pocohantas: How much or what were they given?
Lets know if it is more than BBNaija prize.
Lets know if we would agree with Naira Marley that said big nyash is better than a Masters degree. #250k scholarship each year in any Nigerian Univ of their choice. Previously, it was 100k. But even that came in handy. There are other soft prices, including whatevee their state Govts will give. I can see some state Govs there. But no, it is not as lucrative as BBN |

Well, they have yet to contact us ooo... Even the then Kano State Governor, Kwankwaso couldn't fulfill the promises he made to us... But thank God all of us that participated in the competition are doing very well. Lolz....nobody stayed in a 5 star hotel na. Everyone was lodged in same place- Women development centre or so. In fact, it was Kano that were kinda "separating" yourselves at the start of the competition, until towards the end of the competition when you guys finally "came" out, lolz. And you guys were many. Yea, those were the days!!! Those of us from Lagos, Edo and FCT stayed in touched after the competition even while we were at Univs. We kinda lost contact with you guys from Kano. It is good to meet you here again.
Yes, all of us from the other 3 states are also doing well. As expected. Still, NNPC(as the rep of the Nigerian State) should have stayed in touch. You just dont loose touch with such young and idealist minds after such a competition if you are a serious country. This is my personal view |

NtoAkwaIbom: The cause of cood inflation in Nigeria is nothing but greed. And we Nigerians help support inflation hoping to make life harder for people that voted a particular candidate.. Not knowing that we are making life hard for us.
I went to buy tiger head battery that is 100naira, the seller said its 250 because of closed border, how does border affect battery ? Did they also smuggle in battery through cotonou or is it banned . Mstewww, I left him and met another that sold his own hapily for 100box.. Truth is, we go to market and even water leaf seller will increase price and blame on border. Sufficing we keep on buying, the inflation will keep up increasing and never reduce, but if we ignored them and looked for a seller that sold it with normal price or mild increase, the others would jus go back to normal price, instead of risking not making sale,
The inflation we suffer is very artificial and caused by the many needles middle men we have... Tomorrow, Buhari will leave, but the price of commodities we increased, to spite people against him will never leave or decrease. SHUT ya mouth tha, young chap. Blaming the victims but not the oppressors. Poor attempt at propaganda. |

seniormallam: Kogi people but why........ These politicians will not change if we continue returning them to power with their under performance. The Kogi people did not return anybody to power. The elections was shamelessly rigged by APC against the people. At this point and considering tbe trend recently, I have lost any hope in the electoral process in Nigeria. It is clear: if the ruling Govt/party really means to they can win any elections in Nigeria, using any means possible and would damn the consequences. Kano, Osun and now Kogi proves it. Rivers would also have gone same way but for the vigilance of another rigger, Wike. The politcal class is leaving us with no option but to support REVOLUTION as the ONLY way out. Even for some of us who didnt belive in it before now |

APC would still have to face the legal issues with both of their Gov and Dep Gov candidates if they win today.
However, something in me is happy that Bayelsans voted against a party and a Gov who have done far less for them relative to the revenue the state receives. And it also seems they also voted against a Gov who arrogantly imposed an unpopular candidate on them.
Regardless of how this pan out, kudos to Bayelsans. |

No two way about it. Except he is substituted(and as per electoral law that is near impossible), his only hope is to pray the courts later absolve him of fraud in the susbsiting case. Then I asked, so bubu still dey pick merit ni?
When yoruba or hausa or any other tribe is picked, it is tribalism but when it is them, it is merit, nawao. I dont think people from the SE would have any problem with the re nomination of Dr Adeshina for AfdB President. My undertsanding is that they support Merit. Okoroawusa: I have never asked a female student sex for marks... but you all come here n talk like lecturers are not the victims too!
Some girls would do all n I mean all they can just to sleep with a lecturer or have one as a boyfriend simply because they find him attractive n these girls r not the dullard types or doing for marks. Some of my colleagues are married to their former students. Is that victimization too?
Am not holding briefs for any lecturer but if you sack them here these lecturers end being employed by countries that have BBC n CNN.
I think I will install a secret camera so that parents will see what that thier "good girl" does when she when she stays half of the semester running around town only comes when exam timetable is out. Some girls will be bold to tell a lecturer," Sir, this your paper I know I will not write well but consider me o!"

Asifiwe: First of All, Boniface Oghenehu is of the Department of French in the European Languages arm of Faculty of Arts, He is by my rating Lacking in any intellectual qualification like many so-called Lecturer of the University of Lagos. he does no possess any honour of a true Lecturer, He is part of the Lecturers that were employed when the academic system was beginning to fall. You could see he look more like a village man in the video than a Lecturer.
Unilag Harbours these miscreants in Large number and because they are not clean that is why the School Authority is only dissociating itself because as it might interest you to know, many of the Lectures are guilty of these indecent acts The academic work in Unilag is totally emasculated, these Lecturers so-called have no moral clouts and no shame Those who do it are the not well-educated ones like this one who have nothing to offer
Unilag is actually dead, they only keep such menace and the many of his likes in the university to continue the broken compromised system Watch out, because he is well connected, as they say, they will protect him instead of sacking him The reason is that the country is broken from the top. The Moral standard in Nigeria is extinct Bros, in this same Nigeria, a sitting Governor was also exposed in a similar way collecting and stuffing dollars in his babariga. That same Gov is your President's best friend. He was elected by the APC after Buhari, the anti corruption czar, raised his hand. In fact, APC ans Buhari orchestrated a shameful rigging of the elections just cos they could not afford to lose Kano. He will be Gov for another 3 years. And would susbquently become a Senator as well as the new God father of Kano. And all the Buharists on NL here support him. What am I trying to say: Nigeria is so gone |

Tolexander: You would not get my point, perhaps you want me to speak from your point of view.
There were many times here that I have criticized the President and Nigerian appointments of being lopsided. I even went as far as calling Nigerian System a “northocrazy”. If I decided saying the north haven’t infiltrated and dominated every of our security systems, I would be insincere to myself and generation. We all know that the north dominates everything, from NPF, NSCDC, Custom, NA, NAF, NNF.
My point is that the OP should have posted all the information on the military formations on each zones to justify the claim and not being economical with fact.
What if the other military formations have the south south and south east military personnel’s in their large numbers? I don’t have the knowledge of the military formations at hand.
I’m a southwesterner, I am naive of the military formations here and those key men manning them. Perhaps they are not men from this side, but outsiders.
The point is that, when giving an account, it should be entire and not just a melted part of the solid, for proper justification of claim(s) Fair enough. Thanks |
