Please get her some psychiatric help and involve her relatives, marriage counsellors and an experienced church member that you trust. If she keeps on after those then you can try a separation in order to keep your sanity. Maybe you both need some space for while

Well, the show was already a spoilt one from the beginning. Guy was taking how out on a date and package here in the back seat as if she's crocodile that him and the driver have captured, and are carrying it to go and kill and eat.
He did not give her any single respect. He didn't treat her as his friend, babe, or even human being.
She was probably expecting some romantic music, that the boyfriend will play a special CD or mp3 on the car audio system. But who knows the Bullsh1t the driver was playing.
The boyfriend guy totally screwed up the whole situation because he's just a bush man, uncivilised.
She treated him as he deserves.

A lot of this is to do with the approach of the healthcare professional. Sometimes the doctor will start being dismissive and trying to intimidate you with grammar instead of reassuring you, which will make you more reluctant to accept their diagnosis

Some people have died of brain tumours after being told that their headache was just "psychological". You cant allow yourself to be intimidated when it comes to your health

What I don't understand is how you visited 4 Specialists and they confirmed your case to be psychologically induced, but you being a non-medic were able to make the proper diagnosis all because you had access to Google .

Work with those specialists you've met and let them show you the way in resolving this issue.

At times a doctor wont like to admit that they dont know what the problem is so they will just blow you off or make you feel like your concerns arent valid

What if actually his gonads have been damaged and he just blindly accepts the doctors opinion instead of investigating more?
