Politics › In Defense Of Abike Dabiri Over Arrested Us Fraudsters by MetaPhysical(op): 1:22pm On Apr 30, 2019
Abike Dabiri's duties covers affairs of all Nigerians in diaspora and the diplomacy between us and the host countries. The issue of crime is abnormal to diplomacy and relations building. We all are ambassadors for our country when we step out and travel to foreign lands, Abike Dabiri is the single voice for ambassadorial representation between the President of Nigeria directly with all Nigerians abroad. Therefore crime and activities that will break down good relationships between our President and other countries are viewed as aberration and lower service on the duty list.

She does not owe criminals abroad any representation. In cases where innocence can be upheld she can intervene to slow down the prosecution so the innocence of the accused can be proven.

When elements of guilt and proofs exist she will be dragging the Presidency in the mud if she were to intervene. Also, her response must be driven by official record, and not news briefings. She cannot respond to a situation involving a Nigerian and reported on CNN or Wall Street Journal or New York Times for instance, when an official communication has not been received from government official regarding issue with the Nigerian.

Next I want to expose the short cut to crime and how Nigerians beat the system.

Certain elements are already crime-inclined even beforw they left Nigeria to go abroad. In foreign country like US and where liberty to do anything you want under protection of law is guaranteed, these elements grow wings and fly into crime. Most know that citizens have broad immunity against deportation so they use citizenahip to exploit thw system. They dont mind going to jail or even prison so long they are not deported. So this is why such elements go into crime nonchallantly and willing to risk the punishment for material comfort.

After they are caught they have another route for beating the syatem and getting off hook.

By the Civil Rights Act of 1964, US laws prohibit discimination of juatice based on religious or race or color or origin of an individual. The loose interpretation of this is under certain circumstances a law enforcement officer is prohibited from interrogating to find out your background or religion or sexual oriwntation and so on.... In US laws, the word "prohibited" is sacrosanct. Anywhere a statute says you are not allowed to do, or cannot do, or must not do, or shall not do....there exists a loophole to get around it, but when it says "prohibited".... don't try it, you will loose.

So the criminal elements that left Nigeria to become citizens in US learn this fast. When arrested they bait the naive law enforcement officer to take interest in their background and start probing them for their origin and why they are in US. When they are presented in court they bait the D.A. (District Attorney) and his team of prosecutors to slip infront of the Judge and violate their civil rights protection.
An erring D.A. is their "get out of jail free" card.

The US legal system has started working qith Dept of Homeland Security under which is Border Patrol. When a criminal is brought to court they have to determine their citizenship status. Its a yes or no. If its no, the treatment follows a different path than those who are citizens.

Nigerians are arrested in US everyday for one crime or the other, trust me, and they dont make news. So when you hear that Nigerians are arrested in US for fraud of any kind, typically these are US citizens and they have succeeded in baiting a naive police or the DA to interrogate their origin. News media have court reporters in almost every county court in US. In fact some court employees also act as reporters for extra commission on the side and they stay vlose by the DA to get info to leak out.

Abike Dabiri has no obligation to these guys so free her abeg.

BaaleOko:
By minding more light on that?
I would not mind giving a brief touch on it,nothing intense because it is a different subject from the thread.

British attempted to overthrow each kingdom they came in contact with, whether or not they welcomed them with war or in peace. They attempted to overthrow Kings in Yorubaland, the Yorubas outsmarted them and retained their dynasties, particularly in case of Oba of Lagos, Awujale of Ijebuland and Alake of Egbaland. In Egbaland where Alake ruled, they wanted to usurp his power by imposing returned indigenes who are now missionaries to set up parallel courts; the colonial power would only recognize the new courts. Alake outsmarted them and enrolled his children in school to study western education and become missioners. Though they never went into theology, they ended up becoming legal luminaries in Nigeria...one of them Sir Adetokunbo Ademola was Chief Justice of Nigeria from 1958 to 1972. In the North they attempted to depose all the Fulani Emirs and reinstate the Hausa Sarkis on throne. They met stiff opposition and they sacked Sultan of Sokoto and sent him into exile. They deposed many Emirs and exiled them and put replacements on the throne. Fulanis outsmarted them as well and frustrated their efforts. They ended killing the Sultan but in the aftermath they succeeded in subduing the Fulani Kings and in exchange for peace British colonialists agreed not to bring christian missionary work to the core North. In the East, they made a similar sweep but the Ijaw terrain in the lower creeks is an atrocious one. Beside the difficulty of navigation, the dense muck and very high humidity and fever contributed to shield the Ijaw communities from much of missionary penetration and deposition. In the higher creeks however the story was different...in places like Akwa Ibom, Calabar, Onitsha, Asaba, and all over Iboland, missionaries, indigeneous and foreign made a success penetration and a welcome. Thus East is the most Christianized part of Nigeria. In fact Ibos will tell you proudly that it is abomination to find a muslim in their midst, there is none. In a video made by an ipob, he wondered whay a muslim would want to be a Biafran, referring to Asari...and he even went on record to say you cannot be a muslim and a biafran at same time, the two do not go together. This highlights the christian legacy and missionary mindset left behind by missionaries that worked in Iboland. So Ibos became the parallel court and the one recognized by colonialists, thus pushing the traditional heierarchy of Ijaw as the Eastern mainstream political power to the back burner. Ibo became a majority, Ijaw which should have, lost.
Romance › Somadina, Move On, Learn From Your Error. Men Are Created To Hunt, Not Beautify by MetaPhysical(op): 3:53am On Apr 30, 2019
Man was created to hunt and have meat to feed and nurture. Girls naturally love a man that can feed and nurture them, it holds promises for them that their children will be fed and nurtured....it's a womb opener! Women know intuitively that when a man keeps meat from hunt he does so because of his sense of obligation to others. A man with a sense of obligation is a magnetic appeal to women.

It is also reason why girls gravitate towards married men. There is assurance for her that he will sacrifice himself and she will be cared for. This is intuitive and logical at same time, doesn't need a degree in sociology to understand the simple natural order.

Was Somadina bringing meat home to Regina when he dated her, or was he eating out of the meat she provided? See their pictures below, the guy seem obsessed in his looks and appearance with Regina than he did understanding his role as a meat bringer. He should rightly regret loosing this girl.

Lessons to other men, learn to hunt and learn how to display your sense of obligation. Let women see you providing for your mother, struggling to support a sister, helping your brother, a neighbour, showing respect and honor to your father....your demonstration will open their womb and turn their heart to you forcefully...even beyond their own capacity to say NO. You will naturally become a turn on, even if you are the ugliest guy in the entire town.

Compare this Nwoko to Somadina abeg....they are miles apart in looks and finesse....but obligation and meat is what won in the end!

BaaleOko:
Cause going by natural order and selection, the Igbos were always going to be dominant tribe in the East. You can pitch it down to anything/reason thereof (population, luck, talent, and perhaps a hampering docility among the minority Eastern tribes in that drive for dominance etc...).
It had nothing to do with dominance, Ijaw was the dominant force in the East. Missionaries played a significant role in the end result that produced Ibo as a majority.

Excaperx:
Fun fact about Edo state media.

The owners of two of the most biggest media Tv stations in Nigeria are from Edo state.

1)Raymond Anthony Aleogho Dokpesi is a Nigerian media businessman born in 1951 in Ibadan, Nigeria. His parents are from Agenebode, Edo state in a family including six sisters siblings. He entered the Nigerian mass media industry with his company DAAR Communications and set-up the Nigerian TV network Africa Independent Television (AIT)[1] He was the organising committee chairman of the People's Democratic Party national conference in 2015.[2]

2)John Momoh (born 1 July 1957) is a Nigerian broadcast journalist and the Chairman and CEO of Channels TV, an independent and multiple award-winning 24-hour news and media television channel based in Lagos.[2] He is widely recognized in Nigeria as a transformative industry pioneer with the 37-year-long career in news television broadcasting.[3]
You no dey shame? Please modify your post with pictures of Dokpesi and Momoh in traditional Edo hats.

Upton:
I don't care if he spoke the truth. I am not Biafran, i am Edo. The ijaws keep battling for relevance everywhere. They are doing it in Edo and Ondo. It doesn't concern me if the own Biafra or not. Asari Dokunbo's character is typical of an Ijaw man. Ijaws can't be like Yoruba, Hausa or Igbos. They are the fulanis of southern Nigeria.
The different ethnic people of Delta have suffered one kind of discrimination and oppression or the other even before the arrival of Britain to colonize the land.

Asari has a very deep sense of pride in his ancestry and roots. He dials back often to the 1800s and reminisces on the past glories of his people and their power and control of the Eastern sea coast. The Dutch and Portuguese were the offshore merchants but Kalabaris, Ijaws were the onshore merchants and the Dutch and Portuguese traded through the coastal people who then retailed items upland to the people in the Eastrern interior, the Ibos, Igalas, Tivs and so on. There was a relationship stack....and Ijaw was at the top of that stack. So when Britain got here it was also the Ijaw Chiefs that signed protectorate treaties with them.

By order of things political, Yoruba was the Western leg for Nigeria and Hausa was the Northern leg for Nigeria, Ijaw ought to have been the Eastern leg for Nigeria. Why did it not?
Politics › Re: The Truth Of The Kano Riot Of 1953 by MetaPhysical: 12:02am On Apr 30, 2019

And weirdly enough, it was the yorubas that jeered at their leaders when they came to the South.... and not the Igbos. Yet somehow when the madness began in Kano, it was the Igbos who were all along minding their own business the Northern mob decided to set upon. The yorubas fueled the crisis and went into hiding , and the Igbos who had nothing to do with it did the fighting, and bore the brunt in the fallout of violence... sad but true narrative worth putting into perspective.

In this video clip, Asari Dokubo reiterates that BIAFRA belongs to Ijawland, not Igboland. He warns Nnamdi Kanu to go and find another name befitting his struggle for Igbo secession and that no one can take Biafra from Ijaw or institute the name without Ijaw approval and authority.

This is where the Master/Slave relationship becomes clearer when Igbo must seek authority of Ijaw in order to name their struggle Biafra!

@Pazienza I fear that you may have been right all along.
pchukwudi, I dont think its Igbophobia for him to demand concession. Did you listen to the whole clip? Nnamdi Kanu is speaking of Biafra as the entire old Eastern Region plus parts of Benue and Edo States. You do not have a homogeneous tongue or tribe in these areas, so political wisdom demands that Kanu carry everyone along. Instead he is declaring Biafra as a Jewish land and making unilateral decisions, some of which are inconsistent and are opposed to the ideologies and aspirations of non-Ibos in Biafra. In other words, Kanu is monopolizing political decisions and by default to Ibo as the mainstream Biafran. There is nothing Igbophobic in Asari's demand.

Tyson is not broke. He may not be as rich as he used to be but definitely not broke.

Legendary heavyweight Michael Gerard Tyson has a net worth of $3 million , according to Celebrity Net Worth. He was — at the height of his boxing career — worth hundreds of millions. A 1992 conviction for rape, retirement from boxing, and lavish spending depleted his fortune, however, and he filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

For me and you thats wealth! In their world 3million dollars is dry! The money is generating income so he has to pay Capital Gains Tax, he has properties, so he has to pay property tax to each of the County Government (Local Government) his property is located in. There is a value threshold for properties, above certain value the margin kicks in and the property will be treated as a luxury. Luxury tax in America is no joke! So that 3million is probably just enough to service his tax obligations for another two years before it is depleted to 0. Add to that vehicle tag renewal and insurance on the classic cars and the luxury ones in his hold. He is broke if all he has is 3million dollars.

I believe Tyson has foundation/s, with trustees, and the foundation/s alone could have assets in excess of a billion dollars. This is how they shield their money. It's an old trick.

Cadillac produced two door Deville, Buick produced two door Regal. They are hard to differentiate sideways but you can tell them apart from front or rear....and from their wheels and hubcaps. The taillight on this car in your pictire is not cadillac and neither are those wheel spokes.

Islie,

Please check articles for quality before you post here. This article is very poorly written. You are aware that constitutionally President must pick minister from each state. In case you are not aware please familiarize yourself with the law.

It is statutorily impossible for Hadiza to vett or influence cabinet choice. Period!

AS Nigerians await President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial list with bated breath, indications have emerged that the Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Hadiza Bala Usman could be named in the President’s second term cabinet.

Impeccable sources informed Sentry that the NPA boss could be named a minister in the same manner her name emerged from the blue when she was appointed as the managing director of the all-important agency.

One of the sources said as a sign of how much confidence President Buhari reposes in her, following the active role she played in his presidential campaign, [s]Hadiza is, in fact, said to be involved in compiling the names of would-be members of the new cabinet.[/s]

[s]Ministerial aspirants are said to be doing everything humanly possible to get her to recommend them.[/s] The proud daughter of radical history teacher late Professor Bala Usman is said to be taking all in its stride. Some serving ministers, we learnt, are rattled by the development.
