Which state are u from? Well not withstanding almost all states have their liason office here in lagos, which means u can get it here in lagos . Search "name if ur state's office in lagos" on Google and u should be able to see get the address.

Bro u can search for schools offering the course u intend studying and check their site for application fee (which I know is around $100CAD) and from conversion that's certainly not #100k. Try and search yourself and u will be happy u did. I don't know ur intended course but I think someone here in this forum said something about Mohawk college, so try and check them out if the have ur course then it's up to u to apply

the challenge you are having is not your sponsorship. it has to with the course you are going for ,that is why purpose of visit was ticked . ur course is nether related to your job or your undergraduate studies. and you also have to go for a program that is higher than your previous education, there should be a career progression. and you can also order for your case file. to know exactly what you are addressing. for personal asset your spouse and children and your personal account statement will address that and if you are employed a leave of absent will address it. success can only come when u do things differently from the way u did before. take your time and make sure you are addressing the right thing.

Thanks for your reply bro I appreciate. I am now going for remotely operated vehicles ( ROV ) and it's related to my previous studied program (electrical engineering ).

Me thinks your finance is okay. Your major issue is the course of study which is lower than the degree u already got. Its either you change to a masters program (or even a post graduate diploma) or u have to convince the VO with reasons why u choose the program, if its in line with your present job or it will aid your future career goal/objective. You really need a sound SOP if u are to go with this program. Cheers

Thanks bro, I actually applied for remotely operated vehicles ( ROV ) but didn't get the admission then, thank God I have gotten the admission for ROV now (which is electrically, mechanically and electronically incline ). I hope it improve my chances. I also explained in my sop that I did electrical just to prepare me for the ROV industry.

Good steps you have taken there, well done bro. However, I would like to point out that you might not have done so much even with all the above steps in the eyes of the vo. This is because none of those steps mentioned above have a direct effect in tackling the purpose of visit raised by the vo.

In order to tackle this, you may want to enrol for a course that is directly related to your Electrical Engineering or proof to Vo in terms of strong documentary evidences how your present job functions is directly related to the field of Marine Engineering & System Design.

Without any of the above points, I'm sorry you may not be presenting a better case different from what you earlier presented.

Good evening house. I applied for trv last yr and was denied (personal asset and purpose of visit). I hv HND in electrical engineering and applied for marine engineering and systems design (technician diploma) at memorial uni. My sponsors had (1st : 25mill, co-sponsor : 4mil) with no dependants. I intend reapplying again but this time my main sponsor will pay my full tuition while the other sponsor will pay some cash(around 1-2mil) into my account to show commitment . I also intend putting some cash of mine (400-500k) into my account since I am working. I also intend using my late father's landed property papers ( which I didn't do during my 1st application ) to show I have asset back home (though it belongs to me and my only(elder) bros. Pls gurus in the house what are my chances cos I intend applying soon.. @Michv, @thesoj and other gurus help a brother out

Good day Nairalanders, my present employer, a multinational company whose headquarters is in Malta, has informed me that, as part of my appointment package, I would be travelling to their central support and development centre in Spain for training.

I'm obligated to forward list of documents and/or resources that I would be needing from them.
Please note, they're taking care of the visa, flying ticket, accommodation, feeding and all other expenses. Mine is to get my international passport ready.

My challenges are:
1. How do I secure an international passport? I've tried doing it online but I'm always redirected to an 'unsecured website' for registration.

2. What are the documents and/or resources I would need from my employer?

3. What are other travelling documents I'll be needing? I'm a newbie.

You can also provide me with additional information I haven't mentioned here. Your questions are welcome too.

I want to believe the lady said that cos she wanted u to try other schools, though MUN is much cheaper compare to some schools but I can assure u that u will get the admission. I applied for pgc in marine engineering and got it without gre(I submitted a letter from my previous school stating I was taught in english language + my expired toefl result). Trust me u will be admitted as long as u apply early. Best of luck

Sure i definitely do. I was at an education centre some days ago and a lady said getting admitted to MUN is very difficult. According to her, they have low admission rate yearly. Im concerned becos i av a gre score of 296 which is not upto the 302 dey are asking for but i have a research proposal i want to use to support my application. I just want to knw wat im up against and my chances of getting admitted. Not many ppl might have a research proposal to support their application. The prog is Msc bus administration. Thanks

Sorry for responding late, I have HND in elect eng(lower) and was going for advance dip in marine eng @ MUN. My sponsors were mx cousin and my elder bro both have a combine #25mil+, I submitted all cic docs, my cousin company's tax clearance/ reg papers, my employment lette + letter of intro, my 6 months payslip(didn't submit my soa cos dnt hv much there nw). I was denied on the ffl: purpose of visit, insufficient fund, personal asset. Will order for my gcms soon.

You will see the barcode page only if ur system is connected to internet, just validay, as for the family info form u don't need to validate, just save and u're good to go. Though mine was paper route

I think he can claim to be ur maternal uncle(ur mum's brother), let him explain it in his letter & u also do same in ur sop. Hope this help

Please is it true that if you are working in a company that doesn't belong to the government, I mean private company and the boss gives you all the documents proving it such as employment verification, recommendation letter, payslip etc, is it true that you must have the company Statement of account though the company is not sponsoring you?

you don't need any sample letter, just mail ur admission officer to let him know u want to defy and give ur reasons

What you need is your international passport and a passport photograph. It doesn't take time, you can be through with it within 20mins. It doesn't have any particular amount, it only depends on your power of negotiation but I did mine for #2500. Some people did it for #8000 or #5000

I did mine #2500 as well and it was because the female police officer has been helping my friends with certs before. at most it shouldn't be more than 3k share, but let them know u only have 2.5k and they should be able to help u with it. I did mine at alagbon
