@Mikeansy, Let us leave that issue for another thread, but to answer your question. In some cases it might be necessary. |
@Chyz, They are likely to go SE. I will try my best to see PU. He is a good man, with good ideas, but even I am begining to feel tired of the whole struggle. Its as if Nigerians are not ready to face up to the real challenges that face us. The truth is that corruption and mismanagement will continue to win in tha country. I have honestly given up hope of seeing change in my generation, maybe our kids might stand a better chance. |
@Mikeansy, you captured my view beautifully. Issue based politics, and a vision driven party. @Chyz, I am Delta Ibo |
lets not judge this woman. Every human has the potential to fail, but more importantly is the ability to recognise failure, pick oneself up and move forward. If she has truly turned the corner, God be with her. |
@chyz, Yes I am from Delta state. And it pains me when I see a state with so much potential languishing in total corruption and mismanagement. But I love Delta state and her people. We just need to think about ouselves and work for the common good, something the present and past governor do not understand |
@Chyz, I think that is why he was trying to strike an alliance with those guys. Not sure what happened but I will ask him, if I see him. |
@Chyz, I hear he will be in the UK some time in November, I will make efforts to see him. Such a great guy. The story at some point was that he was teaming up with Ribadu and El-Rufai, not quite sure what happened to that plan. But a Pat / El or Pat / Nuhu would have been a good combination. But let us see |
@Chyz, I so agree with you, but the politics of delta state would not let Pat prevail. He is a decent man, who has so much to offer |
@MaziUche, I totaly agree with you, and I have had the good futune of meeting the man. He is what we probably need, but Nigeria is not in a position to let people like him thrive. The politics of Nigeria is just too bad, just like everything in our country. This man has the potential to move our country leaps, by attracting some of the best, but Nigeria as a country will not let that happen. Nigerians are not ready for that sort of change. |
@Fhemmmy, Someone once challenegd me on here that why should we not celebrate in a big way, after all you are only 50yrs once. Well, I am really not sure what a man of 50 with no job or money would be throwing come-one come-all party. |
Maybe at a very small scale. Not that proposed by some. 12BN injected into our education system and used wisely, will surely improve standards and drive up neco results. Yet we are bent on stupid and careless spending as usual. Nigeria is just like one of those kids that never learns. |
@Mikeansy, If memory serves, this is the second time PU is running, however I think he would have been better off pulling forces together. This is the problem we have in Nigeria. Eveyone wants to lead. There is so much pride that people think it must be them who leads. Nigerians politics is so disorganised and directionless, so chaotic. Parties stand for and represent nothing. |
Product of a failing country. No healthcare, no education, and yet it is not clear to some people why we must choose our next leader wisely. May his soul rest in peace. |
No he doesen't and neither do most of the PDP governors |
@Beaf, dont rape yourself mentally, because you have no clue. You really do not understand the basics of good governace, and I pity you more than anything, cos the likes of you have really not gained anything from education in Nigeria. What a pity |
They have both done well, but there is still room for improvement. Lets no rest on our laurels. The work is plenty, but the Genuine workers are few |
@MaziUche, Dont waste your time with the likes of Beaf, he is a truly Certified junkyard Dog, barking at anyone who challenges his master. One does not need to hate GJ to know that he is clueless, and also one does not need to know Beaf well to know that he lacks basic education. If any Nigerian can come out in 2010, and defend the state of the country and how it is being run, then my brother there is serious problem. |
Please Beaf, I hate to use this, but stop being an absolute Dogs-Arse. please shwo me where I stated that I hated the Ijaw people. This is how clueless Illiterate like you run around talking rubbish. I am glad most sensible people on this forum know u for who u are. A Damn cheap political Prostitute |
@Oga MaziUche, Please tell them. We have not matured as a country into position, were one can freely critisize the president without being accussed of hate. If this was any other country, people will be asking these key questions. We have a potential potent problem on our hands, and we cannot question what the government is doing about it with out being labelled. |
You see you people, this is the only country where we have a major crisis, and the president is immune from blame, once you blame him your are accussed of hating him. read my lips GJ is not capable of handling the top job, whether Beaf and co, like it or not |
why cant we nigerian learn to have rational sensible discussion. So Nigeria has major problems everywhere, and we are not allowed to critisize the man on top for fear of being labelled a hater. |
But what happened to Alameshega and Ibori? are they not part of same party as Uncle GJ? is it not this same Alams man that we hear is heading your uncles campaign team? |
@Beaf, The state of a country can really tell you what a leader is like. This is not the first time we have had such an incident, what does ne plan to do? Jonathan is clueless, Just like you, blindly led, and dont worry I will not make you happy by insulting you like you do, I will deal with the issue as I see it. The man is not worthy of being the president, let him go and rest |
Well, at least not as bad as your uncle that belongs to a band of robbers. What do you call a Party made up of Thieves, Killers, Juju Servers, ashawo peddlers? Well I will settle for PDP as my answer. Now what do you call a member of such a group? even a 3yr old would say BIG THIEF. |
OK, some have accused me of hating him, but there you have it. Johnny has decided that the best way to spend our money is to globe trot with 120 delegate. Same old Bull-Crap again http://www.saharareporters.com/news-page/jonathan-storms-new-york-120-man-delegation-36-hour-trip-un |
@Beaf, But why, after all your beloved uncle is in charge, right? We have suspected Millitancy in the North, but he is busy traveling to the US with 120 delegates, as usual showing how weak he is. The man does not have a clue, and you are shamelessly blindly following him, but I forgot, he is your towns man |
@Beaf, Dont start again. Your uncle is busy globetrotting with 120 delegates, using our money recklessly, by the way dont even try comparing that CessPitt party PDP with ACN. |
@Beaf, Where is your uncle GJ? he is busy globetrotting with over 120 delegates. Spending our money carelessly as usual. Not ready to take decisive steps on major issues like this. |
@Jarus, you can get more information from the facebook link below http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/teamribadu |
What if Ribadu teams up with Pat Utomi? This could be a winning ticket. But I would rather support Ribadu than do nothing. The option is to let PDP continue with their evil reign |
We must come together to defeat PDP. Ribadu really need to seek wise advise and alliance and I think he is doing just that. Let us just drop all our differences and come together for the common good. The option is PDP, who have wrecked havoc in most states and continue to do so. We must challenge them in all states. Infact does anyone know who the opponents in Delta state are? Uduaghan must not be allowed to rule again. Just like his brother, he has done evil things. |
Look well, No difference |
