This is the reason why Nigeria will never develop.

Diversification is not just talk.Diversification requires a complete change of mindset and priorities.
Buhari is making a mistake if he thinks that he can command diversification from Abuja.
Diversification requires that states, the LGs and the federal government work like the wheels in a clock.
With mechanised year round agriculture, Kogi alone can feed this country.
Some parts of the country are developing and others think that increasing public expenditure will lead to an increase in living standards.

I'm glad that the OP has put the letter there for everyone to see.

In actuality, Nigerians are not been fairly on the President, we blame him for the bad state of the economy yet we overlook the real economic saboteurs, padders, looters in the National Assembly.

The most annoying phenomenon is that when these padding legislooters are being tried, the youths who are being shortchanged on daily bases will be the first to shout witch-hunt and carry placards supporting them.

We've not seen anything.
That's because there are too many fools who will you who take bags of rice and 10k payments then wonder why the roads to their village are bad.

At best they'll demand scholarships to avert their eyes to the wanton waste.

Too many people with misplaced priorities.

Some goats are still talking about crude oil

Anyways Nigeria was supposed to be one

Without that crude oil Nigerians would be one, unfortunately however, some people believe oil is for them and that's the main reason for ruckus

Northerners are not formenting trouble, neither are the south westerners

Fill in the gap as to who is making trouble
You are either intentionally lying or very stupid.

The North has created more problems for Nigeria than any other region.

From the foolish Islamic insurgency to the the reluctance to allow children attend school.

From the diverted funds that end up in Saudi and the UAE to the refusal to build hospitals.

From the refusal to educate girls to the demand that only female doctors cater for their women.

From the pointless Sharia Law to the Almajiri culture.

From the refusal to farm to the dependence on Niger Delta oil.

Tell us again who is the problem in this union?
Politics › Re: Nigerian Military: Some Officers Selling Weapons To Boko Haram - AP by mmsen: 8:24am On Sep 05, 2016
Northerners have kept Boko Haram alive. The same people crying that Jonathan was unsympathetic to their plight were also providing food, fuel and shelter to these terrorist so that they could continue on their killing spree.

The South should leave them to it since this is what they wanted - they desire an Islamic state, Boko Haram are trying to create such so what is the problem?

Biafra agitators are not killing people or kidnapping anyone.

That is the preserve of Boko Haram and the Fulani herdsmen.

Peaceful protest is no crime.

But maybe if they weren't celebrating non-events such as the visit of Mark Zuckerberg people wouldn't come for you.

You don't need to beat you chest over every minor event.

The North needs a miracle.

When I think of all the Northerners that I see in Abuja driving around in expensive imported vehicles and then you ask them their business and it's always "government".

Until the people of that region hold their crooked political, cultural and religious leaders to account this will become a common occurence.

I really don't know why there are so many FG assets in Lagos being allowed to rot - why not sell them, get the money and allow them to contribute to the economy?

Lagos could do with a world class stadium.

It's just like the old secretariat in Ikoyi, allowed to rot for years when it could/should have been sold as soon as the move to Abuja was made.

sad Restructuring is not the solution but the present status quo. Restructuring is a cunny attempt by easterners to achieve biafra and it won't happen. History tells us Ojukwu was able to instigate the civil war because he was the head of Eastern region. If we go back to regionalism, non-entities like Nnamdi kanu will rise again and start pushing for biafra which is a bad omen for Nigeria. No part of the country must be allowed to split for no reason. Lord Luggard was an intellectual when he merged us together. There is strength in unity. Let's keep maintaining the present federal system till the Igbo's are patriotic enough to forget biafra sad
Lord Luggard was far from an intellectual, where do you pull your lies from?

And as stupid as he was even he recognized how foolish it was to unite the south with the Islamic north but did it anyway because his administration was fiscally incompetent.

Why do you care so much about Biafra leaving?

Absolute nonsense! You people just like carrying sensational news sha. Where on earth is it heard that you demolish a structure because of non compliance? It's total lie. There is more to the story and not this cock and bull story. In all my years of distraining I have not heard of demolition as a way to ensure compliance. There is even no single sticker to prove the point. Once again, lies! And some funny people will still chop d story as wise as they are
I know how people like to lie online and I find it irritating how the mods on this board do not ensure that the stories posted have merit or have been verified in some way.

I've never heard of any structure in Lagos being demolished in one day, without warning. There is definitely more to the story but people on this website always want to believe the worst.

CAF fine Nigeria over Kaduna stadium overcrowding
During Super Eagles 1-1 draw with Egypt about 40,000 fans crammed into the 16,000-seater Ahmadu Bello Stadium to watch the game.

Guy sorry, I think you haven't visited that stadium. Forget about what the corrupt media might tell you.

Just pay a visit
I saw the images, it's more than just words of the 'corrupt media'.

The authorities tried to cram 40,000 people into a 16,000 capacity stadium.

Abuja has a capacity of 60,000; Uyo 30,000, Port Harcourt 40,000; Lokoja 25,000, Kano 25,000. Those are all vastly superior stadia. Why not play there?

UJ Esuene in Calabar has a similar capacity to the stadium in Kaduna but they've never had crowd problems. Everyone sits in the seats that they paid for. No one is scaling fences and embarrassing the nation by behaving like bush people.

I still have no clue why they kept going there.

It's not even amongst the top ten stadiums in Nigeria.
