EgunMogaji2:My Oga said that the feature is enabled for all user. The good thing about the platform we’re operating on is that the possibilities are endless. |
n3xt:@Egunmogaji2 Could an ignore user button have worked here sir? I became who I am today working for a man who hated me ![]() As a matter of fact, I hit it big from his friend whom he claimed was not a paying client. I can still remember him asking those in the office whom he can send to the guys project because he’s not a paying client ![]() I helped the guy work on the project right in front of Tinubu’s house in Bourdillon and within 2 weeks I started getting up to 1 million per week (almost 2 decades now) and connection to high fliers. But since yahoo, it seems humility is no longer a virtue. Despite how harsh my boss was, I served him very well. |

sonnie10: ![]() Go to your concrete block maker and you’d be shocked to see that the hollow block method is more expensive than the traditional wood method. |

EgunMogaji2:I’ll do my A-frame first then block work. |
EgunMogaji2:There are different user levels. I think that feature works for VIP/Pro-Forum Members. @mank1234 am I right? _____ Pic - Regular Member

Greenarrow01:Information well received. I’ll discuss with my client and we will decide on what to do. |
Hi Everyone! We're building again and this construction journal serves as a record of the daily activity associated with the new project we're doing. The journal will be accessible to all interested parties (suppliers, subcontractors, decorators, architects, builders, prospective home owners and many others) but particularly useful to the owner of this beautiful project. The thread will serve as a record describing who was on site, what was done, problems that arose and progress made daily. Please feel free to post comments or questions to this thread. So here we go again, bookmark or follow this thread to find out how it goes and I do hope this inspires you to get out and just do it.

qwertyboss:Change tack... na you dey find something. |
Architectsly:Thanks for the detailed review. I believe the OP has enough info to help him decide his next step. |

bixton:Amen. Thanks |
bixton:Sure. The floor plans will be shared. My client has no issues with making that happen. |
EgunMogaji2:Interesting times ahead! My impression improved as I heard that project code name. That build needs to be in an environment with a lot of merit. Let me be the plothunter. |

Youngstown:Not a very good arrangement bro. Too many things aren’t right on this. Your family lounge is too small for the size of that building. I’ll also have issues with the room arrangement |
spyder880:This is super nice. Lovely design and a matching roof. I really love the window design. |
Stevo30: This is not for the 50s. I have crazier designs though. |
uncleteeh:Yes they're young bloods like the Tony Elumelu’s of this world. By the time I’m 60, I’d be living in a penthouse like the Chika Mordi’s of this world.

fiyin1200:My eyes on you. You got game ![]() Lightweight steel construction is bae. I also found something I’m considering in my new builds on the project - zigzag staircase. Thanks for sharing. I got value! Thanks for the pent tank tower idea. My client is pitching tent in that direction. _____ Pic 1 - From the video Pic 2 - Something I’m working on Pic 3 - Something we’ve done

kopell:No one is busy. It’s just a matter of priorities and this forum is a big priority to me. |
EgunMogaji2:The same here sir. The man who sold this to me asked me to show him how it’s used. This is someone who has been in the trade for almost 3 decades. |
theForth:Pls do share everything (prices and all the need to know information) with us. Position yourself as an authority in your field. No be all of us get time to dey enter market. Some of us just want to talk to experts and they give us what we want at the right price minus the worries. Too many people just want to advertise and get business here without giving back to the community. |
I have something you might like. ![]() Chipping Hammer I think I got around 2500 or 4k from my building materials supplier. Let me come and steal some ideas. Your page is getting more view than mine sir ![]()

EgunMogaji2:If you engage a surveyor, he comes to site with his ranging rod/surveying pole. Why do builders waste money buying pegs and woods for setting out from site to site? Regardless of how cheap those items are, it’s a complete waste of money in my view. I know you talked briefly about this few months ago and I took note of the idea. Now I’m working on something cool and reusable for setting out buildings. That the whole world (including professor emeritus of construction) is not doing it doesn’t mean we can’t alter the course and be the difference that makes a difference. ______ I’ll share the design notes and sketches on my kobocity DIY projects page.
