RomanceRe: How Do Unmarried Ladies Of 30 Years+ Cope With Their Singleness? by Nazgul: 9:46pm On Nov 23, 2022
The sad reality is that by the time these girls realize that the world doesn't revolve around them, they'll already be in their 30s. During their early and mid twenties, most just date for fun and finance, they hardly take men serious so they keep loosing responsible guys until there's none left coming for them.

The truth is if you're a girl in your 30s and still want to get married, don't be broke. Be a career person or successful business woman, men would still respect you and would want to plan a future with you. You can never experience loneliness.

But If you're broke in your 30s, just forget about a partner; no man would even consider dating or marrying you...cos you're a liability.

I've heard u baba!!! but how she go take return to ekiti? I'm not that wicked to push her out like that!!!
This your story is somehow!

She came for party usher job, didn't they pay her for the job? Or did she travel all the way from Ekiti to Lagos for charity work?

Besides doesn't she have parents, family members, friends, church members...etc she can call to assist her, when she gets paid she'll reimburse them back.

Why risk your life by sleeping with a total stranger for money you're not even sure he'll give to you. And even the money she's asking for isn't normal, Lagos to Ekiti state isn't up to 10k not to talk of the 30k she's requesting for.

If your story is true, that girl is just a hookup girl, I'll advise that you send her out of your house before she plays a chidinma on you.

If you value your virtue as a lady better stay here in Nigeria. South American countries are just like Africa. They're poor and struggling, life there is very difficult and you'd end up selling your body for survival cos it would be difficult for you to get a decent job as an immigrant. Ecuador speaks Spanish, don't let all these hungry agents decieve you. finding your feet in a struggling country where more than 90% of the people there don't understand English is worse than Buhari's government.

A word they say is enough for the wise.

Just apply for a tourist visa to any country you want to go
When they grant it
You go there and find a oyibo woman to bed
And get her pregnant then wait she borns
Wala you're a now a citizen

Or look for a human right org in the US and apply for asluym there
Just tell them you're a Muslim and gay seeking asluym
And what happens if the lawyer representing you in the human rights organization is also gay and falls in love with you what next, Are you going to submit your ass hole to severe shagging simply because you want resident permit?

To your first suggestion, the white woman can easily still throw him out after giving birth and win custody of the child, making him homeless and jobless. And any immigration officer that comes across him would deport him back to Nigeria.

The best is to go through student visa (Msc) or entrepreneur visa, and with enough money. And if you must go via tourism visa, make sure you have a skill that can get you a good paying job. Once you're working, you can easily afford an immigration lawyer to process your resident permit.

first of i dont smoke Do drug or gamble of any kind,
but i have suffer alot.
overthinking is kiling me, currently am 27, no job no business, but i have a business plan to do and change everything about my life but i have no where to borrow. i can even start with 20k,
Am finished, the only qualification i have is Olevel, and a little skill. no hope for common man.
Any suggestion please?
You need to discover your purpose in life.

Sit down and ask yourself..."what am I living for" what do I hope to accomplish with the limited time I have on this planet.

If you can answer that question truthfully and honestly, you'll discover the drive that would keep you going even though the odds aren't in your favour.

Secondly, you must believe in yourself, carry yourself with high esteem, package yourself. A street proverb says "Zobo way enter glass cup don turn to red wine" it's all about how you package yourself.

Finally with that your 20k, you could start a dry cleaning business....yes you heard me right a dry cleaning business.

Design a business card on your dry-cleaning business. You'd be shocked that 500 pieces wouldn't cost you up to 3k. Your house should do for now pending when you'll be buyouant enough to rent a shop.

Your targeted clients should be the working class people in your church. Dress smart and approach them with your business card, tell them you can do a great job for them, with less than 5k you'll get detergent, starch and other things to wash their clothes.

With time, when your customer base begins to grow, you can get a shop and go online to expand your customer base. You can use the funds generated there to pursue other life goals.

You should note that this little begining would only work if you're focused and keep away from parasitic women.

PoliticsRe: Did Poverty In Anambra Rise While Peter Obi Was Governor? - Fact Check by Nazgul: 5:24am On Nov 16, 2022
At least in 2010-2011 things were affordable in Nigeria. This is 2022, Buhari has made Nigeria the poverty capital of the world, why isn't anyone talking about that. What's with the constant attack on Peter Obi?

Under Buhari thousands have lost their jobs, and more are still loosing.

Under Buhari Bandits and Boko Haram kills Nigerians like chickens on a daily basis.

Under Buhari inflation has exceeded 200%

Under Buhari corruption has become the order of the day.

Under Buhari accountability has become a Greek word.

So what's with the obession with Peter Obi?
RomanceRe: Kuda Bank Have Started Charges. by Nazgul: 5:23am On Nov 16, 2022
Tombrown3:
Just like you mentioned on your last paragraph.

Me too I use it on daily transactions, what that means is, I can get 10k 5 times in a day from different people (I can't tell them each to combine it together and send at once) , and make like 20k 5 times a day trans as well. I can't help it, this is how my transactions run on daily.

From this you can compile all the #50 naira from all this and see how much just my account alone is generating for them.

Though I don't blame them and probably better compared to others, it's a rip off to me.

Once a month charge would have been better

I'm switching to Opay, like many here have recommended. (made lot of enquiries about them)

Until I run out of options, I'll continue to go where I'll be able to save more from these transactions.

Thanks anyway.
Oh! Now I understand you much better.

I don't use my Kuda to receive random funds cos their 500k maximum deposit scares me, I use my commercial bank for receiving funds then transfer a particular figure to kuda for settling bills cos of their free transfers. This way I'm charged N50 stamp duty just once. Thereby escaping the multiple charges.
FamilyRe: Fellow Nairalanders Pls I Need Ur Urgent Advice by Nazgul: 11:20pm On Nov 15, 2022
You have a nice heart, people like you are rare to come by, but unfortunately Nigerians don't see people like you that way, the see it as an opportunity to play a fast one on you and reward your good with evil.

As painful as these sounds, that guy has absconded with your money, if you want to involve the police, you'll spend double of the principal on them and they still wouldn't recover it cos even if they apprehend him, and he's forced to sign an undertaking to pay you like 10-20k monthly, he'll end up defaulting again.

The only thing here like a poster suggested is to count your losses and move on. You've learnt the hard way, hopefully you won't make the same mistake of trusting strangers again.
RomanceRe: Kuda Bank Have Started Charges. by Nazgul: 11:02pm On Nov 15, 2022
Tombrown3:
Am I the only one experiencing Kuda bank stamp duty charges, both credit and debit?

If they have started all this charges like our generic banks, then the purpose of using it for me has been defeated.

So someone cannot just put money in his account and withdraw same amount the next day in this country?
I use kuda bank, They charge N50 for deposits above 10k. That's fair if you ask me compared to other Banks.

So the logic here is to deposit like 50-100k from your commercial bank and, use it to settle all your monthly bills (prepaid meter, gotv/dstv, data, recharge cards...etc) for free cos you've already been charged N50 for the deposit and wouldn't be charged any more money. You'd agree with me that if you perform all these transactions on your bills from your commercial bank, they'll keep charging you per transaction.

Kuda just charges once, if you're sending money to another account, you have 25 free transfers every month. So unless you have staffs who you pay salaries from your bank, I don't see how you're going to exhaust 25 free transfers within a month.

As for their virtual card, I don't know anything about it cos I use kuda for bills and transfers of little funds. So I don't need their card.

That way you can easily stick to your budget. Most of these social media girls are hungrier then a church rat, if you give them the opportunity to choose whatever they want, they'll end up disgracing their family, cos even orphans who have no families don't display their kind of greed and hunger.

My brother they're all the same thing. Soludo is just like every other SE politician. I refuse to address him as a scholar.

He has been bought by the opposition to pull down Peter Obi. But unfortunately for him, he and his sponsors would fail woefully cos whether they like it or not, Peter Obi would be sworn in as the next president of Nigeria come may 29th next year

It's pure envy.

Obi presidency will relegate them politically as they wish to be the one having Obi's support.

The truth is that there is no competition in destiny. Who pass you pass you. Only fools ignore that.

Umahi, Soludo etc belongs to this gang of envious and selfish lgbo politicians.

Can l say this is one attribute of an lgbo man l hate most. SELFISHNESS
We Igbos are known for betraying and envying one another. That's the major reason why since 1999, Ndi Igbo has failed to produce a consensus candidate to represent the SE in any presidential election. It's always the same story every election, top Igbo politicians would keep aligning with different people and parties for their selfish interest.

Before the APC primaries, OUK made it clear that he was standing behind Ahmed Lawal whereas his brother Dave Umahi was contesting in the same primary. OUK was only after his selfish interest because he felt that if Ahmad lawal gets the ticket he (OUK) would become his running mate.

When ojukwu formed APGA and ran for presidency in 2003, one would have thought that with his popularity in the SE he'll definitely get Bloc votes from there. But unfortunately the reverse was the case. He (Ojukwu) didn't win a single SE state. The Igbo governors who applauded him when he unveiled his presidential ambition went behind his back to pledge their support for Obsanjo.

Look at the north, they're already pressuring Kwankwaso to step down for Atiku, whereas we Igbos are attacking the only candidate we have that can pull up a surprise next year.

Betrayal is a normal thing between Igbos so I'm not surprised at soludo's outburst to Peter Obi. And if we continue like this, believe me, no Igbo man would rule this country.

Am disappointed with Soludo. Am ashame we share the same Al mater.

UNN scholars is not known to be in scarcity of wisdom.
Exactly. That's Just it.

But why now? This same Peter Obi didn't appear from the abyss overnight. He has been in the Nigerian political space since 2006. He was Atiku's running mate in 2019 yet no Igbo leader spoke bad about him. Now he has decided to run for president and possibly end the marginalization of the SE populace in Nigeria, his fellow South Easterners are the ones trying to pull him down.

My question to soludo is that would he prefer a fulani man (Atiku) to run Nigeria for another 8 years after Buhari (a fulani man) steps down?

Or would he decide to stand behind Tinubu with all his drug related charges, inability to speak to Nigerians, medically unfit... etc to run Nigeria at the expense of your own brother who is fit, tested and trusted and is out to restore the lost hope of the Igbos.

Honestly the problem of the Igbo man isn't yourbas or hausas, the problem of the Igbo man is the Igbo man.
PoliticsMy Honest Response To Soludo. by Nazgul(op): 11:13am On Nov 15, 2022
I read somewhere where someone was shouting that we should stop attacking Soludo because he spoke the truth.

He said the truth is bitter, and we should learn to swallow bitter things. I looked at it and laughed. However, I have just two paragraphs of response to give to Soludo and those e-supporters of his.

First, the Bible recognizes that THERE IS TIME FOR EVERYTHING. And when it said "everything", it included time for telling "the truth". In the present political situation, and considering the romance between Igbos and the northern caliphate, I am firmly fortified that now isn't the best time to speak these supposed "truths", especially when you are speaking it to the very indigenes of Anambra, the home town of Peter Obi. And you are saying it to kill the chances of an Igbo man ever climbing the Nigerian political ladder.

Soludo also lost sight of the fact that he is actually speaking no truths at all. Peter Obi never handed power to him. Rather it was Obiano. Peter Obi handed a vibrant economy to Obiano, with no debts. Obiano then handed Soludo a shredded economy with multiple debts.

So, Soludo can only speak of Obiano's administration and not Peter Obi's. Obviously, he left Obiano and chose to deride Peter Obi because Peter Obi left APGA and entered Labour party.

Now, how do you tell an orphan hawking satchet water that a lorry has just crushed his both parents to death? Since the truth is bitter and we must tell it, so how will Soludo tell this type of truth? The Igbos have suffered so much political tragedy in this country. Even the man (Nnamdi Kanu) fighting for Biafra has been whisked away into spurious detention with unending trials. And Soludo thinks now is the best time to tell his fellow country men that an Igbo man is not worthy of mounting the reigns of government.

My point is that there is TIME and MANNER of telling supposed truths. Since Soludo is now a seer to know that Peter Obi cannot win, and he has already rigged the election to know its outcome. Now is surely not the time to open your mouth like an illiterate to tell Igbos that Peter Obi cannot win. Secondly, the writing of long Epistles is surely not the MANNER of conveying the supposed truth.

I am struggling so hard not to enter into the facts of what Soludo said. I don't want to go into it. It will take all my time. But i will end by telling Soludo that he has shown a despicable lack of wisdom. He has also shown strong betrayal tendencies.

The God of the Igbos will judge him.

Yes he's so silent. MFM is one of the top grad A Pentecostal churches in Nigeria (they're over 30 years old). It's in the same circle as RCCG, winners, Deeper life...but if you mention Dr Olukoya outside, many people would tell you they don't know him that much. I just love the way he avoided unnecessary media attention all these years.

Klass99:
I didn't attend last year's either but my favourite Xperience ever was the first one hosted at their church, it was virtual and no artistes were flown in because of Covid but it was such a blast for me!
I didn't attend that edition either. As I head it was going to be in their church (indoors), I just gave up any thoughts of attending it cos I felt the screening would be too hectic because of the covid protocols and they wouldn't allow much people in.

Klass99:
The crowd wasn't much or rowdy like it usually is at TBS, the atmosphere felt warm and cozy with ACs on full blast. The remix of Sinach's hit song miracle worker by different artistes globally was the sweetest thing ever, a new artiste from India with his band were also a lovely addition, they sang in their native language and English but the crowd was vibing along just fine.

Most people I spoke with afterwards didn't like that particular season because it was indoors and not at TBS but I did. As I grow older I prefer smaller and manageable crowds of people, than larger and unruly ones. The TBS crowd can be unruly sha, most of them no dey hear word.
You won't understand. That TBS crowd and madness is the reason why most people (myself inclusive) attend the show. The last edition I attended was that of 2018 (I didn't close from work early in 2019 so I couldn't attend it)

I went with a friend, and when we got there we met other crazy people way craizer than us... grin

After the program, in the early hours of Saturday morning, we miraculously got a BRT bus few meters after TBS, do you know that we were singing like drunkards inside the BRT around 5am till I got to my destination grin . The thrill of meeting and having fun with people is the major reason why I prefer TBS to any other venues.

The only precaution I take at TBS is that I don't carry my big phone I go with a small phone, and I carry only my transport money and a little extra for snacks, cos of pick pockets. Anything aside that, there's much fun there.

Klass99:
Oh yes, I certainly had an experience that year with Yolanda grin, then another year with Kirk Franklin and his energetic dance moves on stage. How does he do it at over 50 years of age? Donnie McClurkin & Don Moen never cease to wow and amaze me either, regardless of how many times they are invited back. It's just fond thoughts and memories for me.....all the way.
Don Moen is the one I love so much, you'd literally feel the presence of God when he's ministering. The others to me are just noise makers, I hardly concentrate whenever they're ministering so I'm not really familiar with their names cos I'm always seated on the gallery where there's massive distraction from guys who are trying to kick start their comedy career that night by making you crack your ribs out with laughter. cheesy

Naz cheesy, please attend ooo I think you'll have a good time.

Your mention of The Experience brought back good memories, I remember one year Yolanda Adams was on the platform to minister. About 60 seconds into her first song, the lady sitting beside me and I turned our heads to look at each other, then we started laughing at the same time.

It was the connection and understanding between complete strangers over Yolanda that had us laughing out loud. Yolanda was in a world of her own singing what can best be described as an opera classic and doing a solo performance. She wasn't carrying the crowd along, the crowd wasn't feeling her and we couldn't even relate to the song.

The memory always makes me smile till date, because of how that lady and I, had a moment of our own through non-verbal communication. The look on her face and mine was like........what the hell is she doing? As far as I know, Yolanda has never been back on the Experience platform.

I feel you on Pastor Adefarasin I just like and appreciate the way he is all about unity in the Body of Christ and the different programmes he hosts to promote that unity. Programmes like T.A.P.E (The African Praise Experience) The Experience and Word Conference. I don't know much about Dr Olukoya, but I'll take your word on him.
Lol...that program isn't called the experience for nothing, you certainly had your own experience. cheesy

I haven't attended it for the past two years because of covid. 2020 was lock down and 2021 they held it in their church. I'm hoping that this year's edition would be held at TBS so I can attend.

And yes the man is really uniting the body of Christ, it's not easy to be consistent in such program.

For Dr Olukoya, I love his prayer books, and most of his books, you can hardly find him on the media talking about politics or criticizing other men of God like that, he's just focused on his ministry.

How can kidnappers be operating very boldly for years on major roads the military and police as supposed to be patrolling on and the military hasn't scored any reasonable victory against them, year in year out, it's one sad story to another.

What Buhari should know is that after 29th of may him and his family would become ordinary Nigerians, the north he refused to secure would come back to hunt him and his house hold. Maybe when is daughters start getting kidnapped he'll understand what he put Nigerians through.
