My dear, nothing is happening there. Roads in ogun state are in serious mess.

I went to OPIC Estate last week and from Agbara bus stop to OPIC it was hell. There are 2 roads there. One is the so called private road that pass in front of Unilever and the other is the Federal road that runs from Badagry express road through Lusada to Idiroko road.

The two roads are not motorable at all. I was just pitying the people that live or work around that area especially OPIC Estate and along Lusada road.

Most of the major companies where Ogun state make money is along that Federal road. Just name any major manufacturing company in Nigeria, you will find it along that Lusada road but the road is one of worse roads in this country. It is actually a disaster.

What makes me sad is the fact that Obasanjo spent 8 years as the President of Nigeria and his home state has the highest number of (major) bad roads in this country.

Something tells me Atiku might likely take another stab at running for President, with Federalism and Decentralization of Powers as his mantra -- hopefully it's not another scam in the making, like the current occupier of the seat . When they get there finish they then remember that Nigeria's unity and current structure is immutable and 'non-negotiable'. Unless he's schemed out of contention by the Aso Rock Cabal, I reckon he'll stand a better chance than he did the last time around.

One would expect someone like Gbajabiamila to know that it is because of Kekes and Okadas that Nigerian youths that cannot further their education in higher institutions have refused to learn skills. The older motor mechanics, plumbers, electricians etc don't have apprentices again.
Very soon these ageing artisans will have no one to replace them. Our politicians should please stop distributing Okadas which cause untimely death to both drivers and passengers. The kekes and Okadas are also making life unsafe on our roads especially at night. Nigerian youths should be encouraged to learn skills or do farming.

The very reason the Discos don't want the majority of Nigerians to be on Prepaid meter is to be able to distribute Estimate/Crazy bills whether or not they provide light. In May of this year the Disco staff were in Ajao Estate, Airport Road to do a kind of Census to know those who are to be provided meters. They said the Prepaid meters will be supplied two months after. My dear people, this is the end of October and we have not heard anything about meters again but they joyfully bring their crazy bill even though most of the time, there's no light.

On a very very serious note, Mrs Ambode needs to engage a fashion/wardrobe advicer to regig her fashion sense. I used to think Mrs Abimbola Fashola's dressing was low but this current first lady of Lagos dressing is not it at all!!!

Muslims should open the Bible to John 19 verses 6,7 9, 10 and 11. Verse 7 specifically says "If you really knew me, you would know my father (God) as well. From now on, you do know him (God) and have seen him (God) Verse 10 says "Don't you believe that 'I Am' in the Father (God) and the Father (God) is in me? My dear, just take the time to open the Bible to John chapter 14 and read front verse 1 to verse 21. You also find the answer to the question of the comforter that Jesus said will come after Him. He made it clear that the comforter, the Holy Spirit CANNOT be seen but will live in the believers. How Muslims can say Jesus was referring to Muhammad is unthinkable! The holy Spirit CANNOT be seen and therefore cannot die but Muhammad was born ordinarily, did nothing significant, had many wives, killed many people and order his followers to kill for God (if they deem it fit) and Muslims think Jesus will have anything to do with such a character? What a joke!

You may now go to Exodus chapter 20 and read verse 8 to know the reason Christians go to church on Sundays.

Psalm 150 will answer your question. Open the Bible and read it. And was it not Jesus that taught the his disciples the Lord's prayer? i.e. "Our father who art in heaven...." It is also in the Bible. As for worshiping on Sundays, it is a day of rest from work so Christians use part of that day to worship their God. Are you satisfied?

Centralized power generation is Nigeria's problem. Power generation should be completely decentralized. Let the local govts build there own power plants and provide electricity to there own constituents be it coal, hydropower, solar or whatever source of power they chose to use.

That is part of the restructuring we are talking about but it appears some people just don't want it to happen. It is SAD.

Life in abroad is awesome but all depend on meeting the right ppl to get the right information and having the right residence to enable you work and have some right to govt funds. You can not expect a better taste of any country with a visiting visa. Visiting visa means you are just goin to a country to visit a friend or family member for holiday nd to see how the country looks like without recourse to govt funds or lookung for job.Looking for work with a visiting visa is just like looking for a better well paid job without having the right certificates, you know thts not possible. Even with student visa, if you don't have your money to spend, life could be miserable but when you have the right status, life abroad { UK,USA and Canada} is very sweet.

Which means if he had gotten a job he would have been there as an illegal immigrant or what?
