Actually, God has our best interests at heart always - since He's a Loving Father and Creator. Anything He asked us to do is really for our own good. When God asked us to avoid sexual immoralities, it is simply to avoid seeing us getting hurt and ruined by it poison
Sexual immoralities are sexual pleasures God did not want us to embrace, because they are contrary to His Will and are toxic to us. God wants us to enjoy sexual pleasures quite all right - that's why He ensured the existence of sex in the first place, and gave us sexual hormones and urges. However, there is a particular manner God wants sex to be enjoyed (which is His Will for sex). Any other means are rightly tagged 'sexual immoralities' and are with severe consequences (both spiritual and physical)
There are various means to enjoy sexual pleasures today, but what God wants is that: All forms of sexual pleasures should be enjoyed only between a married husband (a male) and his wife (a female) in the safe circle of their marriage institution, with no other party involved
So, that means the pleasures people gets from the following sexual activities are wrong and deadly:
1. Premarital Sex: Also called "fornication", is sex between unmarried persons. Unfortunately, the devil has made many young ones believed that it is impossible to tame their sexual urges until they get married. Truthfully, it is very much possible to control your sexual desires and keep yourself pure till marriage by avoiding all illicit sexual activities. Some of us are living testimonies. We are still virgins, with healthy urges, and we are doing fine (healthy, productive in various spheres and happy)
If you will be wise enough to honour God with your body by avoiding sex till marriage, God will give you the needed strength to achieve this. On your part, always avoid anyone that can make you fornicate; and avoid places where you can be lured into premarital sex
Premarital sex might seem pleasurable at the immediate spot, but it effects are too bitter. The repercussions of premarital sex are too heavy. The 5-minute pleasure derived from premarital sex is not worth it fatal consequences.
Think about sexual viruses that can terminate your life. Think about the 'unwanted pregnancy' that can destroy your great dreams. I read recently of a young man who was forced to commit suicide when the repercussions of indulging in illicit sexual activities came knocking. He thought he was enjoying himself when he was having sex with various ladies. But they tagged him a rapist after some time. And the young man, with his bright future, was humiliated into committing suicide. That is it! There is no two ways about it. Premarital sex will always bring bitterness - either immediate or in the future. God wants you to avoid premarital sex for your own good.
2. Extramarital Sex: Also called 'Adultery', is sex with someone other than your own spouse. Unfortunately today, the devil has made many people believe it is impossible to stick with having sex with their own spouse all the days of their lives. He (satan) tries to discourage people with statements like: "can you eat the same food every time?" Don't get fooled! It is possible to enjoy sex with only your spouse till you die (there are a lot of witnesses).
We enjoy food as we add varieties. You can add varieties to your sex life in your marriage. Don't get fooled, please. It's all about the mind. The same pleasure your spouse's body will offer you, is the same pleasure you will get from someone else'. So, don't allow the devil ruin your beautiful home and marriage with extramarital sex.
When you have sex with someone other than your spouse, you open the door for demonic attacks. You hurt and betray the trust of your spouse, and you ruin the beautiful union both of you are meant to have.

3. Masturbation: This simply involves playing with one's sexual organs for sexual pleasures. You see, one of the basic things that determines if something is right or not is the effects it brings. Masturbation has unpleasant effects, and so, it's bad. Many had injured their sexual organs while masturbating, while some masturbators can no longer enjoy a normal sex life with another person.
Masturbation makes you feel dirty and empty, and it reduces your self esteem (which hinders your effective productivity). In the spiritual realm, you attract demons to your body while masturbating - it is always deadly.
Avoid masturbation - it will destroy you, and it will destroy your chance of maintaining a relationship with God (because God is Holy). Instead, occupy yourself with positive activities and you won't have the time, or fall for the urge to masturbate.
4. Pornography: Pornography is simply deriving sexual pleasure from seeing others having sex. In 2019, you must avoid watching/reading pornographic contents. Also, if you are someone in the porn business (you indulge in porn acting or selling), God wants you to stop right now (for your own good).
You see, sex is meant to be an honorable act, and so, shouldn't be for public consumption. We aren't animals, and shouldn't do like wild animals. If you get addicted to porn, you will find yourself in trouble and you will find yourself to blame. If you are currently battling with porn addiction, humbly call on the name of Jesus and He will help you.
5. Homosexuality: This is sex between persons of same gender. It is abnormal and an abomination. No one is created that way! Nature itself frowns at and condemns the act. Break free from wrong thoughts like "I was created that way". Don't allow such turn you into a monster. The normal and healthy routine is to be with a member of the opposite gender. That is how it was meant to be - to complement each other.
So, in 2019, I'm confidently telling you that those who indulges in sexual immoralities will definitely put themselves into trouble.

While people use the various platforms for good, they are still unaware that those platforms are capable of making them commit sin. Take Instagram for example, all we seen on the app are flashy lifestyle, wealth, success, excessive show off and oppression with riches. This has made many fall and commit sin without knowing. The sin they commit is covetousness.

When you see a celebrity like E-Money flaunt his Rolls Royce or mansion on social media, and you immediately start saying "I tap into your blessing", what you don't know is that you are committing sin. Some after they see the pictures of a celebrity's Banana Island mansion, they'll start saying "Baba God pick my call". God is not going to pick such a call coming from a mind tainted with sin because you are coveting what belongs to another man.
Exodus 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that [is] thy neighbour's.
Even admiring another man's wife for her hips and curves and wishing she was yours is also a sin.
Satan has sent his human agents into the world to confuse and deceive the children of God into committing sin. He knows he can't make them go to hell because they are saved already and would spend eternity with God, but he would love to see them get punished by their Father, God the Almighty.
Hebrews 12:6-7 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth , and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
Satan's agents make us sin and susceptible to God's punishment. His agents are the ones whom you see posting pictures of themselves in private jets, 5 star hotels and are always quick to show off their newly acquired properties on social media. They have sold their soul to Satan, so the likes and positive comments you drop on their pages gives them this false sense that they didn't make the wrong decision in selling their soul to Satan.
Their stupid actions lure you into committing the sin of covetousness. When you see their fake smiles and photoshopped bodies on Instagram, you wish your life was as perfect as theirs. When they post pictures of themselVes enjoying life in Dubai, London, New York etc, you start to almost curse God for creating you in Nigeria where life is difficult. You forget that you live in a 3 bedroom well furnished apartment with lots of food to eat, while many sleep under the bridge. No, you want that mansion in Ikoyi, you want to rub shoulders with the Otedolas and Adelekes, you want to walk into a room and be worshipped. When someone drops a comment saying "vanity upon vanity", you slam the person by saying he has poverty mentality or he's jealous of wealthy people.
You are clearly on a path of pains and sorrow because covetousness makes you develop this desire to be rich. You immediately engage in any get rich quick scheme you can think of e.g Yahoo, Fraud, rituals, sports betting, robbery, forgery etc. All those things will hurt you in the long run. Look what the Bible says about they that will be rich and the horrible things which will befall them.
1 Timothy 6:9-11 9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
Do you think rich people are truly happy? No, they aren't, that's why they show off a lot to seek approval from coveteous people like you. They have sold their soul to Satan for riches and fame. They amass all the wealth they can think of but get depressed when they realize how worthless it is compared to the price they paid for it. When they come online to tell you that they are depressed don't be fooled to think it is due to stress. No, it is due to reality slapping them in the face. They get reminded every once in a while that they are still human and not God.
You see, Satan deceived Adam and Eve by telling them that if they eat the forbidden fruit, their eyes will become open, they will have the knowledge of good and evil and will become like God. Two of those promises got fulfilled but the one of becoming like God can never be fulfilled. Since man's eyes became open and had the knowledge of good and of evil, he has been on the search for the third promise from Satan, which is to be like God. Man wants to be worshipped, that's why you see these rich people and celebrities constantly showing off to get the praises of fellow men. They love it when they walk into a place and people start showing them respect and trying to take pictures with them. This makes them feel like a god, but once in a while when they step into a place and don't get the usual treatment, they feel depressed because it reminds them that they are still humans. That's why they clapback at comments criticising them on social media but smile at praises from people like you who covet their status. Guess what led them into making a deal with Satan? COVETEOUSNESS. Since you are a coveteous soul, then you are on your way to becoming like them - a soul seller.
Luke 12:15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
Just last week, I saw a picture of Linda Ikeji posing in her closet where she had different designer bags racked up. I can bet that she hasn't used most of them since she bought them probably two years ago. Each of those bags cost nothing less than 500K. Imagine spending that much just because you want to carry tissue paper, your phone's and perhaps food. It's ridiculous what these people do with money. To her, the bags are a great achievement. Look at the late Dora Akinyuli and all her awards. Do you think those awards matter to her now in the grave? Is riches really worth the sorrow and pains you will face to acquire it and when you have acquired it?
One thing you need to know is that Satan is never happy with a rich man, whether he gave the riches to you or God did. Look at Job in the Bible who was blessed abundantly by God. Satan wasn't happy about it. God will only give you riches if he knows your heart will always be for him no matter what, just as Job never cursed God when he became broke and filled with diseases. Job was a righteous man

This story brings to mind the mistake many of us make in judging people and also makes us understand that we must avoid prejudice at all cost and wait until we hear people out before making wrong conclusions or forming an opinion about them.

-You read a news and you quickly make irrational comments just to see a contrary report latter.
-You hear one side of a story and you quickly pass judgment without hearing the other party.
-You just hold grudges against someone who has no dotty clue that h/she offends you and you just keep hating and harboring bitterness whilst the person in question is busy living a happy life.
I can go on and on to highlight endless instances where you seem to be convinced about your judgment based on an erroneous observation or misconstrued information yet you could be so so wrong.
When someone gives you an answer that is different from what you expect, don’t think they are wrong. There could be an angle that you may not have thought about yet and no matter how seemingly sure a situation may present itself, be sure to know the facts from the people or person involved before passing judgment.

So, officially, Happy New Year World! God has placed some burdens on some of us to ensure people obtain total freedom from the grip of satan through messages that encourages sexual purity.
So, this is a new year, and the first message God placed in my heart is to make the world see some "deep" reasons why they must make 2019 a year of sexual chastity.
So, why should you pursue sexual purity this year?
1. Because God Himself Wants You To Be Chaste:
You know, one of the reasons some of us don't joke with God or the things that concerns Him, is because His Character endears Him to us. Many of us prioritise our relationship with God and our services to Him above everything else, because we are always wowed by His Awesome characters.
Let me explain one of the admirable qualities of God that keeps wowing me. He is a God of sufficiency (the only Creature that is totally sufficient). Being a Sufficient God, it means He can do fine without any other being/thing. That is, even if God decided not to create the angels and other hosts of Heaven to attend to Him (even if God decided to be all alone), HE WILL STILL BE FINE! But despite that God can do without humans, He still want to have a relationship with each and everyone of us - because of LOVE (true Love). How wonderful!
So, God will love walking with you this year - not because He can't do without you, but because He loves you vehemently. Once you accept His only Begotten Son Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life, and you become determined to continue living a holy life, God will come and dwell in you. Having the King of kings Himself going with you in the journey of this year, I'm assuring you that fulfilment will become your portion.
However, God doesn't love sin and He can't move with you if your life is dirty with sexual immoralities. In Amos 3:3, scripture says two can't walk together expect they agree. If you and God will walk together this year, you must agree with each other in regards to the issue of sex and sexuality.
What God wants is that all manner of sexual pleasures should be between a married man and his wife inside their approved marriage institution. That means God doesn't want you to indulge in premarital sex, extramarital sex, masturbation, pornography, and other sexual immoralities. God wants you to live a life of sexual purity this year (and beyond!)
2. To Have A Right Standing In The Spiritual Realm
God told me He will make this year one filled with miracles, and, Hallelujah, many fathers in the faith have confirmed it. This year is strategic. If there is anything you desire (a spouse, a job, a baby, a house, a promotion, anything) you should position yourself and get prepared to snatch it from the spiritual realm through the authority given in Christ Jesus. God is always ready to do these things and to make us happy (Matthew 7:7-14, 6:25-39)
God never created this world to be this bad (where people must struggle to get nice things that they want). The earth was created to be an extension of heaven. Since those in heaven don't suffer nor struggle to get nice things that gives them pleasure, then it was never in the intention of God that those on earth suffer. Sin was the culprit that distorted it all - before Jesus Christ came to make things right again for those who will believe.
Now, at this point, if you are yet to believe in the existence of God and in the existence of the spiritual realm, you are simply cheating yourself (yes, you read that right!) You might even be currently wealthy on earth and tag yourself 'comfortable', but you might still be a victim in the spiritual realm.
Certain principles are not subjected to ignorance. Things that happens in our realm (the physical) are usually orchestrated from the spiritual realm. In the spiritual world, there are victims (preys) and there are conquerors. One big difference between these two categories of people is 'strength' (I.e their spiritual strength). The spiritual realm is a very busy world. Agents of darkness are on the loose, constantly afflicting those that are spiritually weak (which eventually becomes obvious in the physical realm). They keep hijacking positive things from some people - which explains why some are miserable in our world. They keep shooting arrows of negativity into the lives of many - which explains why some are held as hostages by strong restrictions, ailments, and even die suddenly.
To maintain the position of a conqueror in the spiritual realm, one must remain under God's hedge of protection and continue connecting oneself to Him. When you commits sexual immoralities in 2019, you become a prey for the devil and you miss out on God's splendid promises for the year.

SPACING BETWEEN PEOPLE: yeah, yeah, yeah. I know you'll begin to wonder the oxymoron here comparing the advantages of SM to this point. It is worthy to note that, the relationship with different people varies depending on how close we are or more interaction we engage in. The cold truth is most times we replace SM with giving people a phonecall, visiting them or even texting them via their mobile line. You may not totally subscribe to this opinion but chats can't fully replace these things with the exception of video call to some extent.
Even if you communicate regularly via chats, calling them at a frequency that is determined by your closeness is very germane just like visiting as the same reason above. Quite a number of people at least the little that I know rely basically on SM to send a good number of their messages and even the important ones like anniversary, birthday, wedding, and a variety of congratulatory messages only via SM. Also, like I said, this may be a function of how close we are to the person in question.
Now I can read your mind trying to weigh yourself on this, I wish you ease as you try to adjust.
MASKING WITH EMOJIS: oh I know what's coming to your mind right away. The favourite emoji you use to either ignore, engage, or show your mood. I also have my favourite ones too but I'll keep that for now. You know what?, Emojis can be deceiving in some cases. The kind of emoji used by people may not necessarily display their mood in reality. Just like in communication, verbal and nonverbal expression needs to be connected to a large extent.
Even with depression affecting a quite number of people these days, they tend to use some of this for cover up which may worsen matters except people see and relate with them often to know what they are going through and help them out. However, there are times when the usage is genuine.
FAKING CONFIDENCE: Do you remember the..., well I'd say quite popular Maclean's advert with the mantra "I got my confidence back". A number of people may show confidence via SM with the way they text but in reality they are as timid as a snail (but wait, is a snail actually timid?) Now the question is whose fault is it? They have seen SM as a new world which is virtual and forgotten the actual one they live in which is the real. This kind of people are referred to as textrovert. Simon got stuck in the process of writing his goals and did not know what else to do. He is convinced that 2019 will be his year but he seemed he would not be able to put together a plan. So, he’ll just wing it as he usually did. “Whatever comes,” he thought to himself “Baba God always has my back”.
Then he remembered a quote that had been haunting him for a while: “Life happens to those that do not take charge of their lives.” He decided to research how he will achieve his goals. He stumbled on an article that seemed to be written particularly for him not to just achieve his goals but to also surpass them.
1. Write all of your goals down
Write down all the things that you are looking to achieve. These are the two reasons:
1. To know all the things that you have in your heart to achieve.
2. To be able to make reference to the important things when you get distracted.

When a friend of mine made this statement over a decade ago, I thought it was just one of those quotes but since then life has shown me that writing things down is very essential for growth.
Once you write your aims down, you can easily refer to it when you need to. The mind is as fragile as it is strong, things can distract it easily. This is particularly true especially now we are living in the age of distraction with a plethora of things calling for your attention.
Write down all the things that are important to you and ensure that your goals must be SMART (I’ll share more about this in my next post)
2. Whittle it down to the most important
“If you have more than 3 priorities, you have none” — Jim Collins
You have to cut the clutter to make the most important goals stand out. If you do not prioritize, you will not be able to achieve your goals.
I fell into the trap of wanting to do more in limited time and with limited energy. When you tend to chase too many diverse objectives at the same time with limited resources, you will be overwhelmed and fail at most of them.
After writing all your goals, your next aim is to write your goals in the order of importance from the entire list you put together then select the top 3.
Your criteria for selecting this top 3 should be the goals that are important to you and how it will springboard you to the next level that you seek.
3. Note specific steps necessary to achieve your goals
What do you need to achieve each of the goals that you have prioritized?
If you are looking to get another degree or do a professional course, will your current job give you enough time to study properly? Will you need to get a more flexible job? Can you talk to your boss to find out if you can have a more flexible time while studying for the exams?
You have to note the things that are necessary for you to get to the desired end point.
Must you learn a new skill?
Do you need more discipline with your finances?
Do you need to write more?
Once you can highlight the specific steps, you need to start taking ACTION and ensure that you follow through.
4. Daily steps towards achieving the goal
It is not enough to know the specific steps, you need to do these things on a daily basis. To be able to take daily steps, you’ll have to pre-plan your day. It is quite simple and will take only a few minutes.
Draw out your to-do list for the next day just before you head to bed. On your to-do list, put together all the things that you aim to achieve, write them in order of priorities.
This way, you can squeeze the little things that can assist you in achieving your goals into your day no matter how busy you get.
For instance, if you want to read more about business in 2019, start by reading a chapter of a business book per day. It might be in the morning before heading to work, during your commute to or from work or just before you head to bed.
Once you plan for it, pick out a book that you want to read and start reading a chapter daily, you’ll be surprised at the total number of books you’ll be able to complete before the end of the year.
5. Review on a daily and weekly basis
There will be many things that will take your eyes off the goal.
This is why it is important to review your goals daily and weekly. Meditate every morning (after prayer if you are a praying person) and look at your goals.
Ensure the journal with your goals written out is by your bedside so you can have easy access to it. Look at it at night before you sleep so you can know the things that you did that day towards your goals.
Constantly look at your goals and keep working towards it.
Take a day on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) to critically look through and highlight the activities of the previous week that helped you towards your goals.
During this weekend review, you should also plan on improvements the coming week to help you to quicken your process.
6. Your timeline is your lifeline
Working with your timeline is a major factor in achieving all the goals you have written. I’ll share my personal story of when I wanted to buy my first car and how the timeline helped me.
I had written that I’ll buy a Toyota Corolla to use for Uber so I could have a passive income stream. The date to achieve this was November 31. As of September, although my savings was about 75% of the total cost of the car, I started looking for a good deal.
There were many cars that looked great although they were not the exact specification I was in search of. Then I saw the car I wanted and although I knew that I did not have the funds for it then, started engaging to buy it. After countless phone calls, I was able to raise the funds to make the purchase and paid for it on November 18.
If I did not give a timeline that I took seriously, I would have let go of the goal and maybe put it up for next year. Note that the pressure you feel when the timeline is close helps you think creatively about ways to achieve the goal. Do not keep shifting timelines when you have not used up ALL available prospects.
7. Hold yourself accountable
Do not just feel bad when you miss your targets. You have to take responsibility for your actions or lack of them.
You might have to get an accountability partner that will support you in achieving your goal. There might also be a need for you to do something as a punishment if you fail to commit to your goals.
An instance, if your aim was to go to the gym at least 2 times a week, you can pay your accountability partner a certain amount of money if you miss your gym days.
It has to be a sum that will hurt to let go of and your accountability partner really has to be someone that can hold you accountable for your actions.
However, there will be times that things will go out of control and it will hurt you. Go through the pain and pick the lessons so you will not have to go through it again.

During World War 2, the Allied Forces had to find a way to quash the Nazis so they made a way across the English Channel to Western Europe.
General Dwight Eisenhower planned the largest seaborne invasion in modern war history and they succeeded with the hybrid utilization of deception and pure guts to successfully complete the invasion of Normandy which was tagged “Operation Overlord”.
However, nothing went according to plan. On the day of landing in France, they had 9,000 casualties with 4,414 confirmed dead.
This will have devastated any General but General Eisenhower actively used 12 months to plan the strike and knew how to be flexible once it was required.
Eventually, the invasion was a huge success and dealt a huge blow to the Nazis. That was a major point which culminated to the end of War World II.
This is the same way you should think, have a rigid goal but flexible plans so when one tactic does not work out, you do not fall flat on your face.
Head back to the drawing board and re-strategize on how to get to your desired goal with the resources you have used in your planning.
9. Manage your time.

God has granted every single person in the world with the same 24 hours. What we do with this time determines the outcome of our lives. It is the proper management of our time that will determine the output of our life.
We might live in denial but that is the stark reality. You, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and Aliko Dangote have the same time but because they have found how to efficiently utilize theirs and have amassed lots of wealth and influence in the process.
Learn to say no to things and people that do not align with your dreams. Also, know how you can efficiently apply yourself within the time that you have.

Achieving your goals is amazing but you are not meant to relax, you need to keep grooming your habits such that there is a 1% daily growth in the important aspects of your life. These habits that will ensure you are successful long-term and not just be a flash in the pan.

And that's how sin begin to reign in humans, and the fate of humans became damnation. In successive generations, humans couldn''t help but to commit sin and go contrary to the will of God.
Until God decided to send His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ to come and offer His Own Life to redeem humans back to Himself. He suffered and died on the cross of Calvary to get us back into the will of God.
So, in summary, Jesus came to the earth to redeem us back to God, to make us holy, perfect and acceptable to God.
The method is simple: Accept Him (Jesus) as Lord and Savior of your life, and you will be saved.
Jesus Christ is the Reason for the season. It is absurd to celebrate Christmas without making Him Lord of your life. It is absurd to celebrate Christmas in ways contrary to the will of Jesus Christ the Celebrant Himself.
