what competition are you talkig about, the pms market demand is inelastic, therefore the supply side 'll always go for the optimum price.

@ ogasir, there's more you need to learn about business and trading. hoarding can be likened to arbitrage and its a very good way of making huge risk-free return. keep a massive reserve bought at a subsidized price and sell at the market price after subsidy removal.
