Nice one and there are some of us who are replacing what is with what could be.
No knowledge is lost. Thanks for sharing.
As scary as it looks, large TVs can be installed safely on stud walls. All that’s needed is to install a piece of plywood (2 x 4s) behind the plasterboard to screw the TV mount directly into.
No other such thread on the internet dedicated to mounting TVs on hollow walls that is as relevant as yours and I have read nearly all of them.
Would appreciate if you can share the sketch with me.
I am using a full motion mount hence the worry about the effects of the weight distribution from the pulls and tugs.
If possible get this from a reliable audiovisual shop. Not from the “We have it” Nigerian shops.
I’d share some of the pitfalls of using full motion mount on hen I’m able to get access to the files and the things I wished I did different on that installation.
But definitely, I won’t recommend a full motion mount for a curved TV.
The Biofil digester is an advance system of decomposition and disposal of sewage through anaerobic decomposition and micro organism whereby the human waste is breakdown into liquid and then transfered down to the soak away or drainage or garden.
While Biogas is an advance technology where the human waste and animal dungs are converted to methane gas suitable for cooking, generate electricity and organic fertilizer for cropping.
Biotechnology gives you a lots of advantages.
ADVANTAGES OF THE BIO DIGESTER
 Biofil requires just a small space (max. of 8ft x 3ft x 3ft)
 No more Periodic sewage evacuation
No ground pollution, Air/environmental pollution (odour)
 No more Cockroaches and flies
It saves a lot of money when installed in estates, farms etc where high waste is generated we have more gas to produce.
No Location barrier (swampy or dry land)
Durable and cheaper than the conventional Septic tank and soak away in maintenance
 Easier to maintain
 Saves time during construction
 Can be use for irrigation
Thanks for sharing.
I’ve seen the system and really loved it but I have a growing concern. It’s about domestic wastewaters. I know it’s possible to use the water for irrigation purpose but what happens in a situation where the house is not located in an estate without a drainage system.
I believe this is the essence of a soakaway.
How goes the system take care of domestic wastewaters apart from using it for irrigation purpose?
What makes us different from other installers is we design the kind of Biodigester suitable for each terrain and our technical background in real construction work, water treatment and wastewater management.
I’ve made my last post before seeing your edit. Kindly share how you intend to manage domestic wastewaters. Don’t bother to share if it’s your trade secret
Hajivince: Thanks for following, we bring u more as we progress and we are open to "Constructive criticism" & workable suggestions from our thread viewers... Thanks and God bless... More update coming your way soonest
Congrats on your well deserved achievement. All the best.
somehow: Fraud is being paid to procure materials in advance having provided storage on site, but you didn't procure these materials, thereby leading to having to be forced to refund months after termination.
If you still argue against this, then your inner demon is stronger than your problems.
Smiles. The answer to this is in our chat when I reported the broken glass to you.
You told me “Why did you bring a material you know you’re not ready to install to site.”
I guess you taught us to defraud you. It’s not argument but a statement of fact. Guess what you act without compassion.
DUNKA: Bosun if you did such a excellent, wonderful and had a satisfied client why are you not the one handling this new build by a former client of yours?
You really need to stepback and review your past builds without the mentality of Bosun Davies Shoyeye/Brabus/ Nexthome/next/kobocity vs. The world.
Your troubles/problems lie totally within you. There is no cabal or conspiracy out to get you for being jealous or envious of you. Your issues were completely your own making and only you can solve.
Anyway, make plans to refund somehow his refund as you have promised openly to do so.
Congratulations to the client and the contractor. Wishing them both a successful project.
Now you’ll do the project good by allowing the owner and the contractor focus on their journey.
It helps more when everyone is not acting as umpire on other people’s project.
Congratulations to our clients too who chose the silent path.
There was no ego and pride while building the foundation until we go to the roofing and hand-off. Neither did we have answer for anything while the build was ongoing.
Thanks for the information
____________
For the records, I didn’t recommend anyone during the project. Recommendations only came after completing my part of the project.
Here’s the bill of materials for the said project. Kindly show me where there’s a single bill for M&E (plumbing and electrical as claimed by the client) in the estimate given for the project.
I’m sure you had no idea why the rush here to intimidate Brabus. It’s because you got nothing on me.
Read further to understand why I am never in a rush to delete any of my threads and accounts. It’s because truth is constant.
The truth you share in 2012 will be the same today.
I did that because I knew this is a place filled with dumb people who would take any fraud allegation hook, link and sinker because it’s against a perceived enemy.
Here’s just one of the many fictitious lies against Brabus about to be debunked.
To be honest, I know what to do to stop all these. I’m just humane and hardly get offended.
DrGoodman: I said it, your totally insane to think you can take me to run around a case which I haven't Registered before you committed. Is the name not among your victims list, didn't he come here to disparage you like your current victim
10 years from today, you will ask othe newbies to show you proof that you seized somehow money.
Thief.
Cheap emotional blackmail.
Is this your proof of fraud? No wonder you all claim Brabus is too mighty for y’all!
I won’t be able to dignify you with a response any further until you have a valid evidence of fraud to level against me. Phone a friend if need be. The constructional journal is more than enough to answer all your concerns. https://www.nairaland.com/2089904/desmond-flats-ogombo-nexthome#29735553
sonnie10: One man back then when people were beginning to move from thatch roof to zinc roof houses, almost all his neighbors had renovated their houses to zinc roof except him. They asked him why and he said zinc roof houses are usually too hot unlike thatch roof ones.
Individual preferences I guess.
Talking preference, the owner of Browne Mews (a multimillion terrace duplex project by NextHome) opted for Nigerite Roofing Sheet when we got to roofing stage.
He said “I hate hearing the sound of rain.”
I don’t think the roof type used had any adverse effect on the market value of the building.
DUNKA: Bosun, I really admired your passion and determination. You had the opportunity to be the number 1 go to builder on this site. When you see the number of old members here that praised and supported you in the past I feel you blew a very good opportunity with the endless complaints from clients and unending internet chatter back and forth. Your greatest and biggest enemy is you, your pride and ego.
I’ll respond to this shortly just to give you ideas of how this things happen. I’m on extremely low battery.
