Banshee isn't half bad; think it has some of the best Man-to-man fistfight scenes with minimal CGI. The bad part is that's the only good part of the series- the fight scenes....oh and the love scenes

Aquaman!____Superpower- well talks to fishes.and mermaids. and crabs of course. plus did i mention he has this giant fork that is his lethal weapon? oh and his sidekick is the amazing Aqua lad who, you guessed it, talks to fishes too!
Bouncing Boy___ Superpower- He's practically bounces around like a giant balloon and squashes the bad guys to nothingness.
Sportsmaster___ Superpower- now this dude is just bad news. you know he's really good at sports and if you're a supervillain beware, for he'll knock you senseless with a golfball. or baseball. or any handy sport equipment.
Black Condor____superpower- nothing much here. dude in a prostitute costume that flies around. thanks to the birds of Mongolia. who magically taught him how to fly and visit justice on the pimps of this evil world.
Doll man____Superpower- whaddya think? his title says it all
Arm Fall Off Boy____Superpower- when our hero is sufficiently vexed, he has the divine power to detach his arm and beat you to death with it. yup I kid you not

Lizard is marvel yo. Wanted to give a thorough analysis but the cost in terms of time and energy is just too high to be worth it. The world would be a better place if everyone got their facts right. You're entitled to your view of course, biased as it may be.

DC have copied their fair share too- Namor/ Aquaman, X-men/LOS, Spiderman/ Blue beetle, Captain America/ Guardian, Hulk/Doomsday/Solomon Grundy

Your list tho.....Iron man isn't a rip-off of Batman yo. If anything one can argue it's Metallo instead. The fact two characters share similarities doesn't constitute a rip-off.Besides Deathstroke/Deadpool is a marketing parody that was used to mock the then existing Piracy laws. Ironically it became even more popular than the original. Fact is these companies identify which formula being used by their rivals is successful and try to replicate it.
The history of rip-offs by these companies is so long and documented that's it's actually a shame you can come here and blame Marvel. Hell they even steal writers from one another, sure you've never heard of Jack Kirby who created both Fantastic Four and Challengers of the
Unknown, or who created both The Eternals and the New Gods for both Marvel and DC after leaving one company to work for another, or even Steve Ditko. The examples are endless
The fact is like any two rival companies, both DC & marvel try to steal intellectual property from each other, no different from Apple and Samsung for instance. That's why we have copyright laws and courts, but as long as they can get away with it they'll keep doing it. Just like when DC altered the name of Captain Marvel to Shazam after a lawsuit showed it was a clear rip-off of Captain Mar-vell( seriously if you're looking for a clearer case of copycat you're not gonna find another). funny thing is DC actually won that case in court( that's what lawyers are for right?) so they can keep the rights; just so you know that this debate isn't about right and wrong but influence and power. It's the real world bro and they don't give a shit about morality.
If we buy this kind of logic then DC is "copying" Marvel's invention of a shared cinematic universe. So give it a rest. They love to steal and it won't stop anytime soon. It's just good business!

Can't wait for The Splinter Cell & Assassin's Creed movies
