Some people people feel insecure but for it to generate to this point then there something you ain't telling us....another may have been that your brother's wife have a crush and she might have unknowingly express it to your wife and your wife seeing how close both of you are then becomes suspicious of you both. You need to stand your ground against your family and let them so their worse of you ain't guilty. Stop feeling emotional. If your wife could be boldly accusing you of such thing then stand your ground make her apologize or you quit the union.
