balls. The worst is the idea of being so sluggish and trying to guide balls all the time in the middle of the pack. Mikel has potential but he needs to rediscover himself. FOR NOW I THINK HE SHOULD BE DISLODGED FROM THE SUPER EAGLES |
Hannibal:no objection You are absolutely right, I hope our boys are disciplined enough |
All I know is if we mark as a unit as we did against CIV people will see how useless Riquelme can be I dont know about Messi, he seems to find spaces whatever you do. However Messi can not do it all alone But Riquelme is so easy to prevent from playing |
Hate it or Love it, The Underdog's On TopGood vibes Onyi This final is a rematch of the Under-20 final 2005. Most players on both sides are a product of that tournament. I will support our team to win the Gold. YES WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Forget the goals he missed Anichebe played well it was his pass that led to second goal |
superstan:Well lets wait for saturday I will still hope and expect our boys to win. |
Argentina are obviously favourite and I think we will be happy going into the match as underdogs But I believe we can take the match to them and beat them. Teamwork is very crucial in football. Messi is great, but our team can contain him. We dont even need to man mark him. All we need to do is mark in zones But Messi is trickish. . . . he has won a penalty |
superstan:They are not unstoppable. If we crowd the midfield, have our wing players supporting our wing backs defensively and vice versa. And then hit them on the break and take the match to them we can beat them. If we play as we played against CIV, we will beat this argentine team |
I dont believe its over yet |
rubi:Saturday 23 August Men 0500-0800: Gold medal game According to BBC |
Emperoh:I hope we play Brazil. I am routing for Brazil |
superstan:Let them qualify first The early minutes of the game does not say anything about who will triumph, this is how Brazil vs Argentina normally is. Always cagey With Argentina being rough and trickish and Brazil being hard and fair but skillful |
onyinye2:Onyi the match has been lost and won . . . . . lol |
I hope Brazil wins sha, cos I prefer our chances against a Brazillian side anyday to Argentina reason: The Brazillains play the game fairly, if they win you then they simply outplayed you But the same can not be said of Argentina, they play football with everything including skill, tacticts, rough, trickery Dont want people doing leg over in front of Okonkwo and yet dive into his legs when he sticks them out |
subice:adeleye is the man of the tournament He is just a general in our defence |
9ja4eva:What makes it even more interesting is how he told Mikel to 4uck off If u can't respect national calls to play qualifiers, then you should not play in the finals. And even though these boys went out in the group stage, I would have still backed Siasia for that decision |
Babalaw0:Spot on This is how u know those who know a thing or two about football Kaita was our Claude Makelele today . . . . . and he did an excellent job. |
dreeldee:Good one ![]() People are just making their wish for Super Eagles . . . . . . Well Siasia is the man, he knows best. Hope they give him a chance to handle our eagles |
on the account of what I saw today Ekpo might even be a better attacking midfield player than Mikel. My team goes like that. Enyeama Obinna Nwaneri Yobo Adeleye Taye Taiwo Sani Kaita/Yusuf Ayila Ekpo Okoronkwo Nsofor Osaze Obasi |
Brash!:Lighten up Everyone is having a laugh |
