rosejen:Dont be afraid, HE that planted the baby, is more than able to keep it. However ask the doctor if there is anything u can do to reduce the size, why leaving it to chances. |
luvly:Congratulations!! The most important thing now is your PRENATAL VITAMINS. l dont think chewing garri will harm the baby, but it does not contribute any nutritional value to the baby. leave the junks and fill urself with healthy foods. |
Beetle:God will help us to register BFP in this thread! l cant wait to hear goodnews. My period just arrived over the wkend, but dont know why it didnt run as usual. Does folic acid affects period, maybe reducing the quantity and the menstral pain? l took a lot of folic acid last cycle and there was a great change this cycle. |
@ yemmight l want to thank you for your assistance, with the documents u sent to me when l was compiling my coy's employee manual. l have given the first draft to my boss, so we are still at it. pls l would want to know the following, Does the labour act cover the MD of a company? Is there a law that states who a junior etc staff are? Is there a law that states a minimum allowance payable to a staff? e.g transport allowance etc who belong to NECA, is it for private as well as public sector? What are the Acts relevant to employment that l should know .eg. Labour Act, Pension Act, and where will l buy them. Pls reply me, is urgent. thank you. |
[ Akuviv:A beg my sis leave matter for Mathias. freedom of expression! but the truth must always be told. we know those fake and invisible uncles, brothers etc. ( all those nwanne ndi owerri) |
aisha2:you are very correct! God will indeed help marriages! lt seems some of our men are becoming lazy! and again employement is favouring women these days more than man (l may be wrong) But take a look at the banking industry, more women than men! |
@poster my brother, you set the STANDARDS, you can still reset it. if you die through stress trying to maintain a standard, life will continue and those kids wont die! l am glad you didnt say your wife is bent on maintaining the standard, so pls reset it. cut your clothe according to your material. lf you reset the standard, l bet you, you wont complain much, and you will have a leftover for yourself amd rainny days. Let your wife do something no matter how meagre it may seem, unless your standard is also hindering you from opening a very small buisness she can run at home! When you are thinking of today, think of tomorow! |
@ Beetle thank you for those pix, l have read about spinach and broccoli, though they are in the same family with cabbage, that while l make do with cabbage, cos l dont seem to know them. But now with this pix l know broccoli, just that l didnt know the name before now (lol) l go visit my mallam soon for it, Ejadamen:thank God for it! |
Outstrip:my dear, dont bother how l know, but I KNOW! |
Thank you for your contribution. l love the word PRETENCE, so they actual know and pretend not to. thats very shameful. There is nothing really bad about the woman earning higher or being the bread winner, some women do this with respect to husband and their woman dignity intact. My concern is where they sell their self respect for the sake of PROVIDING for the household, and the man pretend not to see! |
Dirty is not good, it usually means infection, l could be wrong. l would say leave it till this weekend, by next week you take a step if it doesnt lead to normal period. |
Can we discuss this issue of married women living above their income. l am particular about women who are the family bread winners. l know of a friend that earns a very very low salary, but do things that people who earn far cant do. To be frank l know she is cheating, my concern is that why do the husband do as if he is not seeing what is happening. Husbands, what will you do if your wife is spending/investing more than she earns, and you see evidences of it. (what can you do especially if she is the breadwinner) |
Ejadamen:What kind of spotting are u having? if its a dirty, see your gyn, but if it seems normal, the one that comes before the main period, give urself some time. But it its unusual for you, whatever the kind, see your gyna l am in my 2ww, woww!!!!!! |
@Edymontana home pregnancy test kits is available at mostly every pharm store in Nig. Though l stay in Lagos but l know you will see it at any pharm store in PH. it cost N50.00 per one. |
Thank God you are back!! : |
masido:is the preseed readily available at at pharm. store? l may want it give it a trial. |
l have read so much about this pre-seed huhhhh However friends, how is everybody doing? l have decided to really change my meal. l dont just eat anything for the sake of it, but things that will help me in this situation and also to remain healthy. l have found among various things, that cabbage veggie and wheat meal are very good for us. cabbage contains cruciferous, which is good for hormonal balance, and whole wheal meal is very very good, had almost everything a good prenatal vitamins has. so instead of eating eba, amala, semo etc, replace it with whole wheat meat. dont just buy already processed ones, buy the raw ones from any local market, ground it into powder, there you go! Eat it for one week, you must notice a different in your system! |
lf you are eating just to qunch hunger, eat garri, but if you are nutritionally conscious eat WHEAT. |
Aladunni:How are u doing? long time u posted here, how far about you? l got that book as xmas gift last December, lt was the bomb! l need to read it again this time around! |
Light has drastically improved in my area! |
Maybe they felt you posted on the wrong section. But thats bad, l hope they unban you, lts really bad! |
Lakers2010:Guru do you mean Personal Assistant? |
Ojurere:Congrats!! lts amazing that God visits his own, even in this time of job losses! |
My dear, take ur time, though l sense hormonal imbalance, l maybe wrong. But take ur time, for me l have even lost confidence in doctors (apologies to any dr here pls). l have seen cases of people getting pg without even seeing their period, as u even mentioned ur case above, nothing is impossible before God. |
@ Ejadamen l could understand what you went through. sorry about ur loss. On the irregularity of your period, when l had the last one in april, didnt see my first period till August, took me another 4 months i.e Dec to see another. lt was a cause of worry for me, becos l know it could be hard to conceive under that situation. In January l decided to go self medication (not advisable though) by taking some food supplements which corrected it and l took in, though it resulted in the last miscarriage. This time around my period came at the right time. l think evacuation does a kind distortion to the whole hormonal system. lt took a friend of mine 6months to see her first period after a miscarriage and another friend for the last two years hasn't seen her period before of an abortion. lt is well dear, do whatever u can and leave the rest to God. N/B. My doctor gave me a drug l bought 10k which he refused to disclose the name (cant just understand) to regularise the period, l took it for sometime and abandoned it, l couldnt just be taking what l dont know. |
Hi masido, lt is well, the Lord never disappoint! @ALL The good news from me is that my period has regulated, it came at the right time! l believe God for this month!!!! Hv a gr8t week evrybody! |
Thank you very much! l will try to be visiting! |
Avenir:thanks for the bolded hints! |
Hello everybody, how go the go. Hope somebody applied for Choosy advert. l am just seeing it. Whoopie:you have been away for too long, may be you should do one or two courses to refresh yourself, things have changed i.e technology/work process, dont think it still the way u left it 10 years ago. However you can compete if you are determine to give the labour market what it wants! @ all Wish to thank you all for your advice to go for the CIPM, the result is out and l passed all the papers, lam moving to PE 1. l give God all the glory!!!!! And l havent told you guys, l now work as admin/Hr in my office, its really God's leading to go for the course. l was sent on a course this month on HR, it was really good! |
@ GenBuhari Thanks for ur hint. @itiade Thx dear, l will do as u said. Infact God is an awesome God, if He could give u two for asking for me, l believe He will give me three for asking for two!! @all l take one tablet of folic acid a day, is that one equivalent to 400mg?. l use to take pregnacare, but suspended it, because l found out some other food supplement l take contain the same vitamins in the pregnacare except folic acid, am afraid of overdose, so l now take ordinary folic acid, one a day, do l need to increase it or is it enough for daily requirement? |
itiade:Apart from the progesterone injection, what other thing did you do from 6wks till 12wks before the cerclage was done. However, can you get on me onyiioatyahoo.com. tx |
thank you my people. l changed my doctor immediately. l blamed him for everything, the day l got the positive pg test, l told him that day that l was seeing small dark brown, he just ignored it and give me only medication for the leg pain, the following day the blood increased, l rushed back to the hospital, he said l should just rest that it will stop, which l did, he give me the progestrone injection and folic acid. The rest is history. But l believe some good doctors could save the situation from the early stage. at Itiade Congratution, your testimony is a proof that God is still in the business of doing good! l dont believe its a case of cerclage, l learnt that if it happens at 12-13th week l could suspect that. However what ever the case, l believe my God is more than it, l have REST that this year is my year and for everybody here. Thanks friends! ![]() at All infact dont be carried away by usual ovulation sign , just do the baby dancing, cause l complained of lack of ovulation the month l look in, however l noticed unusual wetness, but definately not cervical mucus as usual. |

whew!
