ball to hand doesn't exist. there is only "hands on your side" and "hands stretched out". David Luis case was the latter. The only reason d referee ignored it was because he was quite close to the ball before the cross was played and would not have enough time to put his hands by his side but usually a lot of those are given as penalty.

Now the problem has happened but have a sat to think of why it happened and how to tackle them? They happened because of the following reasons.

* Armed robbers have been set free because the culprits were kids of rich individuals who have bribed their way out and in most cases, roping innocent individuals to serve the sentence of the original culprits.

* while the man who stole billions of naira is sentenced to 6 months in prison with VIP treatement, the poor mechanic who steals are car stereo is sentenced to life in prison with hard labour.

* People who have reported crimes to the police are most times held back as the number one suspect and criminal.

I shouldn't be doing this whole story but what do you expect the Aluu people to believe when they see the Government folds its harms and watch Boko Haram and MEND constitute a nuisance in the society and nothing happens. Of course they now believe taking laws into their hands is the right thing to do.
