What is the big deal about owning offshore account, I personally own offshore accounts. I personally could have an offshore trust if need be. It's no bid deal. If you want you can open one yourself! It does not cost much.
If you have businesses in ghana, London, South Africa, Dubai etc, you can register an offshore company as the parent company of your holdings, overseeing all the other businesses.
Most offshore heavens give reduced taxes and that is what makes them attractive.
