RomanceRe: It's Only Strong People That Commit Suicide by Newborn27(f): 5:18pm On Aug 28, 2023
DaddyCoool:
So if someone is in constant terrible pain and guaranteed to stay so till they die, say, in a year, what is your answer?
Pain as in medical ..like health?.... I'd suggest the person sees a specialist... they'd be the one to decide if he'd be give euthanasia treatment or not

If it's spiritual... nothing is impossible for God... I'd advise the person to seek God's intervention with faith.
..

If it's emotional ... I'd advise the person to see a counselor for up to date mentorship on ways out of it.

.if it were mental.... I'd advice both psychotherapy and spiritual.

If it's financial... I'd advise the person to change his/her job or business then invest in his/her intellectual for greater success.

If it's relational....I'd advise he/she take a break or walk away as no human is worth dying for.

There's always a light at the end of every tunnel....I believe!

I have been in that situation before.
Most times people do not understand depressed people when they speak up.

Those who commit suicide didn't keep silent, they complain but people do not understand how them, it's a very bad state of total hopelessness
Hmmmmmm

Irrespective of all.... suicide is not still an option.

It's tragic!

DaddyCoool:
There is no way of permanently ending the pain except suicide.
A person is guaranteed to die within a year, meanwhile the only thing they experience is constant unbearable pain
I know...but the medical term isn't suicide... let me ask Google for the term.

Modified:

It's called euthanasia, also called mercy killing,

Wainey:
have you ever felt depression before?
If you haven't, then you will not understand the suicide thought from a depressed person and suicide thought from others.
Depression could be draining on the brain as nothing would seem meaningful in ones existence.....but if we can speak up... there's always a remedy for every illness.. mentally.. spiritually... emotionally or physically.

Wealthy people are willing to go extra miles should there's a drug or medication that extends lifespan.

Life is beautiful dear!
RomanceRe: It's Only Strong People That Commit Suicide by Newborn27(f): 4:29pm On Aug 28, 2023
DaddyCoool:
How about a terminally ill person in constant excruciating pain?
The medical practitioners would know the term used for ending such excruciating pain... not using suicide.

Nothing is new on earth... whatever we might be going through right... Some people had thread the path and others are coming.

Learn your lessons...make corrections... outgrown the situation and it'd become a previous memory.

Whatever the situation is.... suicide is never to be considered as an option Sis.

Only cowards who fails to see the good in every bad situation they're going through that consider suicidal thoughts.... coupled with self-centeredness.

Suicide can be traumatic on the family of the victim.

Shun suicidal thoughts....life is beautiful and better days are coming, if we patiently wait.

A woman is defined based on your perspective as a man.

She's capable of acting the roles of different personalities.

She's what you think and make out of her.

I consumed Cerelac till age 3 but I didn't look fat in my toddler pictures.

UnfairLife7:
yes i know most average Nigerians generally are corrupt minded persons. My point is why would those bosses of yours be sleeping with young girls when possibly they are married? Why would they sleep with female job applicants before they give them jobs? I didn't see you blame government in your comments. Lol, one thing you should know is that you are not more Nigerian than anyone calling out government. You're not more Nigerian than anyone telling government their failure. Tell your government to reduce costs of governance. Tell your government to provide jobs for those young guys coming out of school yearly. Tell your government to change and amend the constitution. Tell your government to make political offices unattractive. We want those that'd serve only not those corrupt entity. Tell your government to provide saner environment. Tell your government to give us power please. We're not asking too much. You can't put the whole blame on parents and these children. These children had siblings who graduated from school but still jobless or underemployed. They aren't blind. Have you ever imagine why do we have much more cyber fraudsters amongst our youths and prostitution this time of the day compare to 2-3 decades back? There's hunger in the land. An isle hand is the devil workshop. How many family can feed now in Nigeria? How many family can afford paying those high tuition fees in our tertiary institutions? How many family can afford federal government college now?

You see those small small boys and girls doing Yahoo and prostitution, i blame them completely not government. They are greedy. They are too obsessed with quick money at their young age. Most of those guys are not even ready to work. Give them 100k job, they'd reject it. They're used to quick and fast money.

Government has so much to do, parents/guidian has a whole lots to do.
A quick one Sir......I agree with your input on there.

I wanna know........who is this said government we're blaming and Bosses getting intended workers laid b4 giving employment?

The answer is... they're Nigerians.... people from a particular family.

Family is the basic unit of any society.

As bad as the whole country is...we still have people that never compromise irrespective of the pressure met on them by the society...why?

Because of the training given from the natal family.

I'd dedicate *se bi o ti mo* by Brymo 4 you sir.

If everyone takes proper care of his duty which is family... we'd have a saner country and people leading us.

Change starts from me and you.

i always tell people. Nature is fair, just that humans forget that; whatever your input is determines your output... We are suffering aggressively from a lot of previous sins. Only few would know this.

God bless you for this dear. i just wish more people could think like you.
Just imagine this evening; i was @ a family's friend's house, this lady's daughter that just wrote jamb (no work/skill yet oo) ordered a 10k palm slippers from facebook, if u see the way the mother was praising her, "uhmm, my daughter, the palm is fine. "hope you go dash me", instead of asking her where she got the money. Imagine a parent directly selling her daughter because of material things. I always warn this lady about how she spoils her kids but she never listens but this people are quick to blame the government, little did they know that the monsters they breed has so many impact in the society ...
once again; Thanks for seeing the light with me.
I feel honoured for the mention Sir.

The rate at which this generation is rotten...I wonder what grannies would look like in the next couple of decades.

They easily tag you as being holier than thou and local if you can't emulate their waywardness.

See them everywhere glorifying prostitution and yahoo....pikin dey use iphone when her parents are striving to feed.... they'd blame government for the poor upbringing of their kids... stylishly cheer their boys on to do yahoo.... when it backfire ... They'd be shedding crocodile tears.

Forgetting that....we always reap whatever we sow.

This is one thing I know about regular nairalanders...we love to do a background check on people creating a new thread

Secondly,....when you're suffering... people wouldn't see you until you succeed... success attracts attention....which implies to the OP's success thread on finally getting out of the shores of Nigeria to Chile after 3solid years of persistence

People came to check his profile but got distracted by this interesting thread.
I can only Imagine the number of mentions he'd get this weekend.

Everybody wants to hear your success stories when you finally make it.

I'm not giving up too....I know I'd someday...post my success story on here despite all the hurdles of life IJN.

Congratulations OP *tensazangetsu20* on your success.... your perseverance paid off...study hard and make your father's land proud.

They should first tell us how many wives of simps they have knacked. Useless sex objects. Since their own is to wait inside bush for simp to go to work, so that they can sneak into his wife’s room. It is no brainer why simps tend to have the money. While supposed alfas spend all day whining about women and simps.

Kindly add "responsible" to the topic.

It's only responsible men with maturity that does that.

Many would feel entitled and even steal the little you have.
FamilyRe: . by Newborn27(f): 12:50pm On Aug 01, 2023
The key is not depending on their help.

Work... assume you're a man and live within your means, it wouldn't be rosy,....but I believe we're going to overcome someday.

The worse part is...the men guilty of this are usually responsible outwardly with a happy marriages and family and hold posts in the church.

Note: kindly refrain from calling the person out on Nairaland...you can block his line and other channels of contacting you.... internet never forgets...I hope he learns from this.
