TV/MoviesRe: Iroko TV Owner Jason Njoku Cheating Nollywood, Nigerian Film Producers by NaLaugh: 5:39pm On Oct 09, 2015
Depends on their definition of "cheating."

If a deal is presented to you and you go through the terms, THEN willingly sign the deal. Well, that's not "cheating," but simply selling yourself short, at worst.

If the deal does not favor you, simply stay away from it. It's not that hard.

What airline is that? I hope they offer rain coats.

Or perhaps, they are just the most equipped airline in Nigeria, with a free shower section.

Nice one
Not really, it's position adds more danger to the ride than value. If it was placed in the back, away from the driver's view, that's value.

Imagine a passenger riding in that during a live televised Nigerian world cup match. cheesy

CareerRe: 10 Professions In Nigeria You Can Still Practice Without Studying them by NaLaugh: 10:39pm On Oct 05, 2015
This is an incredibly shallow "article" (if it can be called that). undecided

I generally avoid negative statements, but the arguments presented sound badly uninformed.

ANYONE can get up and proclaim themselves ANYTHING. That doesn't mean they'll execute the same expertise as a true "professional" in that field. There might be the odd one or two who excel, but we're talking about the rule and not the exception.

Are you kidding me? Is there anywhere on this planet where teenagers do not have sex with each other? I lived in Nigeria as a teenager, and I started going to the store to buy condoms for personal use at 14 undecided. You should be proud that he is responsible enough to use condoms.

Judging from the quantity though, he either resells them in school, or he is the biggest playboy in town. Neither one of these possibilities is a terrible thing in itself.

If someone who didn't know Nigerians better read through this thread, he'd assume all Nigerians stay virgins till they are 18+ or something.

Why the hipocrisy?
RomanceRe: Sarcastic Words You Should Never Use On Your Partner by NaLaugh:

These are all direct statements.

e.g A sarcastic statement wouldn't be "I miss my ex." It would be, "I don't miss my ex at all." etc
TravelRe: Do You Regret Living Abroad??? by NaLaugh:
Regret? Not remotely. cheesy

Honestly, those who "regret" living in 1st world countries are typically illegal immigrants.
Those who left a relatively decent life in Nigeria with a "we go hustle am anyhow" mindset.

You can only get by with being paid peanuts "under the table" for so long, before realizing life as an illegal isn't worth it.

For citizens and legal permanent residents (green card holder) who aren't lazy or criminals, I doubt "regret" is a term on the radar.
I've only spoken as a U.S citizen, so the sentiments/conditions could be totally different in other places.
Particularly non-English speaking countries.

The audacity of dreams.

State FA chairman election campaign is a more reasonable and well thought out move than what he is "fantasizing" about.

The Obama comparison looks abit out of sync here, was Obama not some senator abi congress member repping Chicago in the background of american Democratic party runs before moving into the next step of vying for democrats ticket for presidency?

Why is odegbami appearing to be roofing a house in thin air before doing the foundation and the other key "works" prior to roofing?
Obama was a relatively inexperienced "junior" senator from Illinois, who had been a senator barely over 2 years.
When he began his campaign early 2007, I remember being at work, and saying I was going to vote for him - everyone laughed.
Yes, including all the African Americans who suddenly jumped on the bandwagon in 2008, when his chances started to improve.

At the time, his chances appeared slim to none. It would have also made a good example of your "roofing a house in thin air" example.
However, in life, there are two kinds of people:

Those who look at a pile of rubble, and see a pile of rubble, and those who see a pile of gold.

Honestly, I have very little interest in FIFA and or its politics, I just felt the need to say there is no need to write him off.

MosakuAW:
I wish him well.

To say the truth, he will not win. No African can become the FIFA president unless its zone. The world cup competition was played in Africa because it was kind of zone to Africa.

No white man will allow African to rule over world football. They can never bow to us.

I still wish him well, it good to be ambitious and this will make him popular among the whites.
Many said the same thing about Obama.

CelebritiesRe: 9ice Asking Yemi Alade For Autograph (Photo) by NaLaugh: 7:02pm On Sep 27, 2015
It appears people don't quite get the concept of "autographs."
There is a major difference between 9ice asking her to autograph some piece of paper for him, and getting an autographed copy of HER album.

The former is what a "fan boy" would do, and the latter is what anyone (above or below her) would do. Whether Jay Z or 9ice.

BusinessRe: Are There Companies That I Can Partner With In Nigeria? by NaLaugh: 3:46am On Sep 27, 2015
G3wap:
There are lot of Companies in overseas that let you sell goods for them in your shop and they pay you commission for those goods you sell for them. Unfortunately, those companies dont work with Nigerians.. Well, i know of GoTv. Are there other companies in Nigeria whereby i can sell for them on my shop and earn a commission with every sale?
I don't live in Nigeria, so I can't give you first-hand information. However, getting accepted as a third-party agent to a company depends on the relatedness of your "shop" to the product/service in question.

e.g if you run a cell phone store, you're more likely to be accepted as a third-party retailer for a cell phone brand or similar tech products.

I'm sure if you say the exact nature of your current business, others would find it easier to offer relevant recommendations.
