ddippset:So it's impossible for Buhari to make it world class in 5 years. Do you realise that if any of those past leaders made the facility world class (and most likely delivered on their mandates), Buhari would not have smelt Aso Rock? |
Nigerian government has no intention of eliminating boko Haram. They work together, make lots of billions from funds set aside for the 'insurgency' and sacrifice our soldiers. |
Which Kain wahala be dis one na? Wiseandtrue:Honestly! |
Are those Nigerian soldiers filming and dancing? Cos I can see some of them wearing camos. |
mankan2k7:I doubt it's the doctors that determine the salary structure. More of Civil Service Commission? |
LivingSage:. Point of correction pls. Both are quite tedious, but nursing school cannot be compared to the drilling and duration in medical school. They should have quietly negotiated their pay instead of all this embarrassment. Even the doctors are poorly paid by any standard sef! There was no need limiting whatever demand they had by comparing pay with the doctors. They could even negotiate more than the doctors' pay. That's obtainable in a lot of Countries. |
Commonsense99:Some patients can lie even in emergency situations. I wonder if it's a culture in this part of the world. Practically, the doctor may not have all the time interrogating one lying patient in the A&E while having many other patients waiting to be attended to or even more critical cases presenting to the A&E. Also, very likely, as it's the case in most facilities in Nigeria, they may have been short-staffed in the A&E. Of course, in the process of admission to a medical ward, other health workers would come in close contact with the patient. |
I need some urgent advice on reliable internet services in Benin City. The Network of GSM providers I use -MTN and Glo are just terrible where I reside and at my office - Off Airport Road and New Benin respectively. Considered getting MTN modem, but learnt users experience the same issues. Advice and suggestions will be appreciated. |
There has been no power supply for 4 days at my location. Prior to last week, we experienced no power supply for about three weeks. And this is happening at the center of a State Capital. Lol. And speaking about increase in tarrif, I wonder what estimated billing would look like this time around. |
With the details provided, this was a case of Self defense |
So, were there no debris from the mass (asteroid)that made such impact? |
Oshigun:Here we go again. Make IPOB no make una crase o! |
AkpaMgbor:A lot of guests and members read through these threads and honestly the rate at which some of these charlatans just derail threads, shouting IPOBians up and down is getting really irritating. Are they actually paid to advertise for the IPOB sef? Personally, when I read through comments and I see some unintelligent fellow just start ranting such nonsense, it makes the discourse so uninteresting; readers who may have contributed meaningful suggestions or info would just leave such threads. I wonder if these fellows are just some secondary school kids. I would be highly disappointed if they are fully grown adults o! I can just imagine if some may be actually married and have to raise kids with such behaviour. Just messed up! |
Eteka1:Wow! A better means of transportation of such huge amounts of explosives should be devised. This is just too dangerous. What if this happened in a more populated area? |
Officialgarri:Yes, unavoidable circumstances over the last 5 years |
Apologies keep coming everyday as what is obtainable today wasn't even imagined 6 to 9 years ago |
I don japa be dat o! Lol |
When you've refused to employ adequate health workers in such agencies, appointing only who-know-who. There has never been adequate staff in any of the government-owned health institutions. No be only from retirement! Nigerians will learn a bitter lesson from their decisions of choosing inept leaders due to tribal/religious sentiments! |
Your balance of 950 million? Okay! |
wwwihy:Mr Man! Stop posting nonsense! Army and NAF Reference Hospitals have been there probably even before you were born! The renovations and upgrading done over 5 years ago ( during the previous administration) is what the present government commissioned. |
Hmmm Can't blame anyone! Prevention is better than Cure! About a hundred people at the office? If such offices are unable to ensure strict crowd control (maximum of 50 persons, including staff), they should be closed. |
Why ban a news outlet from broadcasting news? If false news is broadcast, then sue the outlet. Awol1:The type of |
E Don dey happen! |
Any reliable site/platform through which one can request for transcripts or certificates from Nigerian Universities online? Thanks. |
Most times, it's as a result of cardiac (heart) arrest. Routine medical check-up should be compulsory for athletes (although everyone is supposed to have such check-ups done every 6 months or at least yearly). |
Osagie Otabor, Benin THE Certificates of Occupancy of some choice properties belonging to Governor Godwin Obaseki, former Deputy Governor, Dr. Pius Odubu, and the member representing Owan Federal Constituency, Prof. Julius Ihonvbere, have been revoked. The properties are located in the Government Reservation Area. Others whose properties the C of O were also revoked are Chief Oseni Elamah, Mr. Oghogho Akpata, Susan Itemuagbor, Aigboje Ehidero, AIG Imuokhuede and Noggie Megisson. Affected corporate bodies in the revocation are CA Aliyu and Company Limited, Bimseg Venture Limited and Sharon Properties. A document sighted by our reporter showed that the properties were revoked because they are required for the services of the Government of Edo State. Prof. Ihonvbere said he has completed the building he is erecting on his plot. A top government official who confirmed the revocation said the governor was also affected. The source said more land within the GRA would be revoked because all government lands and accommodation have been allocated to individuals. According to the source, “You can see Governor Obaseki has built quarters for judges but it is not enough and there is the need for more land to build more quarters for the judges. “Individuals and politicians just allocated government lands to themselves so the governor decided to revoke his own and others. More land will be revoked.” Dr. Odubu said he only read about the revocation on the social media as there was no newspaper publication yet. Odubu said he would wait for the governor to carry out the revocation before commenting. https://thenationonlineng.net/edo-obaseki-odubu-ihonvbere-others-lose-choice-properties/amp/ |
garfield1:All those were politically masterminded to discredit the government of that time. Think! How could this government prevent sporadic bombings in major cities by boko haram, but finds it extremely difficult eradicating bandits and kidnappers along Abuja-Kaduna Road alone in a period of over 3 years? |
Good |
Hello. I'm not in Lagos. Is it possible to have a pic/ sample of the banquet chairs? Thanks. |
