Huzzie: Oga Siga ...Its really annoying but wetin man wan do, my docx has been wiv CDHC for 11weeks now yet no response and my resumption date is 6th of May.If I miss this date, omo mehn na till next year be that ooooo because no multiple start date.
If fact my guy, my own program also has just one resumption date, i got my admission since last year around May, but the Fear of Cdhc delay made me just postpone till this year.. What makes the situation even worse is that our government no fit do anything to reduce the processing time at least. Its just pathetic

Oluwaseun929: Wanna ask,,, why do u think self sponsors rarely get successful? What if there is more than enough money in the account.
No shaking bros, Like you said, as Long as you have Enough money in your account not just sufficient.. So they won't expect some other source of income to sustain you while you are there.. Please note, Just my thoughts.

Am not working nor studying @ d moment. I wuld put unemployed as my current activity, but am confused about the date column. Shuld i put d day i finished my NYSC as d start date n today's date as d end date.

Pls drop ur email...let's chat abt it on messenger.
Where did you serve? Why not put the place where you served under the employment column, and the date from when you started your service till you passed out. Then in your letter of Intent explain what you've been doing since you finished service. Someone already suggested this earlier nah :/ but at the end you make the final decision

Siga: ...Yeepaaa...epe re ooooooo shocked shocked shocked

nusad: Hello house, I need your advice here..I work in Abu dhabi, but I am planning to move out of dhabi to canada or australia with my wife and a son. Pls how can I get it done. Because most post I see here is all about schooling. Will appreciate ur advice. Thank u all
The Forum is mainly for students or rather potential students who plan to head to canada. But applying for a visit visa from you end shouldn't be too difficult. Just visit the Canadian website to get more details like processing times requirements and all that

dommakavelli: @goldie, u've gat no probs since u applied outside naija.

What did u use as proof of relationship wit ur sponsor.
That's true, infact goldie nothing do you. I've always felt anyone applying from outside Nigeria already has a 50 to 60 % chance of getting it already. Congrats in advance

Goldie20: 2 weeks for me so far, hoping to hear frm em next week.. it says 25 days for processing ..hopefully
Well, this public holiday will delay them a little. The least time they've used to access an application is 30 days, never less. Already have my mind set that before last week in April. They've not contacted my office or my bank or my sponsor's bank yet, hopefully they can do all that in the first week in April, then the following week call me for medicals (by the Grace of GOD)

kenniy: to all asking questions bout time and all..i would suggest you just take ur time and apply when u can but most importantly, go through the basic instructions - either for the school applications or the embassy - and submit when all is actually ready - considering how long the embassy would take their time, of which at that point u have no influence on whatsoever..
even if u r just applying to the schools, dont be in a rush for september resumption and mess things up..cos frankly, at this point, its extremely difficult to meet sept again: u still owe the embassy at least 3 months if u r really lucky..4-6months in most cases..do the maths..
mayb when the expedited processing time is confirmed/implemented, things will change..but as it stands..

funny thing is..if ur resumption is delayed, like mine was, ur concern wouldnt be the delay anymore, all u will be hoping for at that point is they at least issue u the visa
Azzin, ordinary one month wey I don dey track I don tire. But I get hope say as far as Part 4 is concerned, all must be well with us.

onuawuchi: I have been refused a UK visa before. And now the Canadian visa form is asking if I've been refused a visa before. If I answer yes. Will it be a problem for my visa chance ?
lol. You wan answer no before? Bearing in mind they will see the UK denial stamp on the passport. Honesty is the only policy in this case not just the best. Except its a different passport.

earthgreeners: Thatz cheap and should take maximum of 7working days.
2days within Canada, and 5days to Nigeria.
There is this courier company, formerly known as TNT, but they've changed their name, I think to EMS,( not sure) but I used them to send my stuff, paid 7800. And they deliver on point
