The Chinese are having a fields day in their own corners of the huge factory/farm called Nigeria in particular, and Africa in general.

Also many single FATHERS have taken care of many babies whose mothers died at childbirth, and these children are doing great today.

Not necessarily a new relationship. I have been married for a decade now. I hate it when my husband has to go away for business. His trips never go beyond 3 or 4 days. I got information from the rightful source that this year's quota was already exceeded around August so no passport printing till next year. Also,there is circular secretly passed around all higher institutions that transcripts should be made extremely difficult (if not totally frustrating) to get, they believe vibrant youths are jetting out en mass and it's a serious shame to the politicians. Except your parents are highly placed and ready to cough out money, i doubt you getting passport or even transcript on time.
