In as much as some women can be very annoying with nagging, a real man should never, i repeat never beat your wife!.
The day you start that horrible attitude it becomes a pattern, learn to walk away and allow yourself some time to cool off! you call your wife a baby, and want to beat a baby! Who does that! it is Abuse. Anger is an open wound that needs to heal with care. ....In summary ensure you and your wife make God a part of your union. It pays, I am a living witness.
My wife and i over here in the Uk have a good marriage not because we are perfect, but praying together most times and sharing God's words curtails our execesses. May God grant us wisdom in every aspect of our lives. |

The race of life is not to the swift but time and chance happens to us all. Luck in life has a definition which is preparation meeting opportunity. I had a degree and had a privilege to do a Masters degree in the UK and today I am happily settled and married. I tried visiting visa it didn't work, doing a degree would cost more but masters was just for one year and it paid off. Lessons take all chances casting your bread upon many waters. You can meet a benefactor and having a degree can get you a good job even here in Nigeria. But all the same success in life has many mothers. You can stil make it without a degree. It is God that crowns all our efforts. Really wishing everyone the best of success. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Seriously! BluntCrazeMan: Ok Naa.. .. .. MEANWHILE... GO AND VERIFY. .. Two men were governors: one in Lagos, the other in Anambra. Towards the end of their second term, the one in Lagos sent his retirement bill and got his house of assembly to approve what you see below as his yearly pension.
1. 300% annual salary as severance package as approved by RMAFAC. 2. 100% of annual basic salary of incumbent gov as salary for LIFE even after leaving office. 3. Six new cars every 3 years 4. A new house in Lagos, minimum 5 bedroom 5. A new house in Abuja or any other location, minimum 5 bedroom. 6. Free medical care for him and members of his family for life. 7. Entitled to cooks, stewards, Gardners, and domestic staffs, all pensionable. 8. 300% of his annual basic salary as governor every 2 years as furniture allowance 9. 100% of annual basic salary as governor as his house maintenance allowance 10. Two DSS officers, 1 female officer for his wife and eight policemen to guard him. 11. 25% of his annual basic salary for personal assistants. 12. 30% of his annual basic salary for car maintenance . 13. 20% of his annual basic salary as utilities maintenance. 14. Pensionable drivers, no limits to the number.
(This is apart from what he gets as a percentage of collections from the firm - Alpha Beta - which collects tax for Lagos State, and the total control he has over the governors and the treasury.) .. .. But See what Peter Obi collects from Anambra State since leaving office as governor:
1. No gratuity 2. No pensions 3. No houses 4. No cars 5. No allowances of any kind 6. No maintenances of any kind. 7. No personal assistants paid by the state. 8. No domestic staffs paid by the state. 9. No aids sponsored by the state. 10. Not even pure water. 11. No shishi from the State.
Now the two men want to be president.
So choose you today who means well for Nigeria and who will serve the people selflessly.
I am just exposing your mind to see the truth. It is now your decision to make and convince others. Use your reasoning.. Vote and support wisely…. |

Please I am not wrong! Learn to read and digest before you make comments, in quote I said I wish they were here earlier which might be 2years or more, remember that even students who have eslapsed their Visa are still eligible to apply even current students working in front line are eligible because there is shortage of workers even the hospitality sector is seriously in need of workers just to mention a few ..Ireland is the best country when it comes to immigration issue unlike Germany and Austria that you can be questioned for just taking a bus to the city centre.. I told the Op that he can try the school options for now. Mcowubaba:
Not very accurate information The proposed scheme is for 'illegal Immigrants' (not immigrants) and people in direct provision (international protection scheme) that have been in the country and system for at least 3 years or so, the full details are yet to be published.
The scheme has nothing to do with legal immigrants in the country. Hence it is not applicable to the OP, unless the OP and his family were illegal immigrants or in direct provision in the past years in Ireland.
Strongly doubt that's what the OP has in mind.

Excellent analysis! Odewaleadesoye: I don't fully comprehend the motivation for this "Public Confession".
Firstly, there was no mention of force (or rape) during the encounter. Which means that this allegedly happened with full consent of both adults.
Secondly, if this is really a public Confession as a result of her new found faith and genuine repentance, was Apostle Suleman her first Sexual Partner? If no, why was there no mention of other partners (or at least make reference to them)? True Confession must be complete.
Lastly, are all these interviews being granted on the Internet and print media part of the repentance processes?
Whether this is an act of true repentance, a blackmail or a quest for fame really begs for an answer. |

Family / Re: My Wife Is Having An Emotional Affair With Her Pastor by Mekas2016(m): 10:15am On Oct 06, 2021 |
Excellent truthCoder: hnmmm.
first, stop reading blogs that define relationships.
lets go practical. I speak the truth and it might hurt.
your wife and you got married not because you are best of friends but because you both seem to meet certain societal requirements you both set for yourselves. You wanted a virgin and a church girl from a good home. She wants a good man with a good job who will love her.
This is where the problem starts. You and your wife might be married but you are not friends. She needs someone to be free with and currently you are not..the pastor is.
Here is what you should do.
First ball is you. Are you the kind of guy that is not easily approachable by the wife on petty things? If you are, you need to change. She must have access to you on everything. If she thinks about ABC, she must be able to gist about it with you. Be more open. As regards sex, she is a learner...teach her...Sex is not just the penetration. Learn about taking it sloowwwww....For the next few days, make love without penetrating her. make her relaxed, give her a good massage, help her clean her ear, arrange her hair, help her try on different clothes, just lie on the bed and gist, kiss and cuddle, give her head, cut her toenails, do everything that involves touching but no penetration. This will loosen her more.
Take the pastor's phone number. Call him and tell him you are XYZ's husband. Don't allow him to 'pastorize' you. Tell him you have seen the chats and you are disappointed. Tell him he should never contact your wife again or he is going to see hell on earth. Tell him you will come into the church during service to embarrass him if he doesn't stop contacting your wife. Tell him you will report him to Winners Headquarters in Ota and via social media then hang up the call.
Next ball park is your wife. Sit her down and have this conversation with her. Tel her the most important relationship she has is the one with you. Every other one is secondary. Tell her you would love her more if she can make you her friend. If she has any thing to discuss, She should be free to do so with you. Show her love. Show her that she matters. Gist with her.
You will win her back |
Properties / Re: Estate Agent Wants Me To Pay 130% Of The Rent As Agent/Agreement by Mekas2016(m): 9:17am On Sep 28, 2021 |
My advice for you is to pay the money and secure the shop if you like it and feel it will serve its purpose.
I am a qualified Estate Valuer.
Estate management has three branches namely.. 1. Property management 2. Property Valuation 3. Estate Agency.
In recent times Quacks (unqualified people) have invaded ESTATE AGENCY that is why you see lots of illiterates and quacks roaming the streets all in the name of Estate agents. They charge exorbitant amounts for agreement which is supposed to be 10% without any care in the world because of the society we find ourselves that lack proper regulation.
Even the agreement fee is not supppose to be collected by the landlord but a lawyer which is 10 percent of the rent and because it is just a contract paper printed out and signed by both parties.
In summary the cankerworms of corruption has eaten deep into the very fabric of our nation and it currently a common phenomenon making it a vicious circle and every body is involved waiting to devour each other at the slightest opportunity.
In my candid advice, if you can afford the payment and feel you can make enough profits or progress in that location. Kindly go ahead please. May God prosper and bless the work of your hands . |

Religion / Re: My Confusion About God And The Scriptures. by Mekas2016(m): 4:12pm On Jul 01, 2021 |
Interesting udoji2021: I have been thinking about this lately and decide to share it here. Don't get me fellas, I'm a Christian and believe in God and his son Jesus Christ
BUT
It is believe that God created the world and knows what happened before, what is happening presently and what will happen later till the end of time. This brings me question on why he allowed Satan to decieve man, why was he also angry since He knew beforehand of what will happen? Then the consequent punishment, was it really justified?
The most confusing part to me now is life after death. I personally believe that there is heaven and hell right from my childhood days until one guy (Jehovah witness) told me that there is nothing like hell, he went on that even heaven is for a specific number of choose people and not for everyone, above all, he said that when one dies, your own is finished and you are not gonna go anywhere. Simply put, your body and spirit will die.
I nearly insulted him for spewing such rubbish but many years after, I'm beginning to think think twice about this issue. Now, imagine suffering in this life for all the days of your life only to meet death (body and spirit),
My question is;
1) why not just enjoy your life even if it means doing bad things to enjoy life? If you can't enjoy life, why not kill yourself and rest to avoid the sufferings?
2) Even if there is life after death, what if there is no suffering cos God may decide to give everyone peace after death.
3) Those that didn't hear anything about God, what is their fate?
4) which of the scriptures is to be trusted?
May God forgive my ignorance if what I just wrote is bad and punishable. |

*IN 1980 NIGERIA EXCHANGED 80kobo to 1$*
*TODAY NIGERIA EXCHANGES ₦480 to 1$*
*BUT HERE ARE THE MAJOR REASONS AS CAPTURED BY AN ANONYMOUS WRITER.*
*We shouldn't be surprised.*
*We were far more productive in 1980 than we are today*
*In 1980 the key reasons for economic growth were as follows:*
*1) We were a net exporter of refined petroleum products. Today we import all our refined petroleum products.*
*2) We rode in locally assembled cars, buses and trucks. Peugeot cars in Kaduna and Volkswagen cars in Lagos.*
*Leyland in Ibadan and ANAMCO in Enugu produced our buses and trucks.*
*Steyr at Bauchi producing our Agricultural tractors.*
*And it was not just Assembly, we were producing many of the components.*
*Vono products in Lagos producing the seats.* *Exide in Ibadan producing the batteries, not just for Nigeria but for the entire West Africa.*
*Isoglass and TSG in Ibadan producing the windshields.*
*Ferodo in Ibadan producing the brake pads and discs*
*Tyres produced by Dunlop in Lagos and Mitchelin in Portharcourt.*
*And I mean tyres produced from rubber plantations located in Ogun and Rivers State.*
*3) We were listening to Radio and watching television sets assembled in Ibadan by Sanyo.*
*4) We were using refrigerators, freezers and Airconditioners produced by Thermocool and Debo.*
*5) We were putting on clothes produced from the UNTL textile mills in Kaduna and Chellarams in Lagos.*
*Not from imported cotton but from cotton grown in Nigeria.*
*6) Our water was running through pipes produced by Kwalipipe in Kano and Duraplast in Lagos .*
*7) Our toilets were fitted with WC produced at Kano and Abeokuta.*
* We were cooking with LPG gas stored inside gas cylinders produced at the NGC factory in Ibadan.*
*9) Our electricity was flowing through cables produced by the Nigerian wire and Cable, Ibadan and Kablemetal in Lagos and Portharcourt.*
*10) We had Bata and Lennards producing the shoes we were putting on* *Not from imported leather but from locally tanned leather at Kaduna.*
*11) We were mainly flying our airways, the Nigeria Airways, to most places in the world.* *The Airways was about the biggest in Africa at that time.*
*12) Most of the food we ate were being grown or produced in Nigeria*.
*We were producing all of the above and more in 1980*
*Today, we import almost everything.*
*There lies the source of the terrible exchange rate we are experiencing today and everybody reading this has a critical role to play in reversing this very UGLY trend.* *It is not enough for us to complain about the exchange rate or point out what others are not doing or are failing to do, the key question is what are we producing or what are we planning to produce?*
*Going forward, it's time to ponder and think of the way forward progressivesly before it's TOO LATE.*
*Credit goes to the Unknown writer for this beautiful reminder.*
We have been talking about these problems and more for ages...
*What solutions do you have in mind?* 1 Like 1 Share |
