@Blacksta,

I support your views. GEJ need top show that he means business and is prepared to clean up politics. I total disagree with people who suggest this is a party issue. If Uduaghan lied, cheated and used all sorts of neforious means to occupy govenment house for 3yrs, then he is sgubject to a criminal investigating and should be looked into. The party must distance itself from this well established rigger and political cheat.

I refer you to hthe case of a British MP, who was kicked out because it was found he used lies in his election campaign. The courts kicked him out, and his party swiftly disowned him and kicked him out. Now a new election will be run soon, and I doubt the guy is going to me allowed to run.

Guys, this is what disheartens me about our country. There is an obvious wrong here, but we as a people are quite happy to make excuses for this cheat. If we are serious about clenaing up our act as a people, then all hand must be on deck, we must see wrong and call it so

@ Meldrick,

What will become of you now that your lord and master has been deposed? I have houseboy position if you are willing to accept it, my pay is fair at least better than what Uduaghan was paying you, and yes I will not make you swear Juju, you can come to church with us and Know God. Maybe then the scales will fall off your eyes and you can see the true extent of the evil your master Uduaghan is comiting in the state

Wrong, I understand that if uduaghan wins, there will be another election next years as well, he will only be allowed to complete this term. But make we dey look

@Gbawe,

I just wrote the same thing on the Femi Falana post. GEJ now have a very good opportunity to show Nigerians that he is serious about tackling election malpractice and the causes of election malpractice. The need to gain that credibility back, also I am shocked that base on ample evidence including being nameds in a very high profile serious financial crime in the UK as well as being dsimissed for what amounts to electorial fraud and stealing, GEJ should have invoked the Federal Audit commission to look at the financial affairs of Delta state and possible procesutions.

In my humble opinion Uduaghan must be disqualified from running for knowingly fraudulently accepting and occupying a senior position of Authority and responsibility in the state.
PoliticsRe: Uduaghan: Falana Expresses Suprise Over Court’s Failure To Invoke Section 149 by monkeyleg: 11:21am On Nov 12, 2010
This is exactly what I want to hear, and we must push for this. Uduaghan must not be allowed to contest at the next elections, infact I would have expected that the Federal Government would immediately ask the Federal Audit commission to review the states financial affairs with the EFCC aiding were necessary.

Uduaghan does not have an admirable record in any stage of his being involved in Delta politics, he has been named in a High profile case in the UK involving fraud, as well as being disqualified for what amounts to electorial malpractice /fraud. The federal government really need to show the citizens of the country that they are prepared to tackle such serious issues and the causes of such serious issues. This is a very good opportunity for the GEJ administration to gain back some credibility, and I am praying that the good people of Delta will fight a good fight.

EMMANUEL UDUAGHAN THE SHORT THIEF OF DELTA STATE IN NIGERIA.

PoliticsRe: We ’ll Work Against Uduaghan’s Return –clark ! by monkeyleg: 7:20pm On Nov 11, 2010
Good, time for the god to wag its tail. everything must be brought to bear to make sure uduaghan does not smell that government house.

Make we remove play, Uduaghan is a very wicked man, some would even call him and ungrateful Ashawo. For people who dont understand, please go and find out about elections in Delta state, ibori and his Evil brother were ruthless.

I once heard the story of how Ibori locked his houseboy in the boot and drove for hundreds of miles because the boy stole money from him. Eventually when the arrived at Ibori's house the boy was dead. this is a very true story, and I am hoping that all the wickedness these guys have heaped on the innocent will hunt them to their graves.

There was no bloody election in Delta state in 2007, i can tell you for certain, and we will fight Uduaghan to the end
PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 4:15pm On Nov 11, 2010
@Beaf,

Uduaghan cannot rule that state anymore, we have had a enough. It is time we all rise up and demand good governance. If PDP lets this beast come back they have shown thier true intentions to all Nigerians. The man is wicked evil and vile, and must be resisted. Deltans need to know the sort of DEVIL this man is. We now have a good opportunity, not influenced by Ibori to kick the heartless gutter snipe into the rubbish bin and eventually jail where he belongs
PoliticsRe: How Does The Thieving Of Corrupt Nigerians Affect Their Kids? by monkeyleg: 3:29pm On Nov 11, 2010
We are not prepared to do the things necessary to bring about change. As a people we are inherently politically lazy.

See Uduaghan for one. Everyone knows he is a big Thief, Big Big Thief. He has just been kciked out of office, In my opinion he should be locked up the state accounts audited, and the Bastard jailed. But what is EFCC doing? Mrs Waziri has her fingers up her Nyash, let her pull it out an do some work. The Deltans should be shouting and clamouring for Uduaghan neck, but no, I have even seen people backing him, saying no be only am chop. What a country.

@Meldrick,

You no dey tire to lick Uduaghan Nyash. Anyway I know Uduaghan inside out, the man is a bloody Thief. And for his daughter, why should she be left out of this? When we start making corrupt leaders pay in everyway possible, they will think twice before plundering state funds. She is benefiting from the Money her father stole. Uduaghan was a very poor unsuccessful anaesthetist that worked for dsc, Very scruffy, shabby tramp, who even with all the money he has stolen can not clean himself up.

As for Amaju, so there is truth to this nonsense. Too bad that eventually light defeats darkness

EFCC Set to Try Emmanuel Uduaghan And Former Deputy Governor, Prof. Utuama, for Money Laundering

By SaharaReporters, New York
Sources at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) say the agency plans to arrest and try the deposed governor of Delta State and his deputy, Professor Amos Utuama, for money laundering and financial crimes relating to the looting of Delta state under the regime of James Ibori governor between 1999 -2007.

Uduaghan was removed from office yesterday via a ruling of the Elections Petitions Court of Appeal in Benin which nullified his flawed April 2007 election as governor.

Uduaghan, who is a cousin of Ibori, was the secretary to the Delta state government during the intervening period. His name has featured prominently in the ongoing trial of Ibori's estranged wife, Theresa Nkoyo at the Southwark Crown Court in London.

Prof. Utuama's name has also featured prominently in the money laundering activities of Ibori. During his tenure as Ibori's Attorney General, Utuama’s Prime Chambers account at Zenith Bank in Nigeria was generously used to transfer funds that helped spread bribes to a variety of lawyers and judges.

Though Mr. Uduaghan and Utuama have been involved in cases of corruption involving the Iboris, they enjoyed legal immunity from persecution on account of their positions as governor and deputy governor.

They took advantage of those positions to help Ibori to seize and manage his own trial as he pleased.

Together, they set up a kangaroo Federal High Court in Asaba which was paid for, staffed and kitted by the Delta State government. It was no surprise when that court, last year, threw out 170 counts of money laundering charges against Ibori. The EFCC appealed the case and mounted fresh legal challenges against Ibori and his cronies.

But the Delta State government funded militants to prevent the arrest of Ibori by the EFCC and the police until Ibori was safely ferreted out of Nigeria to Dubai where he was eventually arrested by the London Metropolitan police with the aid of Interpol and the Dubai police.

Ibori now faces extradition to the UK to face trial for money laundering. He has so far stalled his extradition by launching an appeal against a high court ruling which granted his extradition to London.

If the EFCC successfully begins the prosecution of Uduaghan and Utuama, the duo will have a hard time rejoining the gubernatorial race that will be taking place in the next 90 days, as ordered by the court yesterday.

It would also mean that Ibori will face serious financial hurdles in resisting his extradition to London, in view of the fact that Uduaghan and Utuama have consistently used Delta State funds to support Ibori's extravagant lifestyle as well as his legal bills in Dubai.

You have said it all. I have had this same fight with so many people. They dont see the cheating and stealing in the black and white, they always believe there is a big room for grey, and that is why Dishonesty is the other of the day in our society, from leader to the 12 year old boy who tells me he is learning to kidnap so he can buy big motor like uncle Sam

@Donmeca,

Thats Uduaghans boyfriend now, abi u no know am.

Whats puzzles me is now negative our people can be sometimes. You guys want good governance, but yet you are not prepared to do what it takes to get it. This is a very good opportunity for Deltans to come together and choose for themselves a good sarvant, yet we are not ready, even with Ibori out of the scene. They want good governance on a platter of gold without no hard work.

PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 5:15pm On Nov 10, 2010
@Donmeca,

You talk well, and they will. Ibori stole the right of every Deltan man when he imposed his brother on us. I was at that primaries, and the tension was too much, say person no die that night we know no.

I know quite a few candidates that will challenge Uduaghan to the PDP seat, we go watch, but that said, people will team up and back Great, I for one will. We will ensure that no mago-mago and wayo go happen, meanwhile Uduaghan should be hoping that EFCC do not pick him up before he has a chance to run, after all he is not free from all immunity, and I know some people with very strong overwhelming evidence will ge going after him
PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 4:40pm On Nov 10, 2010
@Meldrick,

Why do you do this to yourself? So you are convinced that Uduaghan is your man? Simple question, where you at the PDP primaries?

This has nothing to do with Blackmail, but a lot to do with the truth. Uduaghan is pure EVIL, some even suggest he is worse than the DEVIL, so I dont need to back anyone for him to be destroyed, he is doing it to himself nicely, and doing a very good job, but my concern is for Nyash-lickers like you, what will become of you when the scraps dry up?

Like I know, Light will surelly defeat darkness. The good people of Delta state have suffered enough, Roli and Emmanuel will get the purnishment they deserve for all the wickedness they have poured on the poor people of that state. As for Ibori, dont worry, the game is up.
PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 4:16pm On Nov 10, 2010
@Meldrick,

How long shall you survive on Scraps. You mean you are happy to be fed scraps like a dog by an illegitiamte governor. It amazes me how Oga, go allow sarvant dey feed am scraps. The money belongs to you, stop letting Uduaghan make you feel that you belong to him, days of slave trade are far gone, free yourself from this unecessary bondage
PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 3:53pm On Nov 10, 2010
@Donmeca,

Believe me, I was there at the PDP primaries and it did not take place, simple and short. Now that Ibori is out of the way, it now give the other contestant, some of then far more able that the Ugly DOg Uduaghan a chance to challenge for the oppotunity to represent the party. I dont think it is going to be as easy as it was for him to get the ticket. Besides if he runs against Great in what people are going to ensure is free and fair (especially with Ogidigbodigbo out of the way), he will not win. Mark my word. A lot is going to be done to ensure that does not happen. Good people are going to stand up and ensure Uduaghan goes straight to JAIL where he belongs, after he has been disgraced.

For those who dont like it, too bad. Please people should really go and find out much about Uduaghan, he is the twin brother of the devil, evil beyond belief. Is it not on this same thread that we hear he has been Sexually Harrassing people wives, including the ones he has raped.
PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 3:33pm On Nov 10, 2010
@Meldrick,

Can Uduaghan lay claim to a just, fair and honest election? Can he really say he was chosen to represent PDP, and consequently win a false election, or is this anothe Boy-Boy rant?
PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 3:31pm On Nov 10, 2010
So you mean people actually exist you back Uduaghan? Hunger is not a good thing, it makes people who could potentially have a bit of sense turn into animals worse than the Devil.

Did we have PDP primaries in Delta state? Simple answer is no. So those barking on here in support, are just deadend junkyard dogs, content to be fed scraps.

I said exactly the same thing. They should arrest that Finance guy without delay. There is a big link there, probably they know thier empire is about to crumble, so they decide to loot the treasury dry. Deltans please make una open eye oh, there is a link. Them lot are bloody thieves
PoliticsRe: Delta State Governor Sacked With Immediate Effect by monkeyleg: 2:50pm On Nov 10, 2010
Uduaghan will not win. Mark my words. He will not win. While agree that justice was late, in some ways better late than never. Uduaghan did not win the PDP primaries. His brother imposed him in us, and they have both wickedly subjected the whole delta state to unbelievable suffering.

Uduaghan has been mentioned in the ongoing Money laundering case in the UK, this is an excellent opportunity for the EFCC to take him off the streets for one.

I am not convinced that the theft of #50Million the other day is not connected to this. Listent guys, lets stop all this conspiracy theory, these guys evils might be finally comming back to eat them. If any one told u guys Ibori would be languishing in a Far East jail since March, we would have all said, na lie. In 2 weeks time his 1 month of appeal would be up. Believe me when I say I have bought ticket to go and witness his arrival in the UK, hopefully I will be able to snap some pictures and share with you guys
